Description
The present invention relates to a method of constructing the stairs.
Conventionally, when constructing a staircase, a technology that improves the workability on the site by manufacturing landing stage units and staircase units in advance in the factory and assembling those units on the site is known (for example, Patent Document 1).
However, the actual situation is that the landing unit or the stair unit alone is not sufficient to satisfy the customer's request because the design freedom of the stair itself is narrowed.
For this reason, this invention is improving the freedom degree on the design of stairs more and expanding the choice of the customer at the time of design.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since at least one straight stair unit (first
Here, when each unit is assembled after the wall panel is first installed, since the space is partitioned by the wall panel, it is necessary to fit each unit into the installation location from the front or above. For this reason, there exists a possibility that a wall panel may be damaged. If it is hurt, the part will be exposed and the appearance will be lost.
On the other hand, if the

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the mounting

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the freedom degree on the design of a staircase can be improved more, and it is possible to expand the choice of the customer at the time of design.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Here, the module means a standard dimension when trying to arrange every part of the building in a multiple of a certain size. For example, if one module is a standard dimension, 1M (module) As the length, 800 mm, 900 mm, 910 mm, 1000 mm or the like is used. In the present embodiment, 1M = 910 mm is set. In the

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the second straight stair unit 40 is provided between the right and left cage girders (only one of which is shown in FIG. 1) 41 forming side plates, and the tread plate provided in a stepwise manner between these girders 41. And a

Next, the construction method of the stairs 1 will be described.
The operator assembles the first
Next, the worker places the
Then, the operator places the landing unit 30 on the
Thereafter, the worker places the second straight staircase unit 40 on the placement portion 33 of the landing unit 30. At this time, an operator connects the upper end part of the 2nd straight staircase unit 40 and the
When the temporary assembly of the
Here, when the
In addition, the
Then, an operator fixes each unit 10-40 and the
Thereby, the assembly of the stairs 1 is completed.
As described above, the stairs 1 includes the first
And if the combination of each unit 10-40 with which a staircase set is equipped is changed, it is possible to assemble the staircase 1 of the design more widely than before.
8 and 9 are top views showing other examples of stairs that can be formed from the stairs set. In FIG. 8, the staircase 1A assembled from the bottom in the order of the
In this way, if a staircase set including at least one first
Further, since all the
Moreover, since the mounting
Further, if the
Moreover, since the
Moreover, since each unit 10-40 is monocoque-ized using an adhesive material in a factory, it is not necessary to assemble at the site. For this reason, even if each unit 10-40 is assembled | attached to a house, the malfunction which tends to be on stairs, such as a sound, can be suppressed.
In the above embodiment, the case where the
Moreover, although the
Further, in each of the
If the
For this reason, among the first
FIG. 11 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the
FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing the attachment position of the
Thereby, the height of the whole staircase 1 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the
The adjusting
In addition, since it can be adjusted to an arbitrary thickness by adjusting the thickness by subjecting the plate-like adjusting
FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing a

As shown in FIG. 17, a
