Description
Claims (14)
- 燃焼面として作用するバーナプレートと、前記バーナプレートの燃焼側に配置された放射スクリーンと、を備えるガス燃焼式赤外線放射器において、
前記放射スクリーンは、エンボス加工されており、
これによって、1つまたは複数のエンボス部分において、前記放射スクリーンのエンボス加工されていない部分における前記バーナプレートと前記放射スクリーンとの間の距離と比較して、異なる距離が前記バーナプレートと前記放射スクリーンとの間に設定されており、
前記異なる距離は、近距離であることを特徴とするガス燃焼式赤外線放射器。 - 前記放射スクリーンは多数のエンボス部を備えており、
前記異なる距離は、前記エンボス部のいくつかにおいて近距離であり、他のエンボス部のいくつかにおいて遠距離であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス噴射式赤外線放射器。 - 前記エンボス部の少なくともいくつかにおいて、前記バーナプレートと前記放射スクリーンとの間の距離は、前記放射スクリーンのエンボス加工されていない部分の前記バーナプレートと前記放射スクリーンとの間の距離よりも大きくなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス噴射式赤外線放射器。
- 前記バーナプレートは、1つまたは複数のセラミックプレートから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス噴射式赤外線放射器。
- 前記バーナプレートは、少なくとも2つの孔付きタイルから構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス噴射式赤外線放射器。
- 前記放射スクリーンは、前記バーナプレートの2つの孔付きタイル間の少なくとも1つの接合部において、エンボス加工されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガス燃焼式赤外線放射器。
- 前記放射スクリーンは、前記バーナプレートの孔付きタイル間の全ての接合部において、エンボス加工されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガス燃焼式赤外線放射器。
- 前記バーナプレートは、互いに隣り合って配置された2つの孔付きタイルを備えており、前記放射スクリーンは、前記2つの孔付きタイル間の接合部において、エンボス加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガス燃焼式赤外線放射器。
- 前記放射スクリーンは、金属格子または織ワイヤメッシュであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス燃焼式赤外線放射器。
- 前記バーナプレートは、前記バーナプレートの表面の全体に拡がる多数のレベルの燃焼面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス燃焼式赤外線放射器。
- 前記エンボス部の断面は、V字形状またはU字形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス燃焼式赤外線放射器。
- 前記放射スクリーンは、前記放射スクリーンの両端側の少なくとも1つにおいて屈曲していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス燃焼式赤外線放射器。
- 前記バーナプレートの全面にわたってバーナプレートと放射スクリーンとの間に空隙が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス燃焼式赤外線放射器。
- 請求項1〜13に記載のガス燃焼式赤外線放射器の使用。
