加熱源毎に、成形時における加熱源の加熱エネルギーEmと、前記スクリュの停止状態で前記シリンダの温度を設定温度に維持する定常時における加熱源の加熱エネルギーEiとの差ΔE(ΔE=Em−Ei)を監視する監視部とを備える。

Claims (5)
- 成形材料が供給されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に回転自在に且つ軸方向に移動自在に配設されるスクリュと、
前記シリンダを加熱する少なくとも1つの加熱源と、
加熱源毎に、成形時における加熱源の加熱エネルギーEmと、前記スクリュの停止状態で前記シリンダの温度を設定温度に維持する定常時における加熱源の加熱エネルギーEiとの差ΔE(ΔE=Em−Ei)を監視する監視部とを備える、射出成形機。 - 前記監視部は、監視結果に基づいて、前記シリンダの各加熱源によって加熱されるゾーンの設定温度を調整する、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記シリンダを加熱する加熱源が、前記シリンダの軸方向に沿って複数配列されており、
前記監視部は、一の加熱源での差ΔEに基づいて、他の加熱源によって加熱されるゾーンの設定温度を調整する、請求項2に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記監視部は、少なくとも1つの加熱源での差ΔEが下限値ΔEminを下回る場合(ΔE<ΔEmin)、少なくとも1つのゾーンの設定温度を高くする、請求項2又は3に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記監視部は、少なくとも1つの加熱源での差ΔEが上限値ΔEmaxを超える場合(ΔE>ΔEmax)、少なくとも1つのゾーンの設定温度を調整する、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
