Description

The present invention relates to a refill pouch for refilling a dedicated container with contents such as detergent and shampoo.

Conventionally, when the contents such as detergent and shampoo are used up or when the remaining amount is low, the contents are refilled from the refilling pouch into a dedicated container.

Many of these types of refillable pouches are provided with a separate spout for pouring out the contents, but there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases because a separate spout is required. On the other hand, there are many configurations in which a part of the pouch is cut off from the pouch body as an opening piece without forming a spout, and an opening is formed, and the contents are poured out from the opening. However, there is a problem that the inner surfaces of the films are in close contact with each other and the opening is easily blocked, and the contents are difficult to be poured out from the opening during refilling.

For example, in Patent Document 1 below, a ring portion is formed on the opening piece, and the ring portion of the separated opening piece is fitted around the opening portion in the ring portion of the opening piece. A configuration has been proposed in which the film in the vicinity of the opening is pressed inward to keep the opening in an open state. However, in this configuration, the film in the vicinity of the opening cannot be sufficiently pressed inward unless the inner diameter of the ring part of the opening piece is made considerably small. On the other hand, if the inner diameter is small, the ring part of the opening piece is not opened. It becomes difficult to work around. In other words, there is a contradictory relationship between making the ring part of the opening piece easy to fit around the opening and ensuring sufficient force to press the film in the vicinity of the opening inward. As a result of giving priority to the property, there is a problem that it is difficult to reliably maintain the opening.

Japanese Patent No. 4522737

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a refillable pouch that can be easily refilled even if a separate spout is not provided.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and the refillable pouch according to the present invention is formed in a bag shape by sealing the peripheral edge of the film, and an opening for pouring is provided at the peripheral edge. An opening piece for forming is a refilling pouch that is partitioned from the pouch body via an opening line, and the opening piece is connected to the pouch body on one side of both sides of the opening for opening after opening. The connected portion is a base end portion and the other side is a tip end portion, and the pouch body is formed with a locking portion for locking the opened piece after opening. A locked portion that is locked to the opening is formed on the tip end side of the opening piece, and the locking portion is the other side of the both sides of the opening for extraction and is opened more than the locked portion. characterized in that it is made form a position far from the base end portion of the piece.

In the refilling pouch having the above structure, the opening for extraction is formed by pulling the opening piece or the like, but the opening piece is not completely separated from the main body of the pouch by opening, but at the base end thereof. It is in a state connected to the main body of the pouch. And if the opening piece after opening is latched by the latching | locking part of a pouch main body, the opening piece will return to the base end part side. The force that the unsealed piece tries to return to the base end side acts on the pouch body from the locking portion. Since this force is a direction from the outside of the pouch body toward the center of the pouring opening along the film surface of the pouch body, the two films facing each other in the pouring opening are separated from each other. As a result, the extraction opening is pushed and widened, and the extraction opening is held in the open state.

In particular, the dispensing opening is formed so as to open obliquely upward, the unsealing piece is formed so that the distal end is located on the lower side and the proximal end is located on the upper side, and the locking part is formed on the refilling pouch. It is preferable that it is formed on the side edge on the side where the opening for pouring is formed on both side edges and is located below the locked portion. In this case, the locked portion is locked to the locking portion by pulling the tip of the opening piece downward. The lower part of the refill pouch is not easily deformed by the contents, whereas the upper part is easily deformed. Further, if the opening piece is pulled downward rather than the upper side, the opening piece can be locked to the locking portion while the refilling pouch is relatively stable. Therefore, the opening piece can be easily locked to the locking portion, and the force for pushing and expanding the dispensing opening effectively acts on the film, so that the dispensing opening is easily opened.

Moreover, it is preferable that a to-be-latched part is a concave-shaped part comprised from a part of opening line | wire, and recessedly provided toward the inner side of the opening piece. Although it is possible to form a recessed portion as a locked portion on the outer edge of the opening piece, the recessed portion is formed by forming the locked portion from a part of the opening line and recessed toward the inside of the opening piece. If the to-be-latched part is configured, the to-be-latched part does not get in the way before opening, and the locking operation is simple and easy.

