Description
Claims (8)
- 中空円筒部材であって、遠位端、近位端および前記中空円筒部材の少なくとも一部に沿ったフレキシブル領域を有する中空円筒部材と、
前記中空円筒部材の前記フレキシブル領域の少なくとも外側面の上に配置された展性チューブと、
を備え、
前記展性チューブは、遠位端および近位端を有し、前記展性チューブの前記近位端は、前記中空円筒部材の前記近位端から遠位方向に離隔した位置で、前記中空円筒部材の前記外側面に取り付けられており、
前記展性チューブは、前記フレキシブル領域および前記フレキシブル領域の上に配置された前記展性チューブが複数回曲げることが可能であるように構成され、ユーザにより再度曲げられるまで、曲げ方向を維持可能な展性チューブにより構成されることを特徴とする手術器具。 - 前記中空円筒部材内に配置される内側中空円筒部材であって、前記内側中空円筒部材の少なくとも一部に沿って内側フレキシブル領域を有する内側中空円筒部材をさらに備え、
前記中空円筒部材の前記フレキシブル領域の少なくとも一部は、前記内側中空円筒部材の前記内側フレキシブル領域の少なくとも一部とオーバーラップし、
前記中空円筒部材はその遠位端において切除ウインドウを有し、前記内側中空円筒部材は、前記中空円筒部材の内側で回転可能であり、その遠位端において切除面を有し、前記切除ウインドウおよび前記切除面は前記手術器具の動作時において互いに対してアライメントされている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術器具。 - 前記中空円筒部材の前記フレキシブル領域は、前記中空円筒部材に作成された少なくともひとつの螺旋状カットにより形成され、前記螺旋状カットの少なくともひとつは、前記フレキシブル領域の全長にわたって前記中空円筒部材の円周の回りに伸長する、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の手術器具。
- 前記中空円筒部材の前記フレキシブル領域は、前記中空円筒部材に作成されたスリットによって形成され、
それぞれのスリットは前記中空円筒部材の円周の全体ではなく、前記中空円筒部材の円周の回りの一部に伸長する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術器具。 - 前記中空円筒部材は螺旋状スプリングである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記フレキシブル領域を除いた前記中空円筒部材、および、前記内側フレキシブル領域を除いた前記内側中空円筒部材は、それぞれ堅固なコンジットである、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の手術器具。
- 前記中空円筒部材の内部に配置されかつ前記内側中空円筒部材の少なくとも一部に沿った内側フレキシブル領域を有する内側中空円筒部材をさらに備え、
前記中空円筒部材の前記フレキシブル領域の少なくとも一部は、前記内側中空円筒部材の前記内側フレキシブル領域の少なくとも一部とオーバーラップし、
前記中空円筒部材は一つ以上のレイヤーを有するマルチフィラーワイヤコイルである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術器具。 - 前記展性チューブの前記中空円筒部材に関する長手軸線方向の移動を防止するべく、前記中空円筒部材と前記展性チューブとを結合する結合部をさらに備え、前記結合部は前記中空円筒部材の前記フレキシブル領域の遠位および近位に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術器具。
