Description
Claims (20)
- 病変を形成するための装置であって、
それを通過する経路を定義し、前記経路の一端に取り付け構造を有するハブと、
前記ハブに取り付けられ、それを貫いて縦軸を持つ内腔を定義するシャフトであって、前記シャフトが、前記ハブに取り付けられ、前記経路と連通した近位端および前記ハブから遠ざかって延びる遠位端を持ち、前記シャフトが、内部表面の少なくとも一部分上の伝導性材料および外部表面の少なくとも一部分上の伝導性材料を含むシャフトと、
縦軸を持つ伝導性部材であって、前記伝導性部材が前記経路を通して前記内腔内に延びるよう、また少なくとも前記ハブ付近で前記伝導性部材の縦軸が前記内腔縦軸から間隔を置いており、それによって、前記伝導性部材の外部表面と前記シャフト内部表面との間の電気接点の形成を助けるように、前記伝導性部材が前記ハブの前記取付け構造と結合可能な取付け構造に取り付けられている伝導性部材を備える装置。 - 前記シャフトおよび前記伝導性部材の少なくとも1つが、少なくともその長さの一部分に沿って柔軟性をもつ、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記伝導性部材が、前記内腔から選択的に除去できる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内腔を定義する前記シャフトがカニューレを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記伝導性部材が、高周波発生器に接続可能な、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記伝導性部材がハイポチューブを含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記シャフトが外科手術部位に挿入された時点で前記内腔を実質的に埋めるために、前記内腔に取り外し可能なように挿入可能な閉塞具をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記閉塞具が前記シャフト内部表面の直径より小さな外径を持つ、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記伝導性部材が、完全に挿入したときに内腔から延長する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内腔を定義する前記シャフトが、あるゲージサイズを持ち、前記伝導性部材が、前記内腔の前記ゲージサイズよりも小さなゲージサイズを持つ、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 病変を形成するためのもので、それを貫く経路を定義し前記経路の一方の端に取付け構造を持つハブに挿入可能であり、シャフトが前記ハブに取り付けられ、それを貫き縦軸を持つ内腔を定義し、近位端が前記経路と連通して前記ハブに取り付けられ、前記シャフトが前記ハブから離れて延びる遠位端を持ち、前記シャフトが、内面の少なくとも一部分上の伝導性の材料および外面の少なくとも一部分上の伝導性の材料を含む装置であって、
縦軸を持つ伝導性部材であって、前記伝導性部材が前記経路を通して前記内腔内に延びるよう、また少なくとも前記ハブ付近で前記伝導性部材の縦軸が前記内腔縦軸から間隔を置いており、それによって、前記伝導性部材の外部表面と前記シャフト内部表面との間の電気接点の形成を助けるように、前記伝導性部材が前記ハブの前記取付け構造と結合可能な取付け構造に取り付けられている伝導性部材を備える装置。 - 前記シャフトおよび前記伝導性部材の少なくとも1つが、少なくともその長さの一部に沿って柔軟性を持つ、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記伝導性部材が、前記内腔から選択的に除去できる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記内腔を定義する前記シャフトがカニューレを備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記伝導性部材が、高周波発生器に接続可能である、請求項11に記載の装置。
