Description

The present invention relates to an improvement in a support structure for in-vehicle electrical components.

。   There is known a vehicle in which an electrical component such as an ECU is disposed in a vehicle body cover (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In the vehicle disclosed in Patent Document 1, the front pipe of the vehicle body frame is covered with a front cover, and the vehicle rear side is covered with a leg shield. An inner box is disposed in front of the leg shield. An ECU is disposed between the inner box and the leg shield. The ECU is supported by the inner box.

In the vehicle of Patent Document 1, the ECU is disposed in the cover. Even in an ECU disposed in the cover of a vehicle, there is a possibility that rain or water during car washing may enter the cover from the gap of the cover or the like. As a countermeasure, it is conceivable to provide the ECU with a sufficient waterproof structure. However, if the ECU has a waterproof structure, it tends to cause an increase in cost and an increase in size.
There is a demand for a technique capable of taking a waterproof measure for an electrical component without causing an increase in cost and size of the electrical component such as an ECU.

An object of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of taking a waterproof measure for an electrical component without causing an increase in cost or an increase in size of the electrical component such as an ECU.

According to the present invention, as described in claim 1, it is a support structure for an electrical component mounted on a vehicle, and includes a cover member for the vehicle, and the cover member includes a storage portion for storing the electrical component, The storage portion includes an opening that opens upward. The opening is covered with a lid member, and the electrical component is supported by the lid member and disposed in a room formed by the storage portion and the lid member. In addition, an electrical component support structure is provided that is provided apart from the bottom of the storage portion.

Preferably, as described in claim 2, the electrical component has an electrical line connected to the vehicle body, and the connection part between the electrical component and the electrical line is disposed indoors, and the storage unit and the lid member At least one is provided with an electrical wire opening through which the electrical wire passes.

As described in claim 3, preferably, the electrical wire opening is formed in the lid member, and is formed in a cylindrical portion that protrudes from the upper surface or side surface of the lid member and has a cylindrical shape.

Preferably, as described in claim 4, the cylindrical portion protrudes upward from the upper surface of the lid member.

As described in claim 5, the electric wire may be bent into a U shape or a V shape after entering the room through the electric wire opening , and connected to the electric component.

As described in claim 6, the lid member is preferably formed of an elastic member.

Preferably, as described in claim 7, the cover member is a rear fender that is disposed below the seat on which the occupant sits and prevents mud that the rear wheel jumps up. The lower portion and a rear lower portion that is rearwardly lowered toward the rear of the vehicle, and the storage portion is disposed on the upper surface of the front lower portion or the upper surface of the rear lower portion.

As described in claim 8, the connecting portion is preferably a coupler that can be attached to and detached from the electrical component, and is disposed indoors.

As described in claim 9, the electrical wire opening may be formed on a side surface of the storage portion.

As described in claim 1, the electrical component support structure according to the present invention includes a vehicle cover member, and the electrical component is disposed in a room formed by the storage portion of the cover member and the lid member. Since the storage portion is closed by the lid member, it is difficult for the electrical components to be splashed with rainwater or water during car washing.

The electrical component is supported by the lid member so as to be spaced upward from the bottom of the storage unit. Even if rainwater or water at the time of car washing enters the storage unit, it is difficult for rainwater or water at the time of car wash to be applied to the electrical components that are spaced apart from the bottom of the storage unit. Since it is difficult for the electrical components to be exposed to rain water or water at the time of car washing, it is not necessary to separately take waterproof measures for the electrical components themselves. As a result, it is possible to avoid an increase in cost and size of the electrical component.

In the invention which concerns on Claim 2, the connection part of an electrical equipment part and an electrical equipment wire is arrange | positioned in the room | chamber interior which covers a storage part with a cover member. Since it is arranged indoors, it becomes difficult for rainwater and water during car washing to be applied to the connecting portion. As a result, it is not necessary to provide a waterproof measure for the connection portion in addition to the electrical component. As a result, it is possible to avoid an increase in cost and an increase in size of the connecting portion.