In addition, a pour-out channel is formed by the non-sealed portion, and a pour-out opening is formed by crossing the tip of the pour-out channel with an unsealing line. From the outer edge portion formed along the extraction flow path to form a seal portion on the side of the extraction flow path on the distal end side, and from the end portion on the side near the extraction opening of the outer outline line portion It is preferable that the concave part is constituted by a bent part between the outer line part and the transverse line part. By forming the extraction flow path by the non-sealing portion, the contents can be smoothly extracted through the extraction flow path. Then, by forming the outline portion along the extraction flow path so as to form a seal portion on the side of the extraction flow path, the extraction nozzle portion can be formed to protrude outward from the pouch body. Therefore, the contents can be easily refilled into the dedicated container so that the pouring nozzle portion is applied to the mouth of the dedicated container. In addition, by using the bent portion between the outer line portion and the transverse line portion as the locked portion, the locked portion can be easily formed while forming the dispensing nozzle portion.

As described above, in the refilling pouch according to the present invention, the opening for pouring is kept open by the force that the unsealing piece locked to the locking portion of the pouch body returns to the base end side. Even if a separate spout is not provided, the contents can be easily refilled.

Hereinafter, a refill pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The refill pouch shown in FIG. 1 is for containing liquid or semi-liquid flowable or granular materials such as detergents and shampoos as contents, and the inner surfaces of the film are peripheral portions thereof. And heat-sealed to form a bag. Specifically, a filling space portion 10 made of a non-seal portion is formed inside the peripheral seal portion, and the filling space portion 10 is filled with contents. In the drawings, a large number of dots are applied to a seal portion formed by heat sealing the inner surfaces of the film.

The refilling pouch has a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction as a whole, and is configured as a self-supporting standing pouch having a bottom gusset portion 1. The refill pouch includes a pair of main film pieces constituting a front surface and a back surface, and a gusset film piece which is folded inside the lower portion of the main film pieces and folded in two at a folded portion 1a to form the bottom gusset portion 1. It is composed of The pair of main film pieces may be configured separately from the two films, or the pair of main film pieces may be configured integrally by folding one film in half. The film piece and the gusset film piece may be integrally formed from a single film. Further, on both side edges of the gusset film piece, a cutout portion 2 that is cut out, for example, in a semicircular shape, is formed at locations facing each other in the front and back directions in a folded state. The main film piece and the main film piece on the back side are directly heat-sealed. Therefore, the opening of the gusset film piece in the front-rear direction is prevented at the position of the notch 2.

The peripheral seal part includes left and right side edge seal parts 3, 4, a bottom seal part 5 formed by heat-sealing a gusset film piece to a main film piece, and a filling port that is heat-sealed after filling the contents. The filling port seal portion 6 is formed, and the inclined seal portion 9 is formed to be inclined from the upper edge 7 to one side edge 8. While the inner edge of the side edge seal portion 3 at one side edge 8 is formed along the vertical direction, the inner edge of the inclined seal portion 9 is directed obliquely upward from the side edge seal portion 3 at the lower portion thereof. The upper part is formed in a substantially U shape so as to form a non-seal part protruding obliquely upward toward the outside. When the contents are poured out from the filling space portion 10 from the non-seal portion projecting obliquely upward toward the outside, a pouring passage 11 serving as a passage is formed. That is, the extraction channel 11 is formed so as to communicate with the filling space 10 and to protrude obliquely upward from the filling space 10.

