Claims (7)
- (a)ある平均孔径を有する、第1のスキンレスの微孔性表面と、
(b)ある平均孔径を有する、第2の微孔性表面と、
(c)前記第1の微孔性表面と前記第2の微孔性表面の間の多孔性バルクと
を含む、微孔性非対称ポリエーテルスルホン膜であって、
前記第1の微孔性表面が、ある表面積を有し、節及び巻きひげ状体を含み、前記巻きひげ状体が、節に付着させた1つの端部、及び前記節に付着させていない別の端部の少なくとも2つの端部を有し、前記巻きひげ状体が、前記第1の微孔性表面の前記表面積の10%〜70%の範囲に及び、前記第2の微孔性表面が前記第1のスキンレスの微孔性表面の平均孔径よりも小さい平均孔径を有している、微孔性非対称ポリエーテルスルホン膜。 - 前記巻きひげ状体が、0.5μm〜2.5μmの範囲の長さを有する、請求項1に記載の膜。
- 前記巻きひげ状体が、前記第1の表面の前記表面積の25%〜60%の範囲に及ぶ、請求項1又は2に記載の膜。
- 前記巻きひげ状体が、前記第1の表面の前記表面積の35%〜60%の範囲に及ぶ、請求項1又は2に記載の膜。
- 前記第2の微孔性表面が、0.05μm〜0.2μmの範囲の平均孔径を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 流体を、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の膜に通すステップを含む、流体を濾過する方法。
- 膜の1つの表面に巻きひげ状体を有するスキンレスの微孔性非対称ポリエーテルスルホン膜を作製する方法であって、
(a)スキンを含む第1の微孔性表面とある平均孔径を有する第2の微孔性表面とを有する微孔性ポリエーテルスルホン膜を得るステップと、
(b)接着テープを前記スキンを含む前記第1の微孔性表面に接着させるステップと、
(c)前記接着テープを前記膜から引っ張り、又は前記膜を前記接着テープから引っ張り、前記スキンを除去し、ある表面積とある平均孔径とを有する新たに生成されたスキンレスの膜表面を有するスキンレス膜を得るステップであって、前記スキンレス膜の表面が節及び巻きひげ状体を有し、前記巻きひげ状体が、節に付着させた1つの端部、及び前記節に付着させていない別の端部の少なくとも2つの端部を有し、前記巻きひげ状体が、前記新たに生成されたスキンレスの膜表面の前記表面積の10%〜70%の範囲に及ぶ、ステップと、
を含み、
前記第2の微孔性表面が前記新たに生成されたスキンレスの膜表面の平均孔径よりも小さい平均孔径を有している、方法。
