Claims (15)
- 毛切断装置における使用のための切断アセンブリであって、前記切断アセンブリは、
光源からの光を切断要素にガイドするための光ガイド要素と、
前記光ガイド要素から光を受けるための光導波路を有する前記切断要素であって、前記光導波路の側壁が毛と接触するための切断面を形成する前記切断要素と、
を有し、
前記光ガイド要素は、前記光ガイド要素の直径が第1の直径から第2の直径まで減少するテーパ移行部分を有する、切断アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の直径及び前記第2の直径が、前記切断要素を通って伝搬する光が前記切断要素によって支持される最大角度又はその近傍の入射角を有するように選択される、請求項1記載の切断アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の直径及び前記第2の直径が、前記切断要素を通って伝搬する光が前記切断要素によって支持される最大角度を超える入射角を有するように選択される、請求項1記載の切断アセンブリ。
- 前記光ガイド要素が、前記光導波路の一部を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の切断アセンブリ。
- 前記テーパ移行部分の長さが、前記テーパ移行部分において前記光ガイド要素の壁を通って出る光の量を最小化するように選択される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の切断アセンブリ。
- 前記テーパ移行部分が、長さにおいて約1mmと約10mmとの間にある、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の切断アセンブリ。
- 前記切断要素が、2mmと50mmとの間の長さを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の切断アセンブリ。
- 前記光ガイド要素が、コアと、前記コアを囲むクラッド部と、を有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の切断アセンブリ。
- 前記光ガイド要素と前記切断要素との少なくとも1つが、光ファイバを有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の切断アセンブリ。
- 前記切断要素が、石英ワイヤを有する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の切断アセンブリ。
- 前記光導波路の直径が前記第2の直径から前記第1の直径まで増大する逆テーパ移行部分を更に有する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の切断アセンブリ。
- 対象の体毛を切断するための毛切断装置であって、前記毛切断装置は、
毛における1又は複数の発色団によって吸収される波長に対応する1又は複数の特定の波長で光を生成するための光源と、
光を受けるために前記光源と結合される切断アセンブリであって、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の切断アセンブリを有する前記切断アセンブリと、
を有する、毛切断装置。 - 前記光源が、レーザ光を生成するためのレーザ光源である、請求項12記載の毛切断装置。
- 前記光源によって生成された光を集光及び/又は集束させるための1又は複数の光学要素を更に有する、請求項12又は13に記載の毛切断装置。
- 反射器、センサ、光ダンプ、追加光源を有するグループから選択される少なくとも1つのコンポーネントを更に有し、
前記少なくとも1つのコンポーネントが、前記切断要素を通過した光に作用するように構成される、請求項11乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の毛切断装置。
