Claims (15)
- 伝送光ファイバー及び受光光ファイバーを含むカテーテル;
前記伝送光ファイバーに結合されて血液内に光を伝送するための光源;
前記受光光ファイバーに接続されて前記光が血液と相互作用したのちに前記光を受け取る光検出器;並びに
前記1つ以上の光検出器に接続されて1つ以上の光波の照度の測定結果を受け取り、前記照度に基づく血管壁のアーティファクトのレベルを検出する制御部を含み、
前記光が、第1の波長の光及び第2の波長の光を含み、
前記制御部が、前記血管壁のアーティファクトのレベルの検出において、前記第1及び第2の波長の光波の前記照度の測定結果の比を計算する、血管壁のアーティファクトを検出する装置。 - 前記光源が、1つ以上のLEDを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御部に接続されて、前記計算された近接量に基づき臨床医に視覚的または音声的信号を提供する出力デバイスをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 臨床医が前記カテーテルを血管において動かすとともに、前記制御部が、動的かつ相互作用的に、視覚的または音声的出力信号を変更する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御部が、少なくとも1つの波長に関して、測定された前記照度を予め決定された閾値と比較し、前記照度が予め決定された前記しきい値を超える場合、前記カテーテルの配置により信号の品質が低いことを指示器に出力する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御部が、少なくとも1つの波長に関して測定された前記照度から予め決定された閾値まで生成された量を比較する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御部が、複数の波長の測定された照度及び測定された前記照度に関するパターンを評価する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 測定された前記照度に関するパターンの前記評価が、パターン認識、エッジ検出、輪郭分析及びスペクトル形態変化の分析を含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記エッジ検出が、400から700nmの範囲で測定された照度を含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記制御部が、少なくとも1つの波長を受け取り、少なくとも1つの前記波長をフィルタリングしてバックグラウンド及びランダムノイズを減衰させる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御部が、カテーテルが血管壁に近接することによる前記アーティファクトが閾値を超過していることを臨床医に示す、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光検出器が、受光光ファイバーから少なくとも1つの波長の光を受け取り、前記光に関連する電磁的エネルギーを取得する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御部が、カテーテルの先端が血管壁に近接していることを判断する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御部が、前記カテーテルの先端の前記血管壁までの距離を決定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 光と血液との前記相互作用が、光波の伝送、反射及び散乱を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
