Claims (9)
- 水処理のためのもので、両端に流入口及び流出口がそれぞれ備えられる電解槽(100)と、
一面が前記電解槽(100)の一側面に結合される結合パネル(200)と、
内部に多数の電極が備えられるハウジング状の電極モジュール(300)であって、前記電極モジュール(300)が前記電解槽(100)の一側面及び結合パネル(200)を貫通し、前記電極モジュール(300)の一端が前記電解槽(100)の内部に挿設され、前記電極モジュール(300)の他端が補助パネル(320)を備え、前記補助パネル(320)が前記電極モジュール(300)の他端の外周面に沿って外側に鉛直に拡張されており、前記補助パネル(320)の一面が前記結合パネル(200)の他面に結合される、前記電極モジュール(300)と、
一側面が前記電極モジュール(300)の他端の外側に位置し、他側面に電極(410)が突出する整流器モジュール(400)と、
前記結合パネル(200)の他面に結合される面、及び前記整流器モジュール(400)のいずれか一側面に結合される面を有するL字形パネル(500)と、
前記電極モジュール(300)と前記整流器モジュール(400)の電極を連結するバスバーと、
を備えることを特徴とする、整流器一体型電気分解装置。 - 前記バスバーは、
一端が前記電極モジュール(300)の他端に位置する電極に密着し、他端が前記整流器モジュール(400)の他側面に突出する第1バスバー(600)と、
一端が前記第1バスバー(600)の他端に結合され、他端が前記整流器モジュール(400)の電極(410)に結合される第2バスバー(620)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の整流器一体型電気分解装置。 - 前記第1バスバー(600)はL字形であり、前記第2バスバー(620)はZ字形であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の整流器一体型電気分解装置。
- 前記整流器モジュール(400)の電極410及び前記整流器モジュール(400)の他側面に突出する前記バスバーを取り囲むように前記整流器モジュール(400)の他側面に結合されるバスカバー(420)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の整流器一体型電気分解装置。
- 前記整流器モジュール(400)の一側面に結合される放熱板(430)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の整流器一体型電気分解装置。
- 前記整流器モジュール(400)の上下面には互いに対応する形状の突出バー(440)及び溝レール(442)がそれぞれ形成され、上下に設置される前記整流器モジュール(400)の水平移動をガイドすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の整流器一体型電気分解装置。
- 前記電極モジュール(300)が前記電解槽(100)の内部に設置できるように、前記電解槽(100)の一側面及び前記結合パネル(200)は内部に貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の整流器一体型電気分解装置。
- 前記整流器モジュール(400)のいずれか一側面に突設される取っ手(450)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の整流器一体型電気分解装置。
- 前記整流器モジュール(400)のいずれか一側面に、前記整流器モジュール(400)の正常運転、誤作動または未作動を区分して表示するLED表示窓(460)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の整流器一体型電気分解装置。
