Claims (12)
- 毛をカットするデバイス用のカッティングヘッドであって、
速軸及び遅軸を有するレーザビームを、前記カッティングヘッド内のカッティングゾーンを横断するように導く光学系を含み、
前記光学系は、前記カッティングゾーン内に前記レーザビームの第1の焦点を形成する焦点レンズと、前記カッティングゾーン内に前記レーザビームの第2の焦点を形成する集束要素とを含み、
前記集束要素は、前記カッティングゾーンの中央領域に配置される、
カッティングヘッド。 - 前記集束要素は、屈折レンズ又は反射レンズである、請求項1に記載のカッティングヘッド。
- 前記集束要素は、円柱レンズである、請求項1又は2に記載のカッティングヘッド。
- 前記集束要素は、レーザビームを、レーザビームの前記速軸のみに沿って再合焦させる、請求項3に記載のカッティングヘッド。
- 前記集束要素は、少なくとも2つのレーザビームを合焦させる、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のカッティングヘッド。
- 前記焦点レンズは、前記遅軸に沿ったレーザビームの焦点からオフセットされた前記速軸に沿ったレーザビームの焦点を形成する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のカッティングヘッド。
- 前記焦点レンズは、前記遅軸に沿ったレーザビームの焦点距離よりも大きい前記速軸に沿ったレーザビームの焦点距離を形成する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のカッティングヘッド。
- 前記集束要素は、第1の集束要素であり、前記カッティングヘッドは更に、レーザビームを、前記速軸及び/又は前記遅軸に沿って再合焦させる第2の集束要素を含む、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のカッティングヘッド。
- 毛をカットするデバイス用のカッティングヘッドであって、
速軸及び遅軸を有するレーザビームを、前記カッティングヘッド内のカッティングゾーンを横断するように導く光学系を含み、
前記光学系は、
前記速軸に沿った前記カッティングゾーンにおけるレーザビームの第1の焦点距離を形成する第1の焦点レンズと、
前記第1の焦点距離よりも小さい、前記遅軸に沿った前記カッティングゾーンにおけるレーザビームの第2の焦点距離を形成する第2の焦点レンズと、を含み、
前記第1の焦点レンズ及び前記第2の焦点レンズは、前記速軸に沿ったレーザビームの焦点と前記遅軸に沿ったレーザビームの焦点とが一致するように構成されている、
カッティングヘッド。 - 前記速軸に沿ったレーザビームの前記焦点距離は、前記遅軸に沿ったレーザビームの前記焦点距離の少なくとも2倍である、請求項9に記載のカッティングヘッド。
- 前記光学系は更に、平行化レンズを含み、前記第1の焦点レンズ部と前記平行化レンズとは一体に形成されている、請求項9又は10に記載のカッティングヘッド。
- 前記カッティングゾーンにおいてレーザビームの前記遅軸及び/又は前記速軸に沿って第2の焦点を形成する集束要素を更に含む、請求項9乃至11の何れか一項に記載のカッティングヘッド。