In the invention which concerns on Claim 3, the opening for electrical wiring is arrange | positioned in the position protruded from the upper surface or side surface of the cover member. Since the cylindrical part protruding above or to the side of the lid member functions to prevent intrusion of rain water and water during car washing, the electrical wire opening at the tip of the cylindrical part can be used indoors during rain water and car washing. It becomes difficult for water to enter.

In the invention according to claim 4, the tubular portion protrudes upward from a part of the upper surface of the lid member, and an opening for electrical wiring for introducing the electrical wire into the room is formed at the tip of the tubular portion. The waterproof function can be enhanced by separating the electrical wire opening upward from the upper surface of the lid member. In addition, when the curing tape is wound around the electrical wiring and the tubular portion in order to close the gap between the electrical wiring opening and the electrical wiring, the winding operation of the curing tape becomes easy.

In the invention according to claim 5, electrical wire, after entering from the opening for electrical wire in a room, is connected to the instrumentation component electrostatic is bent in a U-shape or V-shape. Since the electrical wire is bent into a U-shape or V-shape, even if rainwater or water from a car wash enters through the electrical wire, this water can be removed from the bottom of the U-shape or V-shape of the electrical wire. Fall to the bottom. Since the U-shaped or V-shaped bottom portion of the electrical wire is located higher than the bottom portion of the storage portion, the electrical wire is unlikely to come into contact with rain water that has entered the storage portion or water during car washing.

In the invention according to claim 6, the lid member is formed of an elastic member, and the electrical component is inserted and supported inside the lid member. Since the electrical component is supported by the lid member formed of an elastic member, the vibration of the vehicle is hardly transmitted to the electrical component. As a result, it becomes an anti-vibration measure for electrical components.

In the invention which concerns on Claim 7, a storage part is arrange | positioned under the sheet | seat on the upper surface of the front downward part of a rear fender, or the upper surface of a rear downward part. If it is the upper surface of the front lower part of the rear fender or the upper surface of the rear lower part of the rear fender below the seat, rain water or water during car washing does not directly hit the storage part. In addition, if it is the upper surface of the front lowering part or the rear lowering part constituting the rear fender, even if rainwater or water at the time of car washing enters the storage part, rainwater or water at the time of car washing will remain in the storage part. It flows downward through the electrical wire opening provided on the side surface and the front or rear falling part, and is easily drained from the storage part. As a result, the drainage function of the storage unit is enhanced.

In the invention which concerns on Claim 8, the connection part which connects an electrical component and an electrical line is a coupler, and is arrange | positioned indoors. Since the coupler is arranged indoors, a normal coupler can be used instead of the coupler having a waterproof function. As a result, the cost of the coupler can be reduced. In addition, since the waterproof function can be omitted, the coupler can be reduced in size.

In the invention which concerns on Claim 9, the opening for electrical wiring is formed in the side surface of a storage part. Since the storage portion is provided in the cover member, the electrical wire coming out from the electrical wire opening can be routed along the surface of the cover member. The wiring space along the surface of the cover member is smaller than the wiring space arranged so as to protrude from the surface of the cover member.

Next, the electrical component support structure provided in the rear fender, which is a component of the cover member, will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 2, the rear fender 73 is placed on the rear frame 24 so as to cover the rear frame 24. A storage part 75 projects from the upper surface of the front lowering part 77 of the rear fender 73, and a lid member 76 is covered above the storage part 75.

In this embodiment, the rear frame has a single structure extending rearward of the vehicle at the center in the vehicle width direction, but the rear frame has two structures extending rearward of the vehicle in the vehicle width direction from the rear of the main frame. It is possible to arrange a rear fender between the left and right rear frames, and to provide an electrical component storage part on the upper surface of the front lowering part of the rear fender.

Further, the electrical component storage portion is disposed on the upper surface 77a of the front lowering portion 77 of the rear fender. In a vehicle having a rear fender having a shape different from that of the present embodiment, the rear lowering portion of the rear fender has a seat, a cowl, etc. In the case of being covered with, it is possible to arrange the storage part for the electrical component on the upper surface of the lowered part.

