【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、樹脂フィルム等からなる包材が袋状に形成され、袋体の隅部等に形成された開封用タブが引きちぎられることにより開封される密封袋に閑し、特に、開封時に引きちぎられる開封用タブを保持する保持手段を袋体に備え、さらに、引きちぎられた開封用タブが袋体から完全に分離されないようにストラップ手段を備えることにより、引きちぎられた開封用タブを簡易なキャップとして使用して開封後の袋体の開封部（ノズル）を覆うことができるとともに、切り取られた開封用タブが散乱等することを防止できる密封袋に閑する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、樹脂フィルムや紙等の軟包材が接合されることにより密封袋状に形成され、袋体の隅部等の開封用タブを手で引き裂いて開封できる密封袋がある。
この種の軟包材製密封袋は、軽量かつ柔軟性，耐久性に優れ、加工が容易で安価に製造できることから、食品や飲料，洗剤，化粧品等の主に液体製品の容器として広く使用されている。
このような密封袋に用いられる軟包材は、通常、強度を持たせるために延伸により配向が与えられた配向性樹脂フィルムを含む多層フィルムが用いられる他、紙製のシート材等が用いられている。

ここで、このような配向性樹脂フィルムを積層した多層フィルムや紙製シート材からなる軟包材を使用して得られる密封袋では、強度が強くなる反面、袋体の開封用タブを手で引き裂いて開封することが困難となる。
そこで、従来の密封袋では、袋体の隅部等、開封用タブとなる軟包材にノッチ部（切り目）を設けたり、熱処理やレーザ溝加工等を施すことによって、手によっても容易に截断できる易截断部（切取り線）を形成するようにしてあり、利用者が易截断部に沿って包材を容易に引き裂いて袋体を開封し易いようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このように易截断部を形成した密封袋では、易截断部に沿って截断されて袋体から切り取られた開封用タブは、袋体から完全に分離され、ゴミとなって散乱等し易いという問題が発生した。
また、このように開封用タブが切り離されて開封された袋体は、開封されたノズル部分を覆うキャップ等が存在せず、例えば、洗剤等の詰替え用容器として使用される密封袋の内容物が余った場合や、密封袋をそのまま内容物の保管用容器として継続的に使用する場合（いわゆる「本品使用」する場合）に、ノズルの開口部分からゴミ等の異物が入ったり、容器が転倒して内容物が大量にこぼれてしまう等の問題も生じた。
さらに、容器が食品や飲料用に用いられる場合、開封された容器を本品使用しようとすると、キャップのない口元（ノズル）が汚染等されるおそれがあり、開封された容器をそのまま本品使用することは現実には困難であった。

本発明は、以上のような従来の技術が有する問題を解決するために提案されたものであり、開封時に引きちぎられる開封用タブを保持する保持手段を袋体に備え、さらに、引きちぎられた開封用タブが袋体から完全に分離されないようにストラップ手段を備えることにより、引きちぎられた開封用タブを簡易なキャップとして使用して開封後の袋体の開封部（ノズル）を覆うことができ、内容物がこぼれたりノズルが汚染等されることを防止できるとともに、切り取られた開封用タブがゴミとなって散乱等することを防止することができる密封袋の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の請求項１記載の密封袋は、軟包材が接合されて密封の袋体状に形成され、開封用タブが引きちぎられることにより、ノズルが形成される密封袋であって、前記開封用タブに、当該開封用タブの外側の縁部に連通する軟包材の未接合部と、前記未接合部の少なくとも一部を剥離可能に接合することにより、剥離前には、未接合部を外部から隔離し、剥離後には、外側の縁部に連通する弱接合部と、を備え、前記弱接合部が剥離された未接合部が、前記ノズルをキャップとして覆う空間を形成する構成としてある。
また、請求項２では、前記開封用タブが、当該開封用タブのノズル側の縁部に連通して形成された他の未接合部を備える構成としてある。
また、請求項３では、前記袋体のノズル以外の他の部位が、前記開封用タブの未接合部に挿入される構成としてある。

