Description

製造プロセスは、光パネル前面2の厚さに実質的に対応する切り欠きの深さまで及び切り欠き5に光パネル前面2の挿入を可能にする切り欠きの深さまでフレームの内周に切り欠き5を形成する工程を更に備えることができる。次に、好ましくは、光パネル前面の前面が、光パネル前面の縁18の外側の半径方向の距離でフレームの外周17を切断することによって形成された光パネル前面の外側にある発泡プラスチックブロックの表面と同一平面に配置されるのを確実にしながら、光パネル前面は、底部及び切り欠きの壁に接合される。

光散乱媒体は、前パネル(10)に散乱光を放射する後パネル(12)に適用されるつや消し仕上げである、光パネル。
[形態4] 形態1記載の光パネルにおいて、
光散乱媒体は、光パネル前面(2)に散乱光を放射する、光源(3)と光パネル前面(2)との間に配置されたシート材である、光パネル。
[形態5] 形態1記載の光パネルにおいて、
光散乱媒体は、前パネル(10)と後パネル(12)との間で、光パネル前面(2)内に挿入された半透明セル材料である、光パネル。
[形態6] 形態1乃至5のうちのいずれか一つに記載の光パネルにおいて、
光パネル前面(2)は、一体に形成されたフレーム(1)によって支持され、フレーム(1)の前端が光パネル前面(2)に接続する、光パネル。

光パネル前面(2)の縁領域は、フレーム(1)の内周の周りを延びる切り欠き(5)の中に引っ込められている、光パネル。

フレーム(1)は、一片の発泡プラスチックから光パネル前面(2)の輪郭の形状に切断される、光パネル。

フレームの外周(17)を切断する製造工程は、光パネル前面の縁の前パネル(10)上に及び光パネル前面の縁(18)の外側の発泡プラスチックブロック(15)上に、半透明のプラスチックフィルム(19)を接着させる製造工程の前に行われる、方法。

光パネル前面は、発泡プラスチックブロックに接着される前に、文字、活字又はあらゆる他のシンボルの形状に形成される、方法。

光散乱材料(13)は、光パネル前面が発泡プラスチックブロックに接着される前に、光パネル前面の後パネル(12)に適合される、方法。
[形態14] 形態9乃至13のうちのいずれか一つに記載の方法において、
フレームの外側は、紫外線保護材料(7)で処理される、方法。
[形態15] 形態9乃至14のうちのいずれか一つに記載の方法において、
光パネル前面は、透明なポリカーボネートプラスチックから製造されたチャンネルのプラスチックシートから形成される、方法。
[形態16] 形態9乃至15のうちのいずれか一つに記載の方法において、
フレームは、押出されたポリスチレンプラスチックから形成される、方法。
Claims (6)
- 光パネル前面(2)を備える光パネルであって、
光パネル前面(2)は、架橋壁(11)によって後パネル(12)から離間配置されると共に光パネル前面(2)の背後に配置された一つ以上の光源(3)からの光を伝送するために光パネルに配置された前パネル(10)を有する半透明な自己支持構造で作られ、
光散乱媒体が、光源(3)と、光パネル前面(2)の前パネル(10)との間に配置され、
光パネル前面(2)は、一体に形成されたフレーム(1)によって支持され、フレーム(1)の前端が光パネル前面(2)に接続し、
フレーム(1)は、光パネル前面(2)の輪郭の形状である発泡プラスチックからなる、光パネル。 - 請求項1記載の光パネルにおいて、
光散乱媒体は、光パネル前面(2)に散乱光を放射する後パネル(12)に適用される材料又は手段である、光パネル。 - 請求項1記載の光パネルにおいて、