Next, the storage part 75, the lid member 76, and the assembly procedure thereof will be described.
As shown in FIG. 3, the storage portion 75 is formed integrally with the rear fender 73. The storage portion 75 is closed except for a part thereof, and has a vertical wall portion 81 projecting above the rear fender, and a rainwater or a car wash that has entered the storage portion 75 opened to the left side in the vehicle width direction of the vertical wall portion 81. A water drain hole 82 for draining water at the time, and a pair of stoppers 83, 84 projecting upward from the upper surface 73 a of the rear fender 73 inside the vertical wall portion 81 and supporting the electrical component 74. The storage unit 75 includes an opening 80 that opens upward. A notch 86 through which the electrical wire 85 can be passed is formed in one stopper 83. Since this notch 86 is notched from the upper end to the lower end of the vertical wall 81, it is easier to remove the mold when the mold is opened after injection molding is completed, compared to a structure in which only the vicinity of the lower end is notched. it can.

Next, the lid member 76 is formed of an elastic member, is formed so as to fit in the shape of the vertical wall portion 81 of the storage portion, and the opening 80 is formed so as to fit in the opening 80 serving as the upper end of the vertical wall portion 81. It is a covering member. An electrical component 74 is disposed between a storage portion 75 and a lid member 76 provided on the upper surface of the rear fender 73.

When the electrical component 74 has a length in the front-rear direction of L, a width in the left-right width direction of W, and a height in the vertical direction of H, the magnitude relationship between them is L <H and L <W, A connection portion (coupler 87) is connected to the lower surface of the electrical component 74.

As a procedure for assembling the electrical component support portion 90 according to the present invention, first, as shown by the arrow (1), the coupler 87 to which the electrical wire 85 is connected is disposed on the storage portion 75 side, and the lid member 76 is attached. The electrical wire 85 is passed from the lid member through the opened electrical wire opening 91, and the coupler 87 connected to the electrical wire 85 is connected to the bottom of the electrical component 74. Next, the electrical component 74 is fitted into the inside of the lid member 76 from below as shown in the figure arrow (2), and finally the inner wall of the lid member 76 integrated with the electrical component 74 as shown in the figure arrow (3). Was fitted to the outer wall of the vertical wall portion 81. The following figure shows a state in which the lid member 76 is assembled to the storage portion 75 in such an assembling procedure.

As shown in FIG. 4, the upper surface of the cover member (rear fender 73) of the motorcycle 10 includes a storage portion 75 for storing the electrical component 74, and this storage portion 75 is covered so as to be closed by the lid member 76. It has been broken.

The lid member 76 extends upward from the upper surface of the cover member and is fitted into the housing portion 75. The housing lid portion projects upward from the upper surface 94a of the body portion 94 and houses the electrical component 74 therein. 95, a cylindrical portion 96 which is spaced apart to the side of the storage lid portion 95 and protrudes upward from the upper surface 94a of the main body portion 94 to form a cylindrical shape, and an electric wire 85 formed on the upper end 96a of the cylindrical portion 96. And an electrical wire opening 91 through which. The main body 94 has a side surface 94b and an upper surface 94a provided at the upper end of the side surface 94b. The upper surface 94a of the main body portion 94 is a surface extending horizontally with respect to the cover member. From the upper surface 94a of the main body portion 94, a storage lid portion 95 in which the electrical component 74 is accommodated, and a tubular shape through which the electrical wire 85 passes. The portions 96 extend upward so as to be separated from each other. A side surface 94 b of the main body portion 94 is fitted in the storage portion 75.

In this embodiment, the cover member 64 is the rear fender 73. However, if the cover member 64 is a cover member having a storage portion and is covered with a cover member so as to close the opening of the storage portion, another cover may be used. It may be a member.

As shown in FIG. 5, the electrical component 74 and the coupler 87 connected to the electrical component 74 are accommodated in a room 100 formed by the accommodating portion 75 and the lid member 76. An electrical component line 85 extending from the vehicle body side is connected to the electrical component 74 via a coupler 87. That is, the connection part (coupler) 87 between the electrical wire 85 and the electrical component 74 is disposed in the room 100.