An opening piece 12 is formed around the extraction channel 11. The unsealing piece 12 is for forming a dispensing opening 13 for dispensing the contents, and is separated from the pouch body 14 by an unsealing line 20, except for the base end portion 12a at the time of opening. Separated from the pouch body 14. That is, the unsealing piece 12 straddles the outside of the extraction opening 13 with one side of the both sides of the extraction opening 13 as the base end 12a connected to the pouch body 14 and the other side as the front end 12b. It is formed in this way. Specifically, the opening piece 12 is configured with the lower end as a distal end portion 12b and the upper side as a proximal end portion 12a, and the extraction channel 11 is obliquely upward between the distal end portion 12b and the proximal end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 It extends to. Accordingly, the distal end portion 12b and the base end portion 12a of the unsealing piece 12 are in a positional relationship facing each other across the extraction channel 11, and the opening piece 12 is formed so as to surround the outside of the extraction channel 11 from three sides. Yes. When the unsealed piece 12 is opened, the distal end portion 12b side of the unsealed piece 12 is separated from the pouch body 14, while the proximal end portion 12a of the unsealed piece 12 remains connected to the pouch body 14 even after unsealing.

The unsealing line 20 that divides the unsealing piece 12 from the pouch body 14 in this way is formed starting from a V-shaped or U-shaped starting end notch portion 21 formed at one side edge 8, and the starting end notch A distal end edge portion 22 extending obliquely upward from the portion 21 toward the proximal end portion of the extraction flow path 11, and a distal end portion of the extraction flow path 11 connected via the distal end edge portion 22 and the curved portion 23. The lower outer line portion 24 formed along the pouring flow path 11 toward the side and the lower outer line portion 24 bent at a predetermined angle with respect to the lower outer line portion 24, A transverse line portion 25 formed so as to cross the extraction flow path 11 from the end portion on the distal end side of the output flow path 11, and a continuous line portion 25 and the curved portion 26, and the extraction flow It is comprised from the outer outline part 27 formed along the extraction flow path 11 toward the base end part side of the path | route 11. As shown in FIG.

The leading edge 22 is a completely cut region where the film is completely cut except for a part of its total length. A part of the leading edge 22 is a non-cutting region T where the film is not cut at all, and the non-cutting region T is formed in the vicinity of the starting notch 21, but the length thereof is the leading edge 22. It is slightly with respect to the total length. Moreover, the part shown with the code | symbol H is an easy-open area | region. The easy-opening region is a region processed so that it can be easily opened by hand without using a bag or the like, and the processing method is not particularly limited, and a conventionally known technique is used. Specifically, for example, a half cut (including perforations) is provided on the front or back surface of the film, the inner layer is cut when the main film piece has a multilayer structure, or the stretching direction is in the opening direction. For example, the oriented stretched film may be used as a main film piece. When the easy-open region is a half-cut region, a part of the total thickness of the film has already been cut, and the cut ratio is, for example, about 30% of the total thickness. All the regions other than the non-cutting region T and the easy-opening region H in the opening line 20 are complete cutting regions.

The angle α between the lower outline 24 and the transverse line 25 is, for example, 90 ° to 110 °, and the bent portion 28 between the lower outline 24 and the transverse line 25 is an opening piece. The bent portion 28 is configured as a locked portion. And the notch part 29 is formed in the bending part 28, and a more reliable locking state is obtained by this, but this notch part 29 can also be abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 2, the upper and lower outer contour portions 24 and 27 are formed so as to leave a seal portion 30 having a predetermined width on the side of the extraction channel 11, that is, on the outer side in the width direction. Accordingly, the pouch main body 14 is formed with the extraction nozzle portion 15 protruding obliquely upward by opening, and the extraction flow passage 11 is positioned in the extraction nozzle portion 15. And since the opening line 20 has crossed the front-end | tip part of the extraction flow path 11, the front-end | tip part of the extraction flow path 11 opens by opening, and the opening part for extraction is added to the front-end | tip part of the extraction nozzle part 15 13 will be formed. Also, a substantially triangular knob is formed at the distal end portion 12b of the unsealing piece 12 by one side edge 8 of the refilling pouch, the distal end edge portion 22 of the unsealing line 20, and the lower outline line portion 24. The And the front-end | tip part 12b and the base end part 12a of the opening piece 12 are located in the outer side of the lower outline line part 24 and the upper outline line part 27 which form the nozzle part 15 for extraction, respectively.

