Description
(a) 少なくとも、前記微生物の前記培地(3)を含むための培地格納装置(1)、
(b) 前記培地(3)から分離された、前記培地へ発光する太陽電池セル(2)、
(c) 前記太陽電池セルを発光モードで操作するために前記太陽電池セルに電力を供給する手段、を含む。太陽電池セルは、光(光子)に曝露されると電気を生成する電子素子である。最も共通する太陽電池セルは、半導体材料からなる。発光を得るためにはこれらの半導体材料は、As、Ga、In、Pなどの直接ギャップを持つものである必要がある。シリコン(Si)材料は、前記ギャップが間接的であることから、ギャップとしての機能には適するものではない。これらは一般的には、一辺が数十センチメートルの薄いパネルの形状であり、1ミリ程度の厚さの2つの金属接続部にサンドイッチされている。太陽電池セルの原理はよく知られている(Physics of Semiconductor Devices−J Wiley & Sons,3rd Edition,Simon M.Sze,Kwok.Ng)。

− 前記培地格納装置の外で、前記培地格納装置の外部壁(6)から近い距離に設けられ、前記壁が前記発光波長の通過のための透過性が適合されている材料からなる。1つの実施態様では、本発明によるフォトバイオリアクタは、太陽電池セルで分離される複数の培地格納装置を含む。例えば、複数の直方体構造地格納装置が、例えば2つがスタックされ、太陽電池セル(2)のパネル(7)で分離されている(図6参照)。
Claims (11)
- 光合成微生物を培養するためのフォトバイオリアクタであり、前記フォトバイオリアクタは:
(a) 前記微生物の培地を含むための少なくとも培地格納装置、
(b) 前記培地から分離された前記培地に発光する太陽電池セルであり、
前記太陽電池セルを発光モードで作動させるために電流で前記太陽電池セルに電力供給するための電流注入接続部を有する太陽電池セル、
を含むフォトバイオリアクタ。 - 請求項1に記載のフォトバイオリアクタであり、前記太陽電池セルが、パネル上に設けられる、フォトバイオリアクタ。
- 請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のフォトバイオリアクタであり、前記太陽電池セルが1又は2つの接合を持つ、フォトバイオリアクタ。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のフォトバイオリアクタであり、前記太陽電池セルがIII/V直接ギャップ材料からなる、フォトバイオリアクタ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のフォトバイオリアクタであり、前記太陽電池セルが、前記培地内に浸漬された透過性適合された密閉容器内に設けられる、フォトバイオリアクタ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のフォトバイオリアクタであり、前記太陽電池セルが前記培地格納装置の外に前記培地格納装置の外部壁から短距離で配置され、及び前記培地格納装置の外部壁が、前記太陽電池セルにより発光される波長の通過のために透過性が適合される材料からなる、フォトバイオリアクタ。
- 請求項6に記載のフォトバイオリアクタであり、複数の直方体形状の培地格納装置を含み、これらがスタックされ太陽電池セルのパネルで分離されている、フォトバイオリアクタ。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のフォトバイオリアクタであり、前記太陽電池セルを冷却するためのシステムを含む、フォトバイオリアクタ。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のフォトバイオリアクタであり、前記培地を混合するシステムを含む、フォトバイオリアクタ。
- 請求項1乃至5又は8又は9のいずれか1項に記載のフォトバイオリアクタであり、前記フォトバイオリアクタが:
(a) 微生物培地を含むための円筒形状培地格納装置と、
(b) パネルをカバーする、前記培地から分離された太陽電池セルと、
を含み、
前記パネルが前記培地格納装置のほぼ全高さに沿って延び、前記培地に浸漬されて透過性が適合化された密閉チューブ中に設けられ多角形断面を持つチューブとして配置される、フォトバイオリアクタ。 - 請求項1乃至4又は6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のフォトバイオリアクタであり、前記フォトバイオリアクタが:
(a) 複数の直方体形状の培地格納装置を含み、これらはスタックされ、かつ
(b) 太陽電池セルのパネルで分離され、前記パネルが前記培地格納装置の1つの面の寸法を持つ、フォトバイオリアクタ。
