Claims (2)
- 電解膜で隔てられた陽極室及び陰極室を画成する凹部を有する一対の金属製のブロック体と、該陽極室内及び陰極室内のそれぞれに配され上記電解膜を挾持する一対の電極又は上記電解膜に直接設けられた一対の電極を備え、上記陽極室内及び上記陰極室内のそれぞれに一面を上記電極に圧接すると共に他面を上記ブロック体の凹部内底面に圧接する整流板を設け、該各整流板は上記一面及び上記他面に垂直方向に延びる隔壁にて隔てられた分流路を形成し、該分流路にて上記一面側に上記電極で発生した電解ガスと被電解水の上昇流路を形成すると共に上記他面側に被電解水の下降流路を形成し、同整流板の上位に上記一面と上記他面間を貫通し且つ上記隔壁にて隔てられた上部切り欠きを形成して上昇流路と下降流路を連通する上部通水口を形成すると共に、同整流板の下位に上記一面と上記他面間を貫通し且つ上記隔壁にて隔てられた下部切り欠きを形成して下降流路と上昇流路を連通する下部通水口を形成し、被電解水を上記上部通水口と上記下部通水口を通じて上記上昇流路と上記下降流路とに循環せしめる構成とし、上記一対のブロック体のそれぞれに上記上部通水口に上記上昇流路を通じて上昇した電解ガスを排気し被電解水を上記下降流路に供する排気管を設けたことを特徴とする電解セル。
- 上記一対のブロック体の何れか一方に上記上部通水口を流れる被電解水の水位を検知する水位センサーを設け、該水位センサーに通電制御手段を付与し、上記水位センサーにより被電解水の水位が上記上部通水口に達しない場合又は同水位が上記上部通水口の上端まで達する場合を検知した際には上記各電極に対する通電をオフ制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解セル。