The upper outline line portion 27 has an end portion in the vicinity of the proximal end portion of the extraction flow path 11, and the unsealing line 20 becomes the end point at that position. Since the upper contour line portion 27 extends obliquely downward from the distal end side to the base end portion side of the pouring channel 11, the upper contour line portion 27 and the upper edge 7 of the refilling pouch 7 The distance between them gradually increases toward the base end of the extraction channel 11. The upper region at the end portion of the upper outline portion 27 becomes the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12, and therefore the opening piece 12 gradually becomes wider toward the base end portion 12a in the vicinity of the base end portion 12a.

A locking notch 16 is formed below the start notch 21. The locking notch 16 is a locking portion for locking the opening piece 12 after opening, and is formed to have a predetermined length (for example, about several mm) in a substantially horizontal direction from one side edge 8 of the refilling pouch. Has been. One side edge 8 of the refilling pouch is a side edge on the side where the extraction opening 13 is formed on both side edges of the refilling pouch. The vertical separation distance between the locking notch portion 16 and the bent portion 28 is 20 to 25 mm, which corresponds to approximately 1/10 of the total height (vertical dimension) of the refilling pouch, for example, 200 mm. Degree. Since the locking notch 16 is positioned below the bent portion 28 as described above, the length B from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 to the bent portion 28 is as shown in FIG. Thus, the length A from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 to the locking notch portion 16 is longer. That is, A> B. The base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 is related to the length A from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 to the locking notch portion 16 and the length B from the base end portion 12a to the bent portion 28 of the opening piece 12. Is based on a point P where an imaginary line L1 drawn vertically upward from the terminal end 27a of the upper outline portion 27 toward the upper edge 7 of the refilling pouch intersects the upper edge 7. In the present embodiment, the terminal end 27 a of the upper outline portion 27 is the terminal end of the opening line 20. Further, the length A from the base end portion 12 a of the opening piece 12 to the locking notch portion 16 is a distance from the distal end of the locking notch portion 16. Further, in the present embodiment in which the notched portion 29 is formed in the bent portion 28, the length B from the base end portion 12 a of the opening piece 12 to the bent portion 28 is the distance from the distal end of the notched portion 29.

The film constituting the refilling pouch is not particularly limited, and various known ones can be used. For example, an outer layer made of a biaxially stretched polyester film or a biaxially stretched polyamide film, and a low density polyethylene , A multilayer laminate film composed of an inner layer made of a heat-fusible resin such as high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, or metallocene polyethylene is used, and if necessary, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer or aluminum foil, A laminate in which a gas barrier film such as a film on which an inorganic material such as silicon oxide is deposited is laminated is also used.

