Claims (9)
- 内燃機関の排ガスラインに流体(2)を噴射する装置であって、
噴射されるべき流体(2)を蓄えるためのリザーバ(4)と、
噴射および調量モジュール(10)と、
作動時に流体(2)を前記リザーバ(4)から前記噴射および調量モジュール(10)へ送出するために構成されたポンプ(8)と、
前記噴射および調量モジュール(10)から前記ポンプ(8)の入力部または前記リザーバ(4)への流体(2)の流出を可能にするリターン配管(16)とを有しており、前記リターン配管(16)には切換可能なスロットルバルブ(14)が配置されている、そのような装置において、
前記スロットルバルブ(14)は、
前記スロットルバルブがポンプとして機能することにより前記噴射および調量モジュール(10)から前記ポンプ(8)の入力部または前記リザーバ(4)へ流体を送り出すポンプモード、
完全に閉じる、
完全に開く、
部分的に開く、
の各動作状態のうちの少なくとも1つへと切換可能であることを特徴とする、流体を噴射する装置 - 前記スロットルバルブ(14)は、少なくとも1つの第1の接続部(24)および少なくとも1つの第2の接続部(26)を備えるバルブ室(28)と、前記バルブ室(28)の中で可動のバルブボディ(32)とを有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スロットルバルブ(14)は前記第1および前記第2の接続部(24,26)にそれぞれ逆止め弁(40,42)を有している、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記バルブ室(28)は少なくとも1つの側で柔軟なダイヤフラム(37)により液密に閉鎖されており、前記ダイヤフラム(37)は前記バルブ室(28)の容積を変えるために駆動装置(38)によって可動である、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 前記スロットルバルブ(14)は前記バルブボディ(32)を閉じた位置へと押圧するために構成された少なくとも1つのばね部材(30,36)を有しており、および/または前記バルブボディ(32)を閉じた位置から開いた位置へ動かすために構成されたリニアマグネット(38)を有している、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置を作動させる方法において、前記方法は、前記スロットルバルブ(14)の適当な制御によって流体(2)を送り出すことを含んでいる方法。
- 前記方法は、前記スロットルバルブ(14)の部分的な開放によって前記噴射および調量モジュール(10)の圧力を調整することを追加的に含んでいる、請求項6に記載の装置を作動させる方法。
- 前記方法は、前記ポンプ(8)の停止と前記スロットルバルブ(14)の完全な開放によって前記噴射および調量モジュール(10)に空気を吸い込ませることを追加的に含んでいる、請求項6または7に記載の装置を作動させる方法。
- 前記方法は、前記噴射および調量モジュール(10)をエア抜きするために前記スロットルバルブ(14)を完全に閉じることを含んでいる、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置を作動させる方法。