一方、請求項４では、前記袋体が、前記開封用タブの未接合部に挿入される突起部を備えた構成としてある。
また、請求項５では、前記袋体の軟包材に、前記開封用タブが挿入される未接合部を備えた構成としてある。
さらに、請求項６では、前記袋体の軟包材に、前記開封用タブが挿入されるスリットを備えた構成としてある。

このような構成からなる本発明の密封袋によれば、開封用タブを構成する軟包材に未接合部を設け、また、袋体を構成する軟包材の接合部に、突起部や未接合部，スリット等のタブ保持手段を形成することで、開封時に引きちぎられた開封用タブを、開封されたノズル部分や袋体隅部に装着したり、突起部等のタブ保持手段によって保持することができる。
これにより、切り取られた開封用タブがゴミとして周囲に散乱等することがなくなる。
また、切り取られた開封用タブは開封されたノズル部分に装着することができるので、開封用タブを開封されたノズル部分のキャップとして使用することができ、ノズル部分から異物等が混入したり、袋体の転倒により内容物が大量にこぼれることを防止できるようになる。しかも、開封用タブでノズルを覆えることにより、食品や飲料容器の口元部分の汚染等も防止でき、衛生面に優れた食品，飲料用の密封袋を提供できるようになる。

そして、本発明の密封袋によれば、開封用タブの未接合部の少なくとも一部に、容易に剥離できる接着剤等からなる弱接合部を備えることで、開封用タブを袋体のタブ保持手段やノズルに装着するまでは、開封用タブの未接合部が開いたり広がったりすることがなくなり、未接合部の内側が汚れることも防止できる。
これにより、開封前においては、本発明の密封袋を、未接合部を備えない従来の密封袋と同様の状態，形状に維持することができるようになり、開封後も、汚れた開封用タブがキャップとしてノズルに装着されてノズルが汚染等されることがなくなり、特に食品，飲料用容器の衛生性を向上させることができる。

また、請求項７では、前記袋体から引きちぎられた前記開封用タブを当該袋体に分離不能に連結するストラップ手段を備えた構成としてある。
そして、特に請求項８では、前記ストラップ手段が、前記開封用タブを袋体のノズルに装着可能な長さを有する構成としてある。

このような構成からなる本発明の密封袋によれば、開封時に切り取られた開封用タブは、ストラップ手段を介して袋体に連結され、袋体から完全に分離されてゴミとして散乱等することがなくなる。
しかも、ストラップ手段を一定の長さに形成することで、切り取られた開封用タブを袋体の開封されたノズルを覆うキャップとして使用することができる。
これにより、本発明では、開封用タブが散乱，紛失することなく、袋体に連結された簡易なキャップとして活用することが可能となり、より利便性の高い密封袋を提供できるようになる。

さらに、請求項９では、袋体から引きちぎられる前記開封用タブと当該袋体の連続部分に、袋体の一の外縁から所定の開封方向に沿って形成される易截断部を備えるとともに、この易截断部の開封方向終端側に連続し、その終端部が袋体の外縁に至らない位置に形成される易截断連続部を備え、この易截断部及び易截断連続部に沿って前記開封用タブが引きちぎられることにより、当該易截断連続部に沿って截断された軟包材が前記ストラップ手段を形成し、前記開封用タブを前記袋体に分離不能に連結する構成としてある。

このような構成からなる本発明の密封袋によれば、開封用タブと袋体の連続部分に、手で容易に引き裂くことができる易截断部を形成するとともに、この易截断部に連続する易截断連続部を形成することで、開封用タブを易截断部及び易截断連続部に沿って容易に切り取ることができる。
そして、易截断連続部の終端部を袋体の外縁に至らない位置に形成することで、軟包材を完全に袋体から切り離すことなく截断し、開封用タブと袋体とを連結するストラップ手段とすることができる。
しかも、易截断連続部の形状として、開封用タブと袋体を連結する軟包材が一定の長さに截断されるように形成することで、ストラップ手段を所望の長さにすることができ、開封用タブを袋体に分離不能に連結しつつ、袋体の開封されたノズル部分等に装着させることができる。

