Claims (14)
- 核粒子と、
該核粒子の周りに形成されたポリウレタン層とを含み、
該ポリウレタン層は、
i)イソシアネート成分と、
ii)連続相及びポリマー粒子を有するグラフトポリオールを含むイソシアネート反応性成分、
との反応生成物を含み、
該グラフトポリオールの連続相が、ポリマーポリオール、ポリハーンストフ(PHD)ポリオール、ポリイソシアネート重付加(PIPA)ポリオール、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれ、
上記グラフトポリオールのポリマー粒子は、スチレンの反応生成物を含むことを特徴とするカプセル化粒子。 - 上記グラフトポリオールの上記連続相がポリマーポリオールである請求項1に記載のカプセル化粒子。
- 上記イソシアネート成分が、ポリメリックジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(PMDI)、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれる請求項1又は2に記載のカプセル化粒子。
- 上記核粒子が肥料を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル化粒子。
- 上記核粒子が肥料を含み、
上記イソシアネート成分が、ポリメリックジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(PMDI)、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれ、さらに
上記イソシアネート反応性成分が連続相及びポリマー粒子を有するポリマーポリオールを含み、該連続相が少なくとも2個のヒドロキシル官能(OH)基を有するポリオールを含む請求項1に記載のカプセル化粒子。 - 上記ポリマー粒子がスチレンアクリロニトリル(SAN)コポリマーを含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル化粒子。
- 上記ポリマー粒子が、上記イソシアネート反応性成分中に、100重量部の上記イソシアネート反応性成分に対して5〜70重量部の量で存在する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル化粒子。
- 上記連続相が、少なくとも2個のヒドロキシル官能(OH)基を有する疎水性ポリオールを含む請求項1〜4および6〜7のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル化粒子。
- 上記グラフトポリオールが、上記連続相の更なる成分としてヒマシ油を含む請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル化粒子。
- 上記ポリウレタン層の平均厚みが50〜200μmである請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル化粒子。
- I)上記ポリウレタン層が、上記核粒子側に一定濃度の上記イソシアネート反応性成分を、上記核粒子から離れ且つ前記濃度のイソシアネート反応性成分の隣に一定濃度の上記イソシアネート成分を含むか、又はII)上記ポリウレタン層が、上記核粒子側に一定濃度の上記イソシアネート成分を、上記核粒子から離れ且つ前記濃度のイソシアネート成分の隣に一定濃度の上記イソシアネート反応性成分を含む請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル化粒子。
- 核粒子を準備する工程;
i)イソシアネート成分と、ii)連続相及びポリマー粒子を有するグラフトポリオールを含むイソシアネート反応性成分とを前記核粒子に塗布する工程;及び
i)前記イソシアネート成分とii)前記イソシアネート反応性成分とを反応させて、前記核粒子の周りにポリウレタン層を形成してカプセル化粒子を形成する工程、
を含み、
前記グラフトポリオールの前記連続相が、ポリマーポリオール、ポリハーンストフ(PHD)ポリオール、ポリイソシアネート重付加(PIPA)ポリオール、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれ、
前記グラフトポリオールのポリマー粒子は、スチレンの反応生成物を含むことを特徴とするカプセル化粒子の形成方法。 - I)上記イソシアネート成分を核粒子に塗布する前に上記イソシアネート反応性成分を核粒子に塗布するか、又はII)上記イソシアネート反応性成分を核粒子に塗布する前に上記イソシアネート成分を核粒子に塗布する請求項12に記載の方法。
- 上記核粒子が肥料を含み、
上記イソシアネート成分が、ポリメリックジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(PMDI)、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれ、さらに
上記イソシアネート反応性成分が連続相及びポリマー粒子を有するグラフトポリオールを含み、該連続相が少なくとも2個のヒドロキシル官能(OH)基を有するポリオールを含む請求項12または13に記載の方法。
