Claims (4)
- 弁室を画定し、前記弁室に向けて開口した弁ポートの周りに形成された弁座面を有する弁ハウジングと、
前記弁室内に設けられ、着座面を有し、当該着座面が前記弁座面に着座して前記弁ポートを閉じる閉弁位置と前記弁座面より離間して前記弁ポートを開く開弁位置との間を移動可能な弁体と、
前記弁ハウジングに取り付けられ、前記弁体を開閉駆動するソレノイド装置と、
を有する電磁弁であって、
前記着座面にプラスチックフィルムが被着され、当該プラスチックフィルムを介して前記着座面が前記弁座面に着座し、前記プラスチックフィルムが、閉弁時に前記弁座面に当接する部分より内側の部分にて、少なくとも部分的にくり抜かれている電磁弁。 - 前記プラスチックフィルムは、粘着層を介して前記着座面に被着されている請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁座面に前記プラスチックフィルムとは別のプラスチックフィルムが被着されている請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁体が、前記ソレノイド装置の金属製の磁性材料によって構成されるプランジャの一部をなしている請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の電磁弁。
