Claims (20)
- キルンからセメントキルン排気ガス流を供給するステップ;
カルシウムまたはマグネシウムの硫化物および/または多硫化物を含む試薬を水中に供給するステップ;
前記セメントキルン排気ガス流と前記試薬とを、混合流を生成するために混合させるステップ;および
前記混合流から重金属の少なくとも一部を含む微粒子を除去するステップを備える、セメントキルン排気ガス流を処理するための方法。 - さらに、前記セメントキルン排気ガス流と前記試薬とを混合させる前に、当該試薬と水とを混合させるステップを備える請求項1の方法。
- さらに、前記セメントキルン排気ガス流と前記試薬とを混合させる前に、前記試薬および水と、少なくとも1つの界面活性剤および分散剤を混合させるステップを備える請求項2の方法。
- 前記試薬を供給するステップがさらに、水中に20%〜40%の濃度で、カルシウムまたはマグネシウムの硫化物および/または多硫化物を含む試薬を供給するステップを含む請求項1の方法。
- 前記試薬と前記水とを混合させるステップがさらに、前記試薬と前記水とを、1 :3〜1:6の比率で混合させるステップを含む請求項2の方法。
- さらに、前記混合流を微粒子収集システムに通すステップ、および、仕上げミルに加えられる工程として使用するために前記微粒子を再利用するステップを備える請求項1の方法。
- セメントキルン排気ガス流と、カルシウムまたはマグネシウムの硫化物および/または多硫化物を含む試薬で組成された処理流体とを、当該処理流体を前記セメントキルン排気ガス流内に注入させることによって、微粒子収集システムの前に処理するステップを備える、セメントキルン環境内の汚染を削減するための方法。
- 前記注入させるステップがさらに、前記処理流体の液滴を前記セメントキルン排気ガス流内に噴射するステップを備える請求項7の方法。
- 前記処理するステップがさらに、前記セメントキルン排気ガス流が摂氏176.7度の温度で前記セメントキルン排気ガス流内に前記処理流体を注入するステップを備える請求項7の方法。
- 前記処理するステップがさらに、前記処理流体を前記セメントキルン排気ガス流内に注入するに際して、第1微粒子収集システムの後であって、第2微粒子収集システムの前で注入する、ステップを備える請求項7の方法。
- 前記処理するステップがさらに、前記セメントキルン排気ガス流を搬送する配管内に前記処理流体を注入するステップを備え、前記配管は、前記セメントキルン排気ガス流内の微粒子およびガス流が前記処理流体と接触して反応することを促進するための空間を形成するように構成された請求項7の方法。
- 前記処理するステップがさらに、前記セメントキルン排気ガス流を搬送するダクト内に前記処理流体を注入するステップを備える請求項7の方法。
- 前記液滴を前記噴射するステップがさらに、前記液滴が1秒〜4秒の最小滞留時間を得られるように構成されたサイズを有する前記液滴を噴射するステップを含む請求項8の方法。
- 前記液滴を前記噴射するステップがさらに、前記液滴が1秒〜2秒の最小滞留時間を得られるように構成されたサイズを有する前記液滴を噴射するステップを含む請求項8の方法。
- 前記液滴を前記噴射するステップがさらに、少なくとも20ミクロンの平均サイズを有する前記液滴を噴射することを含む請求項8の方法。
- 前記液滴を前記噴射するステップがさらに、30ミクロン〜40ミクロンの平均サイズを有する前記液滴を噴射することを含む請求項8の方法。
- 水中にカルシウムまたはマグネシウムの硫化物および/または多硫化物を含む試薬;を含む処理流体:と、
キルンからのセメントキルンガス流を通じさせるように構成されるとともに、当該セメントキルン排気ガス流内に前記処理流体の液滴を噴射させるように構成された少なくとも1つのノズルとを備える、セメントキルン排気ガスを処理するためのシステム。 - 前記処理流体がさらに、少なくとも1つの界面活性剤および分散剤を備える請求項17のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ノズルが、前記液滴が1秒〜4秒の最小滞留時間を得られるように構成されたサイズを有する前記液滴を噴射するように構成されている請求項17のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ノズルが、少なくとも20ミクロンの平均サイズを有する前記液滴を噴射するように構成されている請求項19のシステム。
