Description
<充電システムの構成>
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における充電システム10の構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
給電装置100は、給電側通信部101と、給電側制御部102と、給電部103とを有する。
受電装置160は、車輌側通信部152及び受電部153を有する。
図2は給電部103の斜視図であり、図3は給電部103を受電部153の方向からみた平面図である。また、図4は図2のA−A線断面図であり、図5は図2のB−B線断面図であり、図6は図2のC−C線断面図である。以下では、主に、図2及び図4を用いて、給電部103の構成について説明する。
本実施の形態では、筐体103bにおける受電部153と対向する面には第1のカバー202が形成される。また、給電コイル103aの中心軸P1方向において、第1のカバー202と給電コイル103aとの間には第2のカバー203が設置される。つまり、筐体103bは、第1のカバー202及び第2のカバー203の二重構造を有する。

Claims (6)
- 車輌に設けられた受電部に対して非接触で給電する給電装置であって、
前記受電部と対向して前記受電部に対して給電するリング状の給電コイルと、
前記給電コイルを収納する筐体と、
を具備し、
前記筐体の前記受電部と対向する面には第1のカバーが形成され、
前記第1のカバーと前記給電コイルとの間に、前記第1のカバーと対向して第2のカバーが設置され、
前記第2のカバーは前記第1のカバーよりも耐熱性を有する、
給電装置。 - 前記第1のカバーは前記第2のカバーよりも耐荷重性を有する、
請求項1記載の給電装置。 - 前記第1のカバーは前記車輌の乗り上げによる荷重に耐えうる程度の耐荷重性を有し、
前記第2のカバーは前記受電部と前記給電コイルとの間に存在する異物の発熱に耐えうる程度の耐熱性を有する、
請求項1又は2記載の給電装置。 - 前記第2のカバーは、前記給電コイルの中心軸方向において、前記第1のカバーと前記給電コイルとの間に、前記第1のカバーと対向して設置される、
請求項1乃至3記載の給電装置。 - 前記第1のカバーには、
前記給電コイルの中空の部分の上に位置するように形成される平坦部と、
前記給電コイルを前記受電部の方向に向かって前記筐体に投影した際に前記給電コイルが投影される部分に、前記給電コイルの径方向において、前記平坦部に向かって徐々に前記給電コイルに近づく傾斜部と、が形成される、
請求項1乃至4記載の給電装置。 - 前記平坦部は、前記給電コイルの中心軸と交わるように形成され、
前記第2のカバーは、前記給電コイルの中心軸と交わるように設置され、
前記第2のカバーの面積は、前記平坦部の面積よりも大きい、
