の組成を有するNiCoCrAlY保護層であり、適度に高いCo含有量によりベータ/ガンマ場が拡大され脆性相が回避され、平均的なCr含有量は脆性相(アルファ−クロムまたはシグマ相)を回避できるのに十分に低く、かつカーケンダルボイドを回避できるほど十分に低いが、保護作用は長期間にわたって維持される。適度に高いAl含有量は、安定したTGOが維持されるように、Alを追加的に供給するのに十分高く、良好な延性が実現されるのに十分低く、かつ脆性への傾向を回避するのにも十分低い。低いY含有量は、酸素汚染の低いY含有ペグを形成するためのYアルミン酸塩が依然として形成されるのには十分高く、Al2O3層の酸化物層成長を抑制するのに十分低い。NiCoCrAlY上層(13)は、(重量%で)以下の組成、すなわち

の組成を有するNiCoCrAlY保護層であり、TGOにおけるスピネルおよび多数のクラックを回避し、酸化率が低いAl2O3酸化物層の形成を向上させるための高いCr含有量、有し、適度に高いAl含有量ではあるが、Cr含有量が高いため延性が損なわれるのを最小限に抑えるために下層に比べて僅かに低いAl含有量を有する。

Claims (22)
- 少なくとも、
基材(4)と、
NiCoCrAlY下層(10)を有する2層状NiCoCrAlY層(7)であって、前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)のクロム(Cr)含有量が、NiCoCrAlY外層(13)のクロム(Cr)含有量よりも低い、2層状NiCoCrAlY層(7)と、
を備え、
前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)のコバルト(Co)含有量が、前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)のコバルト(Co)含有量と同じであり、
前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)が、重量%で
コバルト(Co):22%〜26%、
クロム(Cr):11%〜16%、
アルミニウム(Al):10.5%〜12.0%、
イットリウム(Y):0.2%〜0.6%、
残部ニッケル
の組成を有し、
前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)が、重量%で
コバルト(Co):22%〜26%、
クロム(Cr):23%〜25%、
アルミニウム(Al):10.5%〜12.0%、
イットリウム(Y):0.2%〜0.6%、
残部ニッケル
の組成を有する、層システム(1)。 - 前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)のクロム(Cr)含有量が、前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)のクロム(Cr)含有量よりも、少なくとも3重量%低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)のクロム(Cr)含有量が、前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)のクロム(Cr)含有量よりも、少なくとも5重量%低いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)のクロム(Cr)含有量と前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)のクロム(Cr)含有量との差が、3重量%〜13重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の層システム。
- 前記クロム(Cr)含有量の差が、少なくとも7重量%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の層システム。
- 前記クロム(Cr)含有量の差が、少なくとも11重量%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)のアルミニウム(Al)含有量が、前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)のアルミニウム(Al)含有量と同じであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)のイットリウム(Y)含有量が、前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)のイットリウム(Y)含有量と同じであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- コバルト(Co)の含有量が23重量%〜25重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)のクロム(Cr)の含有量が13重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)のアルミニウム(Al)の含有量が11.5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)のイットリウム(Y)の含有量が0.3重量%〜0.5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)のクロム(Cr)の含有量が24重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)のアルミニウム(Al)の含有量が10.5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6、又は8〜13のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)中に勾配がないことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)上にクロムメッキ処理がなされていないことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)上に熱成長酸化物層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- セラミック外層が前記2層状NiCoCrAlY層(7)上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- 前記2層状NiCoCrAlY層(7)が180μm〜300μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)に使用される粉末の粒径が、前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)用の粉末の粒径よりも大きく、それにより前記外層(13)が前記下層(10)よりも大きい粒子を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
- 前記NiCoCrAlY外層(13)に使用される粉末の粒径が、前記NiCoCrAlY下層(10)用の粉末の粒径よりも20%大きく、それによって粗さRa=9μm〜14μmを実現することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の層システム。
- 前記層(7、10、13)にレニウム(Re)が含まれないことを特徴とする請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の層システム。
