Claims (4)
- 樹脂製の容器シートに一方が開口して形成された収容部を閉鎖するPTP用の包装シートであって、
樹脂フィルムが積層されていない基材であるアルミニウム箔と、前記アルミニウム箔の一方の面を覆うように設けられ、熱接着用の樹脂材料を主剤とするヒートシール層と、前記ヒートシール層の表面に設けられ、前記ヒートシール層に含む樹脂と同様の樹脂の主剤に特定の機能を有した機能物質が混合されて成る機能層とを備え、
前記機能層は、前記ヒートシール層の表面の、前記容器シートの前記収容部に対応する部分、及び前記収容部の周縁部に位置するように設けられ、
前記アルミニウム箔は、前記ヒートシール層における前記機能層が設けられていない部分及び前記収容部の周縁部に位置した前記機能層を介して、前記容器シートに熱接着されていることを特徴とするPTP用の包装シート。 - 前記容器シートの樹脂はポリ塩化ビニルであり、前記ヒートシール層の樹脂材料はポリ塩化ビニル樹脂とポリエステル樹脂とを混合して成り、前記機能層の主剤はポリエステル樹脂ある請求項1記載のPTP用の包装シート。
- 前記機能層は、前記主剤の樹脂材料に消臭機能又は抗菌機能を有した機能物質が混合されて成る請求項1または2記載のPTP用の包装シート。
- 前記機能層は、前記主剤のポリエステル樹脂に着色用の顔料が混合されている請求項2記載のPTP用の包装シート。
