Claims (17)
- 酸化亜鉛を含む電炉ダスト又は前記電炉ダストを還元炉で還元した際に発生する2次ダストにおける酸化亜鉛成分から粗塩化亜鉛を得る反応工程と、
前記反応工程で得た前記粗塩化亜鉛を加熱して塩化亜鉛蒸気を生成し、前記塩化亜鉛蒸気を冷却すると共に凝縮させて精製塩化亜鉛を得る精製工程と、
前記精製工程で得た前記精製塩化亜鉛を溶融状態で電解して亜鉛融液と塩素ガスとを得る電解工程と、

前記第1精製工程を経た前記粗塩化亜鉛を加熱することにより塩化亜鉛蒸気を生成し、前記塩化亜鉛蒸気を冷却すると共に凝縮させて精製塩化亜鉛を得る第2精製工程と、
を有し、
前記電解工程では、前記第2精製工程で得た前記精製塩化亜鉛を用いる請求項2又は3に記載の亜鉛製造方法。 - 前記第1精製工程では、溶融状態の前記粗塩化亜鉛と、前記電解工程における電解により得た前記塩素ガスと、を接触させる請求項4に記載の亜鉛製造方法。
- 前記反応工程は、前記電炉ダスト又は前記2次ダストと、塩酸と、を接触させ、前記電炉ダスト中又は前記2次ダスト中の酸化亜鉛成分を粗塩化亜鉛として抽出する浸出工程であり、
前記浸出工程で抽出した前記粗塩化亜鉛を、加熱して前記粗塩化亜鉛に含まれる水を水蒸気として分離した後に塩素ガスと接触させる乾燥工程を更に有し、
前記精製工程では、前記乾燥工程を経た前記粗塩化亜鉛を加熱する請求項1に記載の亜鉛製造方法。 - 前記浸出工程では、前記電炉ダスト又は前記2次ダストと、前記電解工程における電解により得た前記塩素ガスを原料として生成された前記塩酸と、を接触させる請求項6に記載の亜鉛製造方法。
- 前記浸出工程では、前記電炉ダスト又は前記2次ダストと前記塩酸とを接触させる際に水を併用する請求項7に記載の亜鉛製造方法。
- 前記反応工程は、
前記電炉ダスト又は前記2次ダストと、アルカリ剤水溶液と、を接触させ、前記電炉ダスト中又は前記2次ダスト中の酸化亜鉛成分を水酸化亜鉛とし、前記水酸化亜鉛を含む浸出液を得る浸出工程と、
前記浸出工程で得た前記浸出液から前記水酸化亜鉛を析出及び沈降させ、前記水酸化亜鉛を固体として分離回収する晶析工程と、
前記晶析工程で分離回収した前記水酸化亜鉛と塩酸とを接触させて粗塩化亜鉛を得る塩化工程と、
を有し、
前記塩化工程で得た前記粗塩化亜鉛を、加熱して前記粗塩化亜鉛に含有されている水を水蒸気として分離した後、塩素ガスと接触させる乾燥工程を更に有し、
前記精製工程では、前記乾燥工程を経た前記粗塩化亜鉛を加熱する請求項1に記載の亜鉛製造方法。 - 前記浸出工程では、前記晶析工程において前記水酸化亜鉛を分離回収した後の水溶液を前記アルカリ剤水溶液として使用する請求項9に記載の亜鉛製造方法。
- 前記塩化工程では、前記晶析工程で分離回収した前記水酸化亜鉛と、前記電解工程における電解により得た前記塩素ガスを原料として製造された塩酸と、を接触させる請求項9又は10に記載の亜鉛製造方法。
- 前記アルカリ剤水溶液のアルカリ剤は、水酸化ナトリウム又は水酸化カリウムである請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の亜鉛製造方法。
- 前記乾燥工程では、水を水蒸気として分離した後の前記粗塩化亜鉛と、前記電解工程における電解により得た前記塩素ガスと、を接触させる請求項6から12のいずれかに記載の亜鉛製造方法。
- 前記精製工程は、
前記乾燥工程を経た前記粗塩化亜鉛を溶融状態で塩素ガスと接触させて前記粗塩化亜鉛中の亜鉛以外の金属成分を酸化して、前記金属成分を塩化亜鉛より低沸点の金属塩化物にした後に、前記粗塩化亜鉛を加熱することにより、前記金属塩化物を蒸発させて分離する第1精製工程と、
前記第1精製工程を経た前記粗塩化亜鉛を加熱することにより塩化亜鉛蒸気を生成し、前記塩化亜鉛蒸気を冷却すると共に凝縮させて精製塩化亜鉛を得る第2精製工程と、
を有し、
前記電解工程では、前記第2精製工程で得た前記精製塩化亜鉛を用いる請求項6から13のいずれかに記載の亜鉛製造方法。 - 前記第1精製工程では、前記乾燥工程を経た前記粗塩化亜鉛と、前記電解工程における
電解により得た前記塩素ガスと、を接触させる請求項14に記載の亜鉛製造方法。 - 前記第1精製工程では、前記粗塩化亜鉛を、それに接する気相の圧力をゲージ圧で200Pa以下の範囲内に維持した状態で、50℃以上450℃以下の温度範囲に維持する請求項4、5、14又は15に記載の亜鉛製造方法。
- 前記塩化亜鉛蒸気は、前記粗塩化亜鉛を加熱して溶融し、その融液相の温度を250℃以上750℃以下の範囲内に維持した状態で、前記融液相と接する気相の圧力をゲージ圧で200Pa以下に維持することにより生成される請求項1から16のいずれかに記載の亜鉛製造方法。
