Claims (6)
- 発光素子(100)から測定対象(70)に測定用の照射光を照射し、該測定対象(70)から反射される反射光を受光素子(102)にて検出し、その検出値に基づき前記測定対象(70)に含浸された体液中の成分を測定する成分測定装置(10)であって、
前記照射光を前記測定対象(70)に集光する照射光用レンズ(88a)と、
前記反射光を前記受光素子(102)に集光する反射光用レンズ(88b)と、
前記測定対象(70)に対向して開口する装着部(87)を有するとともに、前記装着部(87)に連通して前記発光素子(100)を前記照射光用レンズ(88a)に対向配置させるとともに前記発光素子(100)の配置位置から前記照射光用レンズ(88a)の配置位置まで貫通する照射光用光路(108)、及び前記装着部(87)に連通して前記反射光用レンズ(88b)の配置位置から前記受光素子(102)の配置位置まで貫通する反射光用光路(110)を有するブロック体(72)と、
前記発光素子(100)と前記受光素子(102)を配置する基板(74)とを備え、
前記ブロック体(72)の後面は、前記基板(74)を配置する基板配置部(80)を有し、
前記基板配置部(80)は、前記発光素子(100)と前記受光素子(102)との間に介在して、前記基板(74)を貫通する位置決め突起(80a)を有し、
前記反射光用レンズ(88b)は、前記受光素子(102)の配設位置に基づいて少なくとも前記反射光の球面収差を低減する非球面レンズとして形成されており、前記装着部(87)の開口から前記装着部(87)に挿入されることで前記反射光用光路(110)上に配置されることを特徴とする成分測定装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載の成分測定装置(10)において、
前記反射光用レンズ(88b)と前記照射光用レンズ(88a)は、前記装着部(87)に保持される被保持部(140)を共有するように並べられて一体成形されていることを特徴とする成分測定装置(10)。 - 請求項2記載の成分測定装置(10)において、
前記反射光用レンズ(88b)は、前記被保持部(140)から前記反射光用光路(110)に向かって所定量突出する突出部(148)と、
前記突出部(148)の上部に前記非球面レンズが形成された集光部(150)とを含むことを特徴とする成分測定装置(10)。 - 請求項2記載の成分測定装置(10)において、
前記照射光用レンズ(88a)の光軸と前記反射光用レンズ(88b)の光軸は互いに略平行に形成されており、
前記非球面レンズは、前記反射光用レンズ(88b)の光軸に対して所定の角度で入射された前記反射光の球面収差を低減する形状に形成されていることを特徴とする成分測定装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載の成分測定装置(10)において、
前記装着部(87)は、前記反射光用レンズ(88b)を内部に挿入した状態において開口端部が内側にかしめられることを特徴とする成分測定装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載の成分測定装置(10)において、
前記成分測定装置(10)は、血液成分のうち主に血糖値を測定する血糖値測定装置であることを特徴とする成分測定装置(10)。
