Claims (22)
- (a)骨内に骨髄内インプラントまたはインプラントを受け入れる管の第一の部分の輪郭を示す第一の放射線不透過性部分を有する第一の組立体と、
(b)前記骨髄内インプラントまたはインプラントを受け入れる管の第二の部分の輪郭を示す第二の放射線不透過性部分を有する第二の組立体とを含み、
前記手術機器のための整列形状を提供する第三の放射線不透過性部分をさらに含み、
前記整列形状は、前記手術機器のための適切な平面視野の透視診断の指標を提供するために、くぎと、整列の際に前記くぎを囲むリングとを含む、手術機器。 - 前記骨髄内インプラントまたはインプラントを受け入れる管の前記第一の部分または前記第二の部分は、各々前記インプラントのステムまたはインプラントを受け入れる前記管の一部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術機器。
- 前記第二の組立体は、骨髄外の整列ロッドを取り付けるための穴をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術機器。
- さらなる第一の組立体とさらなる第二の組立体とを前記機器に取り付けるために、対応する側面部を含み、前記さらなる第一の組立体と第二の組立体は、異なる平面で前記インプラントまたはインプラントを受け入れる管の輪郭を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術機器。
- 切断ガイドをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術機器。
- 穿孔ガイドをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術機器。
- 前記骨は、脛骨、大腿骨、上腕骨、とう骨、尺骨、椎骨、腓骨で構成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術機器。
- (a)骨内に骨髄内インプラントまたはインプラントを受け入れる管のための輪郭を示す第一の放射線不透過性部分を有する第一のモジュールと、
(b)前記骨内に前記骨髄内インプラントまたはインプラントを受け入れる管のための輪郭を示す第二の放射線不透過性部分を有する第二のモジュールとを含み、
前記第一のモジュールと前記第二のモジュールとが、二つの異なる平面で前記インプラントまたはインプラントを受け入れる管の整列検査を提供し、
前記手術機器のための整列形状を提供する第三の放射線不透過性部分をさらに含み、
前記整列形状は、前記手術機器のための適切な平面視野の透視診断の指標を提供するために、くぎと、整列の際に前記くぎを囲むリングとを含む、手術機器。 - 二つの平面の第一の平面は冠状面であり、前記二つの平面の第二の平面は矢状面であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の手術機器。
- 前記第一のモジュールと第二のモジュールは、各々
(i)骨内に骨髄内インプラントまたはインプラントを受け入れる管の第一の部分の輪郭を示す第四の放射線不透過性部分を有する第一の組立体と、
(ii)前記第三の放射線不透過性部分および第五の放射線不透過性部分を有する第二の組立体とを含み、前記第三の放射線不透過性部分は、前記手術機器のための整列形状を提供し、前記第五の放射線不透過性部分は、前記骨髄内インプラントまたはインプラントを受け入れる管の第二の部分の輪郭を示し、
前記第三、第四、第五の放射線不透過性部分は、各々の前記第一、第二の放射線不透過性部分のサブセットであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の手術機器。 - 前記第一のモジュールまたは前記第二のモジュールは、脊髄外の整列ロッドを取り付けるための穴をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の手術機器。
- 切断ガイドをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の手術機器。
- 穿孔ガイドをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の手術機器。
- 前記骨は、脛骨、大腿骨、上腕骨、とう骨、尺骨、椎骨、腓骨で構成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の手術機器。

- 前記骨髄内インプラントまたはインプラントを受け入れる管の第二の部分の輪郭を示す第三の放射線不透過性部分をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の手術機器。
- 前記第二の組立体は、骨髄外の整列ロッドを取り付けるための穴をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の手術機器。
- さらなる第一の組立体とさらなる第二の組立体を前記機器に取り付けるために、対応する側面部を含み、前記さらなる第一の組立体と第二の組立体は、異なる平面で整列形状を提供することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の手術機器。
