Claims (3)
- 先端側に設けられ横断面における外周の形状が正多角形であって前記正多角形の各頂点から中心軸を結ぶ直線を中心線として、前記中心線を挟んで対称に前記中心線に平行な2本の直線を長手方向の輪郭とする所定の長さでかつ材質に対応して加工面との接触にともなう摩擦に因るそれぞれの均等な磨耗によって避けることができない磨耗量に対応して決まる切削能力が維持できなくなるまでの寿命を短くしない範囲で可能な限り小さくされる所定の幅の細長い長方形の平坦面を有する所定の刃高の直線突起形状の複数の同形の切刃が前記各切刃同士が繋がらない状態で放散同形に設けられる切削部位と、後端側に設けられ前記切削部位を保持するシャンクと、を含んで成る切削工具。
- 前記切刃の側面が傾斜面である請求項1に記載の切削工具。
- 前記切刃が多結晶焼結ダイヤモンドで形成される請求項1に記載の切削工具。
