Description
Claims (20)
- 回転外科用切除器具の角度付き外側管状部材内で回転可能な内側部材であって、
第1管状部材を備え、
前記第1管状部材は、
第1素材から構成される剛性の近位部であって、前記前記近位部はハブを含む、前記近位部と、
第2素材から構成される柔軟性のある中間部と、
前記第1素材を備える剛性の遠位部であって、前記遠位部は切除先端部と連結するよう構成された遠位端部で終結する、前記遠位部と、を備え、
前記柔軟性のある中間部は、前記近位部と前記遠位部の間に延び、前記近位部と前記遠位部に固着される、前記内側部材。 - 少なくとも前記中間部に沿って前記第1管状部材の周囲で同軸上に配置された第2管状部材であって、前記第2管状部材は、中央部分に沿う第1方向でらせん状にカットされる、前記第2管状部材をさらに備え、
前記第2管状部材の第1端部が、前記第1管状部材の前記近位部に固着され、前記第2管状部材の第2端部が、前記第1管状部材の前記遠位部に固着され、かつ、
前記中間部の周囲に配置された前記中央部分が、前記外側管状部材内で回転する際に前記内側部材が曲がることを可能にする柔軟性のある領域を画定する、請求項1に記載の前記内側部材。 - 前記第2管状部材の周囲で同軸上に配置された第3管状部材をさらに備え、
前記第3管状部材が、中央部分に沿う第2方向でらせん状にカットされ、かつ前記第3管状部材の前記中央部分が、前記第2管状部材の前記中央部分の上に配置される、請求項2に記載の前記内側部材。 - 前記第3管状部材が、前記第2管状部材の前記中央部分の長さに沿って完全に延び、かつ前記第2管状部材の対向する剛性の近位部分及び遠位部分で終結する、請求項3に記載の前記内側部材。
- 前記第2管状部材が、前記近位部及び遠位部に沿って前記第3管状部材より先に延びる、請求項3に記載の前記内側部材。
- 前記柔軟性のある中間部の前記第2素材が熱可塑性素材である、請求項1に記載の前記内側部材。
- 前記遠位部及び近位部の前記第1素材がステンレス鋼である、請求項1に記載の前記内側部材。
- 前記第2管状部材がステンレス鋼で構成される、請求項2に記載の前記内側部材。
- 前記第2管状部材が、前記中央部分の遠位端部上の遠位部分と前記中央部分の近位端部上の近位部分を含み、前記遠位部分及び近位部分がらせん状にカットされていない、請求項2に記載の前記内側部材。
- 回転外科用器具の角度付き外側管状部材内で回転可能な内側部材であって、
近位部、遠位部、及び前記近位部と前記遠位部の間にのび、かつ前記近位部と前記遠位部に固着される中間部を有する第1管状部材を備え、
前記近位部及び遠位部が剛性素材から構成され、かつ前記中間部が柔軟性のある熱可塑性素材から構成される、前記内側部材。 - 前記中間部に沿う前記第1管状部材の周囲で同軸上に配置された第2管状部材であって、前記第2管状部材が近位部分、遠位部分、及び前記近位部分と前記遠位部分の間に延びる中央部分を有し、前記中央部分は柔軟性があり、かつ前記近位及び遠位部分は剛性がある、前記第2管状部材をさらに備え、
前記近位部分が前記近位部に取り付けられ、かつ前記遠位部分が前記遠位部へと取り付けられ、かつ、
前記中間部の上に配置された前記中央部分が、外側管状部材の角度の付いた領域に適合する前記内側部材の柔軟性のある領域を画定する、請求項10に記載の前記内側部材。 - 前記第2管状部材の周囲で同軸上に配置された第3管状部材をさらに備え、前記第3管状部材が近位部分、遠位部分、及び前記近位部分と前記遠位部分の間に延びる中央部分を有し、前記中央部分は柔軟性があり、かつ前記近位部分及び遠位部分は剛性がある、請求項11に記載の前記内側部材。
- 前記第2管状部材の周囲で同軸上に配置された第3管状部材をさらに備え、前記第3管状部材が熱可塑性素材から構成される、請求項11に記載の前記内側部材。
- 前記第2管状部材が、前記第3管状部材の長さよりも長い長さを有する、請求項12に記載の前記内側部材。
- 前記第2管状部材の前記中央部分が、縦軸からオフセットされた第1角度でらせん状にカットされ、かつ前記第3管状部材の前記中央部分が、前記第1角度とは異なる第2角度でらせん状にカットされた、請求項12に記載の前記内側部材。
- 前記第2管状部材の対向端部が、前記第1管状部材の前記近位及び遠位部分に接着される、請求項11に記載の前記内側部材。
- 前記中央部分がらせん状にカットされた、請求項11に記載の前記内側部材。
- 角度付き回転組織切除器具であって、
遠位端部、対向する近位端部、及び前記遠位端部及び近位端部間の角度の付いた領域に形成された切除窓を有する剛性の外側管状部材と、
前記外側管状部材内で同軸上に配置された内側管状部材であって、前記内側管状部材は、第1管状部材であって、近位部、切除先端部で終結する遠位部、及び前記近位部と前記遠位部の間に延びる中間部を有し、前記中間部は柔軟性のある素材から構成され、かつ前記近位部及び遠位部は剛性素材から構成される、前記第1管状部材と、を備える、前記内側管状部材と、
前記切除窓で前記切除先端部が選択的に露出するよう、前記外側部材内で前記内側部材を回転させるよう構成されたハンドピースと、
を備え、
前記内側管状部材の前記中間部が、前記外側管状部材内で回転する時に角度の付いた領域と適合する、前記角度付き回転組織切除器具。 - 前記内側管状部材が、前記中間部に沿う前記第1管状部材の周囲で同軸上に配置された第2管状部材であって、
前記第2管状部材が、近位部分、遠位部分、及び前記近位部分と前記遠位部分の間に延びる中央部分を有し、前記中央部分は柔軟性があり、かつ前記近位及び遠位部分は剛性がある、前記第2管状部材をさらに備え、
前記中央部分が前記内側管状部材の柔軟性のある領域を画定するよう前記中間部の周囲に配置され、
前記近位部分が前記近位部に取り付けられ、かつ前記遠位部分が前記遠位部へと取り付けられた、請求項18に記載の前記外科用切除器具。 - 前記ハンドピースが前記内側管状部材を振動させ、前記内側管状部材が前記第2管状部材の周囲で同軸上に配置された第3管状部材をさらに備え、
前記第3管状部材が、前記第2管状部材の前記中央部分に沿って延び、かつ前記第2管状部材の対向する前記遠位部分及び近位部分で終結し、かつ、
前記第3管状部材が少なくとも部分的に柔軟性がある、請求項19に記載の前記外科用切除器具。