このように、本発明では、開封用タブを袋体に分離不能に連結するストラップ手段を、袋体の一部を截断することで得ることができるので、ストラップ手段を含む袋体全体を一体成形することができ、袋体の製造工程が複雑化したり製造コストが上昇等することなく、簡易かつ安価にストラップ手段付きの密封袋を製造することができる。
また、開封用タブの切り離し及びストラップ手段の形成は、袋体の開封部分に形成された易截断部に沿って包材を手で引き裂いて容易に行えるので、利用者にとっても、ストラップ手段を含む袋体の開封作業がきわめて容易に行え、誤って開封用タブ以外の部分を切り取ることもなくなり、より利便性，信頼性の高い密封袋を提供することができる。
なお、本発明は、開封用タブとタブ保持手段を備えていれば、ストラップ手段や易截断部等を省略することは可能であり、その場合には、利用者がハサミ等を用いて開封用タブを切り取り、切り取った開封用タブをノズル部分等に装着するようにすれば良い。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る密封袋の好ましい実施形態について、図１〜図７を参照しつつ説明する。
図１は、本発明の一実施形態に係る密封袋の正面図である。
図２は、図１に示す本実施形態に係る密封袋の開封部分を示す拡大図である。
これらの図に示すように、本実施形態に係る密封袋１は、樹脂フィルムや紙製シート材からなる軟包材の縁部が接合されることにより、密封袋状に形成された袋体２からなる。そして、この袋体２の隅部の一つに開封用タブ４が形成され、この開封用タブ４が切り取られることにより、内容物排出用のノズル２１が形成されて袋体２が開封されるようになっている。

袋体２は、通常、平面矩形状等に形成された二枚の樹脂製フィルムや紙製シート材が重ね合わされ、又は一枚の樹脂製フィルムや紙製シート材が折り曲げられて重ね合わされ、図１に示すように、容器周縁が接着剤や熱融着等の任意の手段により粘着，接合されることによって（図１に示す接合部３）、密封袋状に形成される。
ここで、袋体２を構成する樹脂製フィルムや紙製シート材としては、公知の密封袋と同様の任意の材料を使用することができ、例えば、樹脂製フィルムの場合、強度を持たせるために延伸により配向が与えられた配向性樹脂フィルムを含む多層フィルムを用いることが好ましい。また、樹脂製フィルムや紙製シート材は、内容物に応じて種々の大きさに裁断され所望の内容量の袋体２を形成することができる。

開封用タブ４は、少なくとも二枚の軟包材が接合された袋体２の接合部３の一部に、手指等で引っ張って切り取り易いタブ形状となっている。この開封用タブ４が切り取られて袋体２が開封され、ノズル２１（図４〜図５参照）から内容物の排出等が行えるようになる。
開封用タブ４には、図２に示すように、接合される軟包材（図２に示す軟包材４−１，４−２参照）の間に、未接合の空間となる未接合部４１ａ．４１ｂが形成してある。
これらの未接合部４１のうち、未接合部４１ａは、開封用タブ４の外側（袋体外縁側）から内部に連通するように形成された未接合空間で、開封用タブ４が切り取られたあとの袋体２のノズル２１が挿入できる大きさに形成されている。また、袋体内側の未接合部４１ｂは、袋体２のノズル２１側に連続，連通した未接合空間となっており、ノズル２１の開口幅と同じ幅に形成されている。
このような未接合部４１を備えることで、袋体２のノズル２１や他の部位を未接合部４１に挿入することができ、袋体２から切り取られた開封用タブ４を袋体２に装着できるようになり、特に、ノズル２１のキャップとして使用できるようになる。