As shown in FIG. 3, the refilling pouch configured as described above grasps the leading end portion 12 b side of the opening piece 12 and cuts so as to tear the non-cutting region T in the opening line 20, and then easily opens the opening region. By cutting out H, a dispensing opening 13 is formed. Since the unsealed piece 12 is connected to the pouch body 14 at the base end portion 12a, it is not separated from the pouch body 14, but the distal end 12b side of the unsealed piece 12 is separated from the pouch body 14, The delivery nozzle portion 15 is formed to protrude outward. Then, the bent portion 28 is locked to the locking notch portion 16 while pulling the front end portion 12b of the opening piece 12 downward. At this time, since the notch portion 29 is formed in the bent portion 28, the bent portion 28 is reliably locked to the locking notch portion 16. As described above, the locking notch portion 16 is located farther from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 than the bent portion 28 and has a relationship of A> B. When locking 28, the base end portion 12 a of the unsealed piece 12 is drawn to the extraction flow path 11. Further, by locking the bent portion 28 to the locking notch portion 16, a force is applied to the pouch body 14 to return from the opening piece 12 to the base end portion 12 a side via the locking notch portion 16. . That is, a force along the film surface acts from both sides of the pouring channel 11 toward the center, and the force acts on the pair of film pieces in a direction away from each other. Due to this force, the extraction channel 11 is expanded in a cylindrical shape, and therefore, the extraction opening 13 is opened and maintained as shown in FIG. The pouch body 14 is also bulged. Further, since the extraction nozzle portion 15 is formed to protrude by opening, the refilling operation can be performed so that the extraction nozzle portion 15 is brought into contact with the mouth portion of the dedicated container. Moreover, since the above-described force acts intensively from both sides of the dispensing nozzle portion 15 toward the center side, the dispensing nozzle portion 15 is pushed and expanded in a cylindrical shape. Therefore, the contents can be easily poured out from the dispensing opening 13 formed at the tip of the dispensing nozzle 15 and the refilling operation can be performed. Since the opening piece 12 is locked to the locking notch portion 16 so as to bypass the back side or the front side of the dispensing nozzle portion 15, the opening piece 12 becomes an obstacle when the contents are poured out. In addition, since the opening piece 12 is configured like a flange provided at the base of the dispensing nozzle portion 15, the opening piece 12 is brought into contact with the mouth edge of the exclusive container, The contact area with the refilling pouch is increased, and the stability of the refilling operation can be improved. Further, since the dispensing nozzle portion 15 is not exposed before opening and the refilling pouch has a substantially rectangular shape, the dispensing nozzle portion 15 protrudes from the state before unsealing during transportation. The dispensing nozzle portion 15 does not get in the way during display or the like.

In the present embodiment, the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 is located on the upper side and the tip end portion 12b is located on the lower side. However, the arrangement may be reversed as shown in FIGS. That is, the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 may be positioned on the lower side and the tip end portion 12b may be positioned on the upper side. In that case, the locking notch 16 is formed on the upper edge 7 of the refilling pouch, and the bent portion 28 is locked to the locking notch 16 so as to pull the opening piece 12 upward after opening. The bent portion 28 is formed between the transverse line portion 25 and the upper outline portion 27.

Also in this configuration, as shown in FIG. 6, the length A from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 to the notch portion 16 for locking with respect to the length B from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 to the bent portion 28. Becomes longer and A> B. Accordingly, when the bent portion 28 is locked to the locking notch portion 16 after opening, a force acts in a direction away from each other on the pair of film pieces, and the extraction flow path 11 is pushed and expanded in a cylindrical shape by this force, The dispensing opening 13 is held in an open state. In the case of FIG. 6, the length A from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 to the locking notch portion 16 and the length B from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 to the bent portion 28 are opened. The base end portion 12a of the piece 12 is a point where an imaginary line L2 drawn horizontally from the terminal end 24a (lower end) of the lower outline line portion 24 toward one side edge 8 of the refilling pouch intersects the side edge 8. Q is the standard. In this embodiment, the end 24 a of the lower outline 24 is the end of the opening line 20.

However, the upper part of the refilling pouch is more easily deformed than the lower part, and the refilling pouch is more stable when pulled downward than when it is pulled upward. Relative to the configuration in which the base end portion 12a is on the lower side and the tip end portion 12b is on the upper side, the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 is arranged on the upper side as shown in FIG. It is preferable to adopt a configuration in which it is locked so as to be pulled.

The configuration of the locked portion of the opening piece 12 can be variously changed. In the above embodiment, the locked portion is configured by the bent portion 28. However, the configuration is not limited to this, and the opening line 20 Locked portions may be formed at other locations. In the case where the locked portion is formed in another part of the opening line 20, it is preferable that the locked portion is configured from a part of the opening line 20 like the bent portion 28, and the concave portion is formed toward the inside of the opening piece 12. It is preferable to provide a recessed portion and use the recessed portion as a locked portion. If the concave portion as the locked portion is formed in the opening line 20, there is no possibility that another object will be caught by the locked portion before opening.

