Claims (6)

前記光源(112)に接続される第1ボールレンズ(116)であって、該第1ボールレンズ(116)が第1表面(101)を有し、該第1表面(101)が、第1部分(115)と、該第1部分(115)とは反対側の第2部分(117)と、を含み、前記第1表面(101)が、前記第1光信号(113)を前記光源(112)から前記第1部分(115)で受信し、かつ前記第1光信号(113)を前記第1部分(115)及び前記第2部分(117)で屈折させて、第1分散光信号(119)を生成するように構成され、該第1分散光信号(119)が、リモート受信機で、第1見通し伝送路を介して受信されるように構成される、前記第1ボールレンズ(116)と、
第2波長の第2収束光信号(129)を受信するように構成される検出器(122)と、
前記検出器(122)に接続される第2ボールレンズ(126)であって、該第2ボールレンズ(122)が第2表面(103)を有し、該第2表面(103)が、第3部分(125)と、該第3部分(125)とは反対側にあって前記検出器(122)に隣接する第4部分(127)と、を含み、前記第3部分(125)が、第2光信号(123)を、第2見通し伝送路を介してリモート送信機から受信し、かつ前記第2光信号(123)を前記第3部分(125)及び前記第4部分(127)で屈折させて、前記第2光信号(123)を収束させて第2収束光信号(129)を生成するように構成される、前記第2ボールレンズ(126)と、
前記光源(112)及び前記検出器(122)に動作可能に接続されるコントローラ(130、132)と、を備え、該コントローラ(130)は、発信データを受信し、かつ前記第1光信号(113)を変調して前記発信データを送信するように構成された第1電気信号(111)を生成するように構成され、前記コントローラ(130、132)は、第2電気信号(121)を前記検出器(122)から受信し、かつ前記第2電気信号(121)を復調して着信データを生成するように構成され、
前記光源(112)は、前記略平坦なベース部から第1方向(150)に第1距離(144)だけ延在し、
前記検出器(122)は、前記略平坦なベース部から前記第1方向(150)に第2距離(145)だけ延在し、
前記第1距離(144)は、前記第2距離(145)よりも第1差分だけ上回り、かつ前記第1差分は、前記第2ボールレンズ(126)が、前記第1分散光信号(119)を前記第1ボールレンズ(116)から受信するのを防止するように設定され、
前記第1方向(150)は、前記略平坦なベース部の面に略直交する方向か、または前記略平坦なベース部の前記面に略平行な方向であり、
前記略平坦なベース部は、スモールフォームファクタトランシーバマルチソースアグリーメント(SFF MSA)に準拠する寸法を有する、
光ワイヤレストランシーバ(100)。 - 前記光源(112)及び前記検出器(122)は、前記略平坦なベース部の両側縁部に隣接して配置される、請求項1に記載の光ワイヤレストランシーバ(100)。
- 前記略平坦なベース部は、前記コントローラ(130)をスモールフォームファクタトランシーバマルチソースアグリーメント(SFF MSA)に準拠するように構成される複数のコネクタピン(108)に接続する寸法及び配線ピン配列を有する、請求項1または2に記載の光ワイヤレストランシーバ(100)。
- 前記コントローラ(130、132)は、送信機コントローラ(130)と、受信機コントローラ(132)と、を含み、前記送信機コントローラ(130)及び前記受信機コントローラ(132)は、少なくとも2つの個別の物理デバイスを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の光ワイヤレストランシーバ(100)。
- 前記第1波長は前記第2波長とは異なる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の光ワイヤレストランシーバ。
- 前記光ワイヤレストランシーバ(100)は光ワイヤレスネットワーク(701)により用いられ、前記光ワイヤレスネットワーク(701)は、ビークル(700)の機内客室(702)内で少なくとも1つの電子機器(730〜734)との光ワイヤレス通信を可能にするように構成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の光ワイヤレストランシーバ(100)。