また、袋体の外側に連通する未接合部４１ａの未接合部分の一部には、図２に示すように、軟包材４−１，４−２間を仮に接合する弱接合部４２を備えるようにしてある。
弱接合部４２は、未接合部４１を構成する未接合部分に、容易に剥離できる接着剤等が配設されることによって備えられ、開封用タブ４を袋体２のノズル２１に装着するまで、未接合部４１ａが開いたり広がったりするのを防止して、未接合部４１ａが外部から隔離されるようになっている。これにより、袋体２の開封前においては、開封用タブ４は、未接合部４１を備えない従来の密封袋と同様の外形に維持され、開封用タブ４がノズル２１のキャップと使用されるまで、未接合部４１ａが外部と接して汚れることがないようにしている。
なお、弱接合部４２は、開封用タブ４を袋体２に装着する等、必要なときにすぐに剥離できる限り、本実施形態のように未接合空間の一部を仮接合するようにしても良く、また、未接合部４１の全部を仮接合するようにしても良い。
また、本実施形態の未接合部４１は、二つの未接合部４１ａ，４１ｂを形成し、袋体外縁に連通する未接合部４１ａを袋体２のノズル２１に対応した形状に形成してあるが、特にこれに限定されるものではなく、例えば未接合部４１ｂを省略して未接合部４１ａのみを形成したり、未接合空間の形状を変更することもできる。

そして、このような開封開封用タブ４と袋体２が連続する部分には、易截断部５と、これに連続する易截断連続部６が形成されている。
易截断部５は、図２に示すように、袋体２の一の外縁から所定の開封方向に沿って形成される線状領域であり、この易截断部５に沿って袋体２を構成する軟包材を手で容易に引き裂くことができる、いわゆる切取線である。この易截断部５を設けることにより、未接合部４１を備えた開封用タブ４が袋体２から容易に切り取りできるようになっている。この易截断部５は、特に強度の強い配向性樹脂フィルム包材からなる袋体２について好ましい。
なお、この易截断部５は、袋体２の軟包材を所定方向に沿って容易に截断できるようにできれば、任意の公知方法を使用して形成することができ、熱処理やレーザ溝加工等によって形成することができる。また、袋体２縁部の易截断部５の開封開始箇所に、ノッチ部（切り目）を設けることもできる。

易截断連続部６は、図２に示すように、易截断部５の開封方向終端側に連続して形成される易截断線であり、その終端部が袋体２の外縁に至らない位置に形成される切取線となっている。
具体的には、同図に示す易截断連続部６は、易截断部５と交差する方向に複数本の線状領域が平行に形成されてジグザグ状となっており、この線に沿って截断された軟包材が一定の長さを有する紐状のストラップ６１となって展開できるようになっている（図４及び図５参照）。特に、本実施形態では、易截断連続部６に沿って截断された軟包材が、開封用タブ４を袋体２のノズル２１に着脱自在に装着できるだけの充分な長さを有するストラップ６１として展開できるように、易截断連続部６の長さを設定してある。
なお、易截断連続部６は、易截断部５を形成する場合と同様に、熱処理やレーザ溝加工等、任意の公知方法を使用して形成することができる。

このように軟包材を手で容易に引き裂ける易截断部５及び連続する易截断連続部６を形成することにより、開封用タブ４を易截断部５及び易截断連続部６に沿って容易に切り取ることができ、袋体２の開封作業が容易に行える。
そして、本実施形態では、易截断連続部６の終端部を袋体の外縁に至らない位置に形成してあるので、截断される軟包材を、袋体２から完全に切り離されることなく開封用タブ４を袋体２に連結した状態で截断させるようにすることができる。しかも、開封用タブ４と袋体２を連結する軟包材が一定の長さとなるよう、易截断連続部６の形状をジグザグ状に形成することで、截断された軟包材をストラップ６１として用いることができ、開封用タブ４を袋体２に分離不能に連結しつつ、袋体２のノズル２１に着脱自在に装着させることができるようになる。

