Claims (9)
- 回転外科用切除器具の角度付き外側管状部材内で回転可能な内側部材であって、
剛性の遠位部と剛性の近位部との間で軸方向に配置された柔軟性のある中間部を含む第1の管状部材であって、前記遠位部及び近位部は、第1の素材から構成され、前記中間部は、前記第1の素材とは異なる第2の素材から構成される、第1の管状部材と、
前記第1の管状部材の周囲に同軸に配置され、剛性の遠位部分と剛性の近位部分との間に配置された柔軟性のある中央部分を有する第2の管状部材であって、前記中間部の周囲に配置された前記中央部分が、前記外側管状部材に対して回転する際に前記第1の管状部材が曲がることを可能にするように柔軟性がある、第2の管状部材と、
を備え、
前記第1の管状部材の前記中間部の長さは、前記第2の管状部材の前記中央部分の長さよりも大きい、
内側部材。 - 前記第2の管状部材の前記遠位部分、中央部分、及び、近位部分は、同じ素材から構成される、請求項1に記載の内側部材。
- 前記第2の管状部材は、前記第1の管状部材の前記近位部及び前記遠位部に固定式に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の内側部材。
- 前記第1の管状部材の前記遠位部は、切除先端部に結合されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の内側部材。
- 前記第1の管状部材は、前記遠位部、前記中間部、及び、前記近位部に沿って実質的に一致した外径を含む、請求項1に記載の内側部材。
- 前記第2の管状部材は、前記中央部分に沿って第1の方向にらせん状にカットされる、請求項1に記載の内側部材。
- 前記第2の管状部材の周囲に同軸に配置された第3の管状部材を更に含み、
前記第3の管状部材は、柔軟性のある中央部分を含み、
前記第3の管状部材の前記柔軟性のある中央部分は、前記第2の管状部材の前記中央部分の上に配置される、請求項1に記載の内側部材。 - 前記外側管状部材は、切除窓を含み、
前記内側部材は、前記切除窓に配置された切除先端部を含み、
前記回転外科用切除器具は、前記内側部材を前記外側管状部材内で回転させるために、及び、前記切除先端部を前記切除窓内で選択的に露出させるために、前記内側部材に結合されたハンドピースを含む、請求項1に記載の内側部材。 - 前記ハンドピースは、前記内側部材を振動させる、請求項8に記載の内側部材。