However, the position and configuration of the locked portion are arbitrary, and are not limited to being formed on the opening line 20. For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 11, a round through hole 40 is formed in the opening piece 12, and the opening edge 41 of the through hole 40 is used as a locked portion to engage with the locking portion of the pouch body 14. You may make it stop. In this configuration, the region located below the pouring opening 13 is cut out on one side edge 8 of the refilling pouch, and the lower portion of the pouring nozzle 15 is already exposed before opening. It is the form which has taken out. Therefore, the opening line 20 does not have the front edge portion 22 or the lower outline portion 24 as shown in FIG. 2, and the transverse line portion 25 is formed from the start end notch portion 21. And the V-shaped notch part 42 is formed in the lower part of the base end part of the nozzle part 15 for extraction as a latching | locking part.

Also in this configuration, as shown in FIG. 8, the length B from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 to the opening edge portion 41 of the through-hole 40 that is the locked portion is from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12. The length A up to the notch portion 42 is longer, and a relationship of A> B is established. In the vicinity of the end of the opening line 20, a vertical portion 31 extends upward, and the end 31 a (upper end) of the vertical portion 31 is the end of the opening line 20. The base end of the opening piece 12 is related to the length A from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 to the notch portion 42 and the length B from the base end portion 12a of the opening piece 12 to the opening edge portion 41 of the through hole 40. The part 12a is based on a point P where a virtual line L1 drawn vertically upward from the end 31a of the vertical part 31 toward the upper edge 7 of the refilling pouch intersects the upper edge 7. The length A from the base end portion 12 a of the opening piece 12 to the notch portion 42 is the distance to the tip of the notch portion 42. Moreover, when the straight line C which passes through the center O of the through-hole 40 is drawn from the point P, the location which becomes a to-be-locked part of the opening edge 41 of the through-hole 40 is the opening edge of the through-hole 40 Among the two points intersecting with 41, the point R is farther from the point P. Therefore, the length B from the base end portion 12 a of the opening piece 12 to the opening edge portion 41 of the through hole 40 is a distance between the point P and the point R.

As described above, the lower portion of the dispensing nozzle portion 15 is already exposed before opening, but when opened as shown in FIG. 10, the upper portion of the dispensing nozzle portion 15 is also exposed. And if the opening piece 12 after opening is pulled below, the opening nozzle part 15 will become the cylinder shape because the opening piece 12 will return to the base end part 12a side. Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the opening piece 12 is fitted into the outside of the dispensing nozzle portion 15 that is cylindrical, and the opening edge portion 41 of the through hole 40 is engaged with the notch portion 42 to thereby dispense the dispensing opening portion. 13 is kept open. Similarly to the other embodiments, this embodiment also maintains the extraction opening 13 by utilizing the force with which the opening piece 12 attempts to return to the base end portion 12a side. There is no problem even if the diameter is not particularly small, and the insertion work can be made simple and easy by making the through-hole 40 a certain size.

An auxiliary locking portion 43 is also formed on the upper portion of the base end portion of the dispensing nozzle portion 15. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, the vertical portion 31 extends upward from the end portion of the upper outline portion 27 via the auxiliary locking portion 43 on the unsealing line 20. If the auxiliary locking portion 43 is formed in this way, the opening edge portion 41 of the through hole 40 can be locked to the auxiliary locking portion 43 when the dispensing nozzle portion 15 is inserted into the through hole 40. Thus, the unsealing piece 12 is more reliably engaged with the dispensing nozzle portion 15, and the opening state of the dispensing opening portion 13 is maintained. However, the through-hole 40 may have a diameter larger than the width of the tip portion of the dispensing nozzle portion 15, and the auxiliary locking portion 43 may be omitted. Even in this case, the opening edge 41 of the through-hole 40 is notch portion. The opening 13 for pouring can be kept open by being engaged with 42.

Although the refilling pouch is configured as a standing pouch, a flat pouch may be used. Moreover, the structure which the protrusion nozzle part 15 does not protrude may be sufficient. The position, shape, orientation, etc. of the dispensing opening 13 are also arbitrary.
