Claims (20)
- 繊維の細長い編組体を含み、該編組体は、
超高分子量ポリエチレンから成る1つ又は2つ以上の第1の経糸と、
着色可能な材料から成り、単一の連続した色から成る少なくとも1つの第2の経糸と、 染色可能な材料から成る少なくとも1つの第3の経糸とを有し、該第3の経糸の一部分だけが、連続した色で染色されている、縫合糸。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第2の経糸は、ポリプロピレンモノフィラメント、ナイロン、ポリエチレン、又はポリエステルのうちの1つ又は2つ以上から成る、請求項1記載の縫合糸。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3の経糸は、ナイロン又はポリエステルのうちの一方から成る、請求項1記載の縫合糸。
- 前記編組体は、前記編組体の第1の部分に施された第1の色パターン及び前記編組体の第2の部分に施された第2の色パターンを有し、前記第2の色パターンは、前記第1の色パターンとは異なっている、請求項1記載の縫合糸。
- 前記細長い編組体の長さの半分は、前記少なくとも1つの第3の経糸を着色するよう染色されている、請求項1記載の縫合糸。
- 前記第1の経糸は、エッチングし又はシャドウイングされている、請求項1記載の縫合糸。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2の経糸を着色するために用いられる染料は、媒染染料である、請求項1記載の縫合糸。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3の経糸を着色するために用いられる染料は、酸、バット又は溶剤染料のうちの1つである、請求項1記載の縫合糸。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3の経糸の前記第1の部分と前記第3の経糸の第2の部分との接合線は、しみ込み防止化合物を含む、請求項1記載の縫合糸。
- 繊維の細長い編組体を含み、該編組体は、
少なくとも1つ又は2つ以上の第1の経糸と、
少なくとも着色可能な材料から成り、一つの色で着色された第2の経糸と、
少なくとも着色可能な材料から成る少なくとも1つの第3の経糸とを有し、該第3の経糸の少なくとも第1の部分は、連続した色で着色されている、縫合糸。 - 前記1つ又は2つ以上の第1の経糸は、超高分子量ポリエチレンから成り、かつ白色又は透明である、請求項10記載の縫合糸。
- 前記第2の経糸は、ポリプロピレンモノフィラメント、ナイロン、ポリエチレン、又はポリエステルのうちの1つから成る、請求項11記載の縫合糸。
- 前記3つの経糸は、識別可能な色を有し、前記第1の経糸は、白色及び透明の少なくとも1つであり、前記少なくとも1つの第2の経糸、及び前記少なくとも1つの第3の経糸は、互いに、及び前記少なくとも1つの第1の経糸とは異なる色である、請求項10記載の縫合糸。
- 少なくとも1つの経糸は、部分的に青色であり、少なくとも1つの経糸は、部分的に緑色である、請求項10記載の縫合糸。
- 前記第3の経糸は、その長さの約半分だけが着色されている、請求項10記載の縫合糸。
- 縫合糸の製造方法であって、
超高分子量ポリエチレンの少なくとも第1の経糸、着色可能な材料から成る少なくとも第2の経糸、及び着色可能な材料から成る少なくとも第3の経糸から細長い縫合糸を編組するステップと、
前記第2の経糸を単一の連続した第1の色で着色するステップと、
前記第3の経糸の少なくとも第1の部分だけを連続した第2の色で着色するステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記第2の経糸及び前記第3の経糸は、編組前に染色される、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記第3の経糸の前記第1の部分は、前記第3の経糸が前記縫合糸の状態に編組された後に染色される、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記第3の経糸の第2の部分を第3の連続した色に染色するステップを更に有する、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記細長い縫合糸の少なくとも半分を染浴中に浸漬させるステップを更に有する、請求項16記載の方法。
