Claims (8)
- 特に腫瘍学的処置システムのような処置システムであって、
前記処置システムが、診断イメージングシステムを有し、
前記診断イメージングシステムが、
検査空間に位置付けられる関心のある被検体の少なくとも一部の画像表現を提供する磁気共鳴イメージングシステムと、
前記関心のある被検体の前記一部の中のターゲットゾーンを局所的に加熱するハイパーサーミア装置と、
前記磁気共鳴イメージングシステム及び前記ハイパーサーミア装置を制御する制御ユニットと、
を有し、
診断イメージングが、それぞれ異なる温度で取得された前記ターゲットゾーンの画像表現を相関付けることによって、前記関心のある被検体の前記一部の診断画像表現を提供し、前記診断画像表現が、前記関心のある被検体の代謝の温度依存変化に関する情報を含み、
前記処置システムが更に、
前記ターゲットゾーン内の細胞を破壊するために前記関心のある被検体に処置を適用する処置モジュールであって、大強度線形加速器又は化学療法/薬物リリースモジュールである処置モジュールと、
前記診断イメージングシステムによって得られた前記診断画像表現に基づいて処置を適用するように前記処置モジュールを制御する制御モジュールと、
を有する、処置システム。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記ハイパーサーミア装置が不活性であるときに前記関心のある被検体の前記一部の画像表現を提供するように、前記ハイパーサーミア装置及び前記磁気共鳴イメージングシステムのパルス化された動作を実施する、請求項1に記載の処置システム。
- 前記ハイパーサーミア装置は、超音波照射装置及び/又は高周波照射装置である、請求項1に記載の処置システム。
- 前記関心のある被検体に造影剤を適用する適用モジュールを更に有する、請求項1に記載の処置システム。
- 前記診断イメージングシステムが、前記関心のある被検体の前記部分の低酸素情報を含む、前記関心のある被検体の前記部分の診断画像表現を提供する、請求項1に記載の処置システム。
- 前記制御モジュールが、前記関心のある被検体の前記一部の中のターゲットゾーンを局所的に加熱するように前記ハイパーサーミア装置を制御し、処置を適用するように前記処置モジュールを制御する、請求項1に記載の処置システム。
- 磁気共鳴イメージングシステムをアップグレードするためのソフトウェアパッケージであって、
前記ソフトウェアパッケージが、関心のある被検体の一部の診断画像表現を提供する方法に従って前記磁気共鳴イメージングシステムを制御する命令を含み、前記方法が、
検査空間に位置付けられた関心のある被検体の少なくとも一部の画像表現を提供するステップであって、前記関心のある被検体の前記一部のターゲットゾーンが第1の温度を有する、ステップと、
前記ターゲットゾーンを局所的に加熱するステップと、
前記検査空間に位置付けられた前記関心のある被検体の前記一部の他の画像表現を提供するステップであって、前記一部のターゲットゾーンが第2の温度を有する、ステップと、
前記第1及び前記第2の温度を有する前記ターゲットゾーンを含む前記提供された画像表現を相関付けるステップと、
前記相関付けられた画像表現により前記関心のある被検体の前記一部の診断画像表現を提供するステップであって、前記診断画像表現が、前記関心のある被検体の代謝の温度依存変化に関する情報を含む、ステップと、
前記診断画像表現に基づいて、前記関心のある被検体の前記ターゲットゾーン内の細胞を破壊するために強度線形加速器又は化学療法/薬剤リリースモジュールによって処置投与を適用するステップと、
を有する、ソフトウェアパッケージ。 - 前記相関付けられた画像表現により前記関心のある被検体の前記一部の診断画像表現を提供する前記ステップが、前記関心のある被検体の一部の低酸素領域を識別することを含む、請求項7に記載のソフトウェアパッケージ。