なお、易截断連続部６の形状は、本実施形態における平行なジグザグ線状のものに限られるものではない。すなわち、易截断連続部６は、開封用タブ４を袋体２に分離不能に連結するストラップ状に包材を截断でき、また、その截断された包材（ストラップ６１）の長さが開封用隅部６を袋体２の開封端部に着脱できるだけの長さとなる限り、特に形状は限定されない。
例えば、図６に示すように、ジグザグ線状の易截断連続部６を図２に示す場合とほぼ直交する方向に形成することもできる。
また、図２や図６に示すようなジグザグ線状のものに代えて、例えば渦巻き形状や波形形状の易截断連続部６としても良い。

次に、以上のような構成からなる本実施形態に係る密封袋１の開封動作について、図３〜図５を参照しつつ説明する。図３〜図５は、それぞれ本発実施形態に係る密封袋の開封動作を示すための説明図である。
まず、密封袋１を開封するには、図３（ａ）に示すように、袋体２の開封用タブ４を袋体２と離間する方向に引きちぎる。このようにすると、袋体２と開封用タブ４の連続部分に形成された易截断部５が、図３（ｂ）に示すように、袋体２の接合部３外縁側から截断され、所定の開封方向に沿って截断されることになる。
この状態で、図４（ａ）に示すように、開封用タブ４を更に袋体２と離間する方向（図４（ａ）に示す矢印方向）に引っ張ると、易截断部５が完全に切断され、さらに易截断部５に連続する易截断連続部６が截断される。これにより、開封用タブ４が袋体２から切り取られ、密封袋１が開封されるとともに、易截断連続部６に沿って切断された接合部３の包材は、ジグザグのストラップ６１として切り取られる。なお、易截断連続部６は、終端部が袋体２の外縁に至らない位置に形成してあるので、截断形成されるストラップ６１は、袋体２から完全に切り離されることなく開封用タブ４と袋体２を連結した状態となる。

これによって、開封用タブ４はキャップとして使用できるようになるので、図４（ｂ）に示すように、二枚の軟包材４−１，４−２の間を離間方向（図４（ｂ）に示す矢印方向）に広げ、弱接合部４２を剥離して未接合部４１ａを袋外縁まで連通させる。なお、この弱接合部４２の剥離は、任意のタイミングで行うことができ、例えば、開封用タブ４の切取り前の状態（図３（ａ）に示す状態）のときに行っても良い。
その後は、図５（ａ）に示すように、開封用タブ４を、未接合部開口が袋体２のノズル２１に対向する方向（図５（ａ）に示す矢印方向）に回転させる。
そして、図５（ｂ）に示すように、未接合部４１の空間に袋体２のノズル２１を挿入するようにして、開封用タブ４を袋体２に装着する。
これにより、袋体２の開封部の開口は、開封用タブ４がキャップとなって覆われることになり、この開封用タブ４を着脱自在に装着することで、袋体２は簡易なキャップ付き容器として使用できるようになる。

以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る密封袋１によれば、開封時に切り取られる開封用タブ４に未接合部４１を設けているので、開封用タブ４を袋体２のノズル２１に装着することができる。これにより、切り取られた開封用タブ４は袋体２側に装着されることになり、ゴミとして周囲に散乱等することがなくなる。
そして、切り取られた開封用タブ４を袋体２のノズル２１に装着することで、開封用タブ４を開封部分のキャップとして使用することができ、ノズル２１の開口部分から異物等が混入したり、袋体２の転倒により内容物が大量にこぼれることを防止できるようになる。
さらに、開封用タブ４でノズル２１を覆えることにより、食品や飲料容器の口元部分が汚染等されるのも防止できるようになる。
そして、このように開封部分等に装着可能な開封用タブ４は、接合される軟包材の一部に未接合部を設けて未接合部４１を形成するのみで得られるので、樹脂フィルムや紙製シート材からなる通常の密封袋の構成を何等変更等することなく実現でき、密封袋１は、複雑化したり製造工程が煩雑化するようなこともなく、容易に本発明に係る密封袋を実施することができる。

