- 前記ねじフライス加工及び/若しくはかさ歯切りの機械加工のための工具(210)及び前記平歯切りの機械加工のための工具(220)は、フライス加工カッタ及び細長い工具(200)のホブの形状で夫々単独のボディとして生成される、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1の工作機械。
- 少なくとも1つのさらなる作業ユニット(21、22、22’)は、2つの夫々の作業ユニット(21、22)からなり、
前記ねじフライス加工及び/若しくはかさ歯切りの機械加工のための工具(210)及び前記平歯切りの機械加工のための工具(220)は、2つの夫々の作業ユニット(21、22)で支持され、
前記2つのワークユニット(21、22)の機構は、前記ワークピース(P)の前記回転(CC1)と少なくとも連動され、
前記少なくとも2つの作業ユニット(21、22)は、これらが、前記機械加工されるワークピース(P)上で操作されるように、前記作業空間(A)の内側に、若しくは、前記作業空間(A)の外側に、互いに交互に、独立して配置されるように前記作業ユニットガイド(42)で独立してスライドされる、請求項1の工作機械。 - 前記主軸台(30)は、主軸台ガイド(43)に配置され、心押し台(31)に組み合わされ、
前記心押し台(31)は、保持手段(311)によって前記ワークピース(P)の把保持に作用することと、端部の領域で機械加工を実行するために前記ワークピース(P)の前記端部を解放することとを交互にできるように前記主軸台ガイド(43)でスライドされる、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1の工作機械。 - 前記複数のガイド(41、42、43)は、互いに平行である、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1の工作機械。
- 前記主軸台(31)のワークピース(P)の単独の保持で所定の順序で機械加工を実行するように前記ワークピース(P)の前記回転(CC1)を伴う前記2つの作業ユニット(21、22)の前記機構を連動するために適切なデジタル制御を有する、請求項7を引用する請求項8若しくは9の工作機械。
- 前記2つの作業ユニット(21、22)の少なくとも一方(22)は、前記機械加工されるワークピース(P)の回転(ZZ1)の前記軸に対する傾きの角度(β)を規定するように、方向付け可能な対応する工具(210)の主作業軸(C3)を有する、請求項7を引用する請求項8乃至10のいずれか1の工作機械。
- 前記ワークガイド(42)は、一方の作業ユニットがワークピース(P)を機械加工している場合に、もう一方の作業ユニットが設置される停止セクション(42”)を有する、請求項7を引用する請求項8乃至11のいずれか1の工作機械。
- 機械加工されるワークピースを支持するレスト(260;260’)を有する支持ユニット(26;26’)をさらに有する、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1の工作機械。
- 回転、及び/若しくは、フライス加工、及び/若しくは、穿孔の機械加工のためのユニット(10;11)と、平歯及びかさ歯切りユニット(21)と、歯切り及びねじフライス加工ユニット(22)と、研削ユニット(23;23’)と、周期回転ユニット(24)と、熱処理のための特殊ユニット(25)と、前記同一のワークガイド(42)の1つをスライドするように取り付けられ、互いに独立して前記ガイド(42)に従って移動できるレスト(260;260’)を有する支持ユニット(26;26’)と、2若しくは複数のユニットと、の2つ若しくは複数を有する、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1の工作機械。
