Claims (13)
- (a)(i)スキンを備える第1の細孔面、
(ii)第2の細孔面、
(iii)前記第1の細孔面と前記第2の細孔面との間にあるバルク、及び、
(iv) 上流区域と中間区域と下流区域とであって、前記上流区域が前記第1の細孔面と前記スキンから前記バルクへ延在する第1の電荷連続区域を備え、前記中間区域が中性電荷連続区域を備え、前記下流区域が前記第2の細孔面から前記バルクへ延在する第2の電荷連続区域を備える、上流区域と中間区域と下流区域、
を有する単一層を備え、
前記中性電荷連続区域を備える前記中間区域は、前記第1の電荷連続区域を備える前記上流区域と前記第2の電荷連続区域を備える前記下流区域との間に挟まれ、前記第1の電荷連続区域及び前記第2の電荷連続区域は、互いに異なる極性の電荷を有し、
前記第1の電荷連続区域を備える前記上流区域が、前記中性電荷連続区域を備える前記中間区域に接し、前記第2の電荷連続区域を備える前記下流区域が、前記中性電荷連続区域を備える前記中間区域に接し、前記上流区域、前記中間区域及び前記下流区域が互いに対して平行に配される、細孔膜。 - 前記上流区域、前記中間区域及び前記下流区域が前記第1及び第2の細孔面に対して平行に配される、請求項1に記載の細孔膜。
- 前記第1の電荷連続区域は正荷電区域であり、前記第2の電荷連続区域は負荷電区域である、請求項1又は2に記載の細孔膜。
- 前記第1の電荷連続区域は負荷電区域であり、前記第2の電荷連続区域は正荷電区域である、請求項1又は2に記載の細孔膜。
- ポリアミド膜を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の細孔膜。
- ポリスルホン膜を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の細孔膜。
- 前記第1の細孔面はテンプレート面を備える、請求項1及び3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の細孔膜。
- 前記第1の細孔面は、第1の領域及び第2の領域を備え、前記第1の細孔面の前記第1の領域と前記第2の細孔面との間隔は、前記第1の細孔面の前記第2の領域と前記第2の細孔面との間隔よりも10%大きい、請求項7に記載の細孔膜。
- 流体を処理する方法であって、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の前記細孔膜に流体を通すステップを含む、方法。 - フォトレジスト流体をろ過するステップを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。

- 前記細孔膜は総厚を有し、前記上流区域、前記中間区域及び前記下流区域のそれぞれは前記細孔膜の総厚の少なくとも28%の厚みを有する、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の細孔膜。
