Claims (24)

前記細胞採集チャネル内に配置された複数の電極であって、採集チャネル内に採集された細胞と接触するように適合され、この細胞との接触によって、前記複数の電極のうちの少なくとも2つの電極間の電気的特性に検出可能な変化を引き起こす複数の電極を含む感知手段と

- 前記細胞採集装置が、in vivoでの目的細胞採集のための患者体内埋入用尖端を有し、ex vivoで細胞を抽出し検査するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の細胞採集装置。
- 前記多孔質体が、多孔質シリコン、多孔質ヒドロゲルおよび多孔質タンパク質のうちの少なくとも1つからなることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の細胞採集装置。

- 前記細胞採集チャネルの前記近位端が前記入口に向かって収束することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の細胞採集装置。
- 患者体内に装置が埋入されている状態で前記装置を検査するのに用いられるよう電磁放射透過性であることを特徴する、請求項6に記載の細胞採集装置。
- 前記入口に向かって収束する部位を有するベースをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の細胞採集装置。
- 前記細胞採集チャネル内に、目的細胞の細胞採集チャネルへの粘着や細胞採集チャネル沿いの移動を促進するための手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の細胞採集装置。
- 細胞を受け取る入口を有するハウジングと、
前記入口の遠位側の前記ハウジング内に配置された、細胞化学誘引物質を含む細胞誘引物質空洞と、
少なくとも前記誘引物質空洞内に配置され、前記細胞化学誘引物質を含む多孔質体と、
前記入口と流体連通した近位端および前記細胞誘引物質空洞と流体連通した遠位端を有し、前記入口から細胞を受け取るように配置された複数の採集室を含み、前記近位端が前記入口に向かって収束して入口から細胞を受け取るような細胞採集チャネルと、
前記細胞採集チャネル内に配置された複数の電極であって、採集チャネル内に採集された細胞と接触するように適合され、この細胞との接触によって、前記複数の電極のうちの少なくとも2つの電極間の電気的特性に検出可能な変化を引き起こす複数の電極を含む感知手段と
を備える細胞採集装置。 - 細胞を受け取る入口を有するハウジングと、
前記入口の遠位側の前記ハウジング内に配置された、細胞化学誘引物質を含む細胞誘引物質空洞と、
少なくとも前記誘引物質空洞内に配置され、前記細胞化学誘引物質を含む多孔質体と、
前記入口と流体連通した近位端および前記細胞誘引物質空洞と流体連通した遠位端を有し、前記入口から細胞を受け取るように配置された少なくとも1つの採集室を含み、前記近位端が前記入口に向かって収束して入口から細胞を受け取るような細胞採集チャネルと、
前記細胞採集チャネル内に配置された複数の電極であって、採集チャネル内に採集された細胞と接触するように適合され、この細胞との接触によって、前記複数の電極のうちの少なくとも2つの電極間の電気的特性に検出可能な変化を引き起こす複数の電極を含む感知手段と
を備える細胞採集装置。 - 前記細胞採集装置が、in vivoでの目的細胞採集のための患者体内埋入用尖端を有し、ex vivoで細胞を抽出し検査するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項21又は請求項22に記載の細胞採集装置。
- 患者体内に前記装置を挿入しやすくするため、外壁の一部が鋭角に収束したベースをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項2、請求項21または請求項22のいずれかに記載の細胞採集装置。