A cylindrical portion 96 projecting upward is formed on the upper surface 94a of the main body portion 94 constituting the lid member 76. An electrical wire opening 91 for passing the electrical wire 85 through the room 100 is formed in the upper end 96a of the cylindrical portion 96. The height of the upper end 96a of the cylindrical portion 96 provided with the electrical wire opening 91 is such that the upper surface 95a of the storage lid portion 95 extends upward from the upper surface 94a of the main body portion 94 so as to be separated from the cylindrical portion 96. (Upper surface 76a of lid member 76) It is higher than the height.

Since the height of the upper end 96a of the cylindrical portion 96 provided with the electrical wire opening 91 is higher than the upper surface 76a of the lid member 76, the electrical wire opening 91 is lower than the upper surface 76a of the lid member 76, or Compared to the case where the height is set to the same height, the curing tape 111 wound around the electrical wire 85 and the cylindrical portion 96 in order to close the gap between the electrical wire opening 91 and the electrical wire 85 during assembly is the main body portion 94 of the lid member 76. It becomes difficult to interfere with. As a result, workability related to winding of the curing tape 111 is improved.

Next, a support structure for the lid member 76 will be described.
The cover member 76 is supported by the storage portion 75 by the contact portion 101 formed inside the main body portion 94 coming into contact with the upper end 81 a of the vertical wall portion 81. At this time, the vertical wall portion 81 protruding from the upper surface 73a of the rear fender supports the lid member 76 at a position covered by the main body portion 94 of the lid member 76 up to a half position in the height direction. Inside the main body portion 94 and the storage lid portion 95, an electrical component fitting portion 102 is formed in which an electrical component 74 and a connection portion (coupler 87) that can be attached to and detached from the electrical component 74 are fitted and supported. That is, the electrical component 74 is supported by the lid member 76 and is disposed in the electrical component fitting portion 102 in the room 100 formed by the storage portion 75 and the lid member 76. The electrical component 74 is disposed so as to be spaced upward from the bottom portion 75 b of the storage portion 75.

A pair of draining ribs 103 extends downward from the lower end of the coupler 87 connected to the lower end of the electrical component 74 in the electrical component fitting portion 102 of the lid member 76 inside the contact portion 101. Since the draining rib 103 extends below the upper ends of the pair of stoppers 83 and 84, even if rainwater or water during car washing enters from the electrical wire opening 91, the pair of draining ribs 103 Since the water is guided to the outside of the draining rib 103 by 103, it is difficult for the coupler 87 to hit the water. As a result, the waterproof performance is improved. The lower end 87 b of the coupler 87 is also supported by the upper ends of a pair of stoppers 83 and 84 that protrude from the upper surface 73 a of the rear fender 73.

The electrical wire 85 connected to the lower end 87b of the coupler 87 has a bent portion 105 that bends in a generally U shape or V shape after entering the room 100 through the electrical wire opening 91. Then, the bent portion 105 is connected to the electrical component 74. Even if rain water or water at the time of car washing passes through the electrical wire 85 from the electrical wire opening 91 and enters the room 100, it falls at the bent portion 105 and reaches the bottom 75b of the storage portion 75. From the bottom 75 b of the part 75, the water is discharged out of the storage part 75 through the drain hole 82. As a result, it is possible to make it difficult to hit the electrical component 74 with rainwater or water during car washing.
In the present embodiment, the electrical wire is connected to the electrical component 74 via the coupler 87, but it is possible to omit the coupler and connect directly to the electrical component 74.

As shown in FIG. 6, the draining rib 103 provided along the inner peripheral surface contour of the electrical component fitting portion 102 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface contour 88 of the coupler 87 so as to fit and support the coupler 87. Be placed. As shown in FIG. 5, the vertical wall portion 81 constituting the storage portion 75 is fitted in the fitting groove portion 109 formed between the outer peripheral surface 107 of the draining rib 103 and the inner peripheral surface 108 of the main body portion 94. Yes.