また、本実施形態では、未接合部４１を備える開封用タブ４と袋体２の連続部分に、手で容易に引き裂くことができる易截断部５及びこれに連続する易截断連続部６を形成し、開封用タブ４を易截断部５及び易截断連続部６に沿って切り取ることで袋体２を容易に開封できる。
しかも、易截断連続部６の終端部分を袋体の外縁に至らない位置に形成することにより、開封部分の包材は袋体２から完全に切り離されることなく截断され、開封用タブ４を袋体２に連結するストラップ６１として構成することができる。
そして、易截断連続部６によって形成されるストラップ６１を一定の長さに截断形成することで、開封用タブ４を袋体２に分離不能に連結しつつ、袋体２のノズル２１に装着させることができる。

これにより、開封時に切り取られた開封用タブ４は、袋体２から完全に分離されることなく截断された包材からなるストラップ６１によって連結され、袋体２から離れてゴミとして散乱等することがなくなると同時に、袋体２の開封されたノズル２１を覆うキャップとして使用することができる。
従って、本実施形態によれば、開封用タブ４が散乱，紛失することなく、袋体２に一体化された簡易なキャップとして活用することが可能となり、より利便性の高い密封袋１を提供できるようになる。

以上、本発明の密封袋について、好ましい一実施形態を示して説明したが、本発明に係る密封袋は、上述した実施形態にのみ限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲で種々の変更実施が可能であることは言うまでもない。
例えば、上述した実施形態では、隅部を袋体に分離不能に連結するストラップ手段として、袋体の軟包材が截断されてなるストラップ６１を用いるようにしていたが、本発明に係るストラップ手段は、截断によって得られる場合に限られず、袋体と開封用タブ間に架設される連結手段であればどのような手段であっても良い。
従って、袋体及び開封用タブと一体成形される樹脂製のストラップ手段や、袋体と開封用タブ間に架設される別部材からなる紐状手段等とすることもできる。

また、上述した実施形態では、切り取られた開封用タブは、截断された軟包材によって袋体に連結されるようになっているが、図７に示すように、開封用タブは袋体から完全に切り離されるようにしても良い。
図７は、開封用タブが袋体から完全に切り離される場合の本発明に係る密封袋の正面図である。
同図に示すように、開封用タブ４が袋体２から完全に切り離される場合には、開封用タブ４は軟包材からなるストラップ手段による連結規制がなくなるので、上述した実施形態で示した袋体の開封部分へ装着できるだけでなく、袋体２の他の部位に挿入，装着できるようになり、これによっても開封用タブ４の散乱等を防止することができる。

具体的には、図７に示すように、袋体２から切り取られた開封用タブ４を保持するタブ保持手段を備えることができる。
このタブ保持手段としては、まず、袋体２を構成する軟包材の接合部３に形成される、開封用タブ４ａを挿入可能な未接合部３ａを備えることができる。
また、袋体２の接合部３に、開封用タブ４ｂを挿入可能なスリット３ｂを備えることができる。
また、袋体２の外縁から突出する突起部３ｃ，３ｄを形成することで、図７に示すように、開封用タブ４ｃの未接合部４１ａに突起部３ｃを装着し、開封用タブ４ｄの未接合部４１ｂに突起部３ｄを装着することができる。

ここで、開封用タブ４を挿入可能な突起部は、任意の方法によって設けることができるが、例えば、袋体２の外縁の接合部３を切り取ることで、切り取られずに残った部分を突起部として使用することができる。この方法では、袋体２の構成を何等変更することなく、きわめて簡易な作業のみで突起部を設けることができるので、特に、既存の密封袋にそのまま本発明を適用する場合に好ましい。
さらに、上記のような突起部等の専用のタブ保持手段３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃ．３ｄを形成する以外にも、図７に示すように、切り取られた開封用タブ４ｅを袋体２の隅部に装着することもできる。
なお、未接合部を有する本発明の開封用タブによれば、袋体以外の任意の凸部，突起部等に装着することも可能であり、図示は省略するが、例えば、袋体の保管場所に、切り取ったタブを装着するフック等を備えることで、開封用タブが不用意に散乱，紛失等するのを防止することができる。

【発明の効果】