Next, a modification of the stopper that supports the electrical component 74 and the coupler 87 on the lid member 76 will be described. As shown in FIG. 7, the pair of stoppers 115 and 116 that support the electrical component 74 and the coupler 87 project inward in the horizontal direction of the storage portion so as to support the lower end 87 b of the coupler 87 at the tip of the draining rib 103. It is provided to be installed. Instead of providing a pair of stoppers on the storage unit 75 side, a pair of stoppers 115 and 116 are provided on the lid member 76 side. Since the stoppers 115 and 116 are provided on the lid member 76, which is a smaller member than the cover member 64 in which the storage portion 75 is formed, the stoppers 115 and 116 can be easily molded, so that the molding cost is reduced. The other structures are the same as those in FIG.

The operation of the above-described support structure for on-vehicle electrical components will be described next.
In FIG. 5, the vehicle includes a cover member 64, and an electrical component 74 is disposed in a room 100 formed by a storage portion 75 of the cover member 64 and a lid member 76. Since the opening of the storage portion 75 is blocked by the lid member 76, it is difficult for the electrical component 74 to be splashed with rain water or water during car washing.

Further, the electrical component 74 is supported by the lid member 76 so as to be spaced upward from the bottom portion 75 b of the storage portion 75. Even if water enters the storage unit 75, it is difficult for the electrical component 74 to be splashed with rain water or water during a car wash by being spaced upward from the bottom 75 b of the storage unit 75. Since it is difficult for rainwater or water during car washing to be applied to the electrical component 74, it is not necessary to separately take waterproof measures for the electrical component 74 itself. Since waterproofing measures are not required for the electrical component 74, an increase in cost and size of the electrical component 74 can be avoided.

Further, the connection part (coupler 87) between the electrical component 74 and the electrical line 85 is disposed in the room 100 in which the storage part 75 is covered with the lid member 76. With such a connection part (coupler 87) arranged in the room 100, it is difficult for rainwater or water during car washing to splash on the connection part (coupler) 87. As a result, it is not necessary to provide a waterproof measure for the connecting portion (coupler) 87 in addition to the electrical component 74. As a result, an increase in cost and an increase in size of the connecting portion (coupler 87) can be avoided.

The lid member 76 is formed of an elastic member. The electrical component 74 is supported by the lid member 76. Since the electrical component 74 is supported by the lid member 76 formed of an elastic member, the vibration of the vehicle is hardly transmitted to the electrical component 74. As a result, the anti-vibration measures for the electrical component 74 can be taken.

The connection portion is a coupler 87 and is disposed in the room 100. Since the coupler 87 is disposed in the room 100, a coupler 87 having no waterproof function can be used instead of the coupler having the waterproof function. As a result, the cost of the coupler 87 can be reduced. In addition, since the waterproof function can be omitted, the coupler 87 can be downsized.

1 and 2, the storage portion 75 is disposed on the upper surface 77 a of the front lowering portion 77 of the rear fender 73 below the seat 18. If it is below the sheet 18, it is difficult for water to directly hit the storage portion 75. Further, if the upper surface 77 a of the front lowering portion 77 constituting the rear fender 73 is used, even if water enters the storage portion 75, the water easily flows downward through the drain hole and the front lowering portion 77. As a result, the drainage function of the storage unit 75 is enhanced.

In FIGS. 1 and 4, the drain hole 82 is opened at a position close to the left side from the center line C in the vehicle width direction. When the side stand 33 is put on, the vehicle stops in a posture inclined to the left side. Therefore, if the water drain hole 82 is opened at a position close to the left side, the water drain hole 82 is arranged at the center in the vehicle width direction or on the right side in the vehicle width direction. Compared with the case, the drainage action of the water that has entered the room 100 can be further enhanced.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 8, the storage portion 75 is closed except for a part thereof, and is opened to the vertical wall portion 81 projecting upward from the upper surface of the rear fender 73 and the front left side of the vertical wall portion 81. And a pair of stoppers 83, 84 that project upward from the upper surface 73 a of the rear fender 73 inside the vertical wall portion 81 and support the electrical component 74. The storage unit 75 includes an opening 80 that opens upward. The hole 82 </ b> B through which the electrical wire 85 passes also serves as a water drain hole for draining water that has entered the storage portion 75.
