Claims (10)
- 燃焼器(16)で使用するための燃料ノズルチップ(30)であって、
周方向に離隔した第1の複数の燃料開口部(52)と周方向に離隔した第2の複数の燃料開口部(54)とを備える燃料管であって、燃焼器内に画成される混合域(32)に燃料を送るように構成された燃料管(40)と、
上記燃料管(40)に連結された空気カラー(34)であって、前記混合域(32)の直ぐ上流の領域を囲い該混合域に空気を吐出するように構成された周方向に離隔した複数の略円形の空気開口部(58)を含む空気カラー(34)と
を備え、
前記空気開口部(58)は、前記空気カラー(34)の上流側端部の外側表面から該空気カラー(34)の内側表面まで延び、
該空気開口部(58)は、前記燃料管(40)の下流側端面(42)の下流にあり且つ該下流側端面(42)から離間し、
前記空気カラー(34)は、前記燃料管(40)の前記下流側端面(42)に連結される
ことを特徴とする、燃料ノズルチップ(30)。 - 第1及び第2の複数の燃料開口部(52、54)の少なくとも1つが、該燃料ノズルチップの中心線(210)に対して斜めに配向された吐出角度で前記混合域(32)に燃料を吐出するように構成される、請求項1記載の燃料ノズルチップ(30)。
- 前記複数の空気開口部(58)の少なくとも1つが、該燃料ノズルチップの中心線(210)に対して斜めに配向された吐出角度で前記混合域(32)に空気を吐出するように構成される、請求項1又は請求項2記載の燃料ノズルチップ(30)。
- 第1及び第2の複数の燃料開口部(52、54)並びに複数の空気開口部の少なくとも1つが、前記混合域(32)に0.4未満のスワール数を発生するのを促進するように配向される、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズルチップ(30)。
- 第1及び第2の複数の燃料開口部(52、54)が、該燃料ノズルチップの中心線(210)の周りで略同心である、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズルチップ(30)。
- 前記燃料管が、前記混合域(32)にパイロット燃料を送るように構成されたパイロット燃料管(36)を囲む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズルチップ(30)。
- 第1及び第2の複数の燃料開口部(52、54)の少なくとも1つが約10°〜30°の吐出角度で燃料を送るように構成され、前記複数の空気開口部の少なくとも1つが約10°〜30°の吐出角度で空気を送るように構成される、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズルチップ(30)。
- ガス化複合発電(IGCC)システム(50)内で使用するためのガスタービンエンジン(10)であって、当該ガスタービンエンジン(10)が、
燃焼器(16)と、
燃料ノズルチップ(30)と
を備えており、上記燃料ノズルチップ(30)が、
周方向に離隔した第1の複数の燃料開口部(52)と周方向に離隔した第2の複数の燃料開口部(54)とを備える燃料管であって、燃焼器内に画成される混合域(32)に燃料を送るように構成された燃料管(40)と、
上記燃料管(40)に連結された空気カラー(34)であって、前記混合域(32)の直ぐ上流の領域を囲い該混合域に空気を吐出するように構成された周方向に離隔した複数の略円形の空気開口部(58)を含む空気カラー(34)と
を備え、
前記空気開口部(58)は、前記空気カラー(34)の上流側端部の外側表面から該空気カラー(34)の内側表面まで延び、
該空気開口部(58)は、前記燃料管(40)の下流側端面(42)の下流にあり且つ該下流側端面(42)から離間し、
前記空気カラー(34)は、前記燃料管(40)の前記下流側端面(42)に連結される
ことを特徴とする、ガスタービンエンジン(10)。 - 第1及び第2の複数の燃料開口部(52、54)の少なくとも1つが、前記燃料ノズルチップ(30)の中心線(210)に対して斜めに配向された吐出角度で前記混合域(32)に燃料を吐出するように構成される、請求項8記載のガスタービンエンジン(10)。
- 前記複数の空気開口部(58)の少なくとも1つが、前記燃料ノズルチップ(30)の中心線(210)に対して斜めに配向された吐出角度で前記混合域(32)に空気を吐出するように構成される、請求項8又は請求項9記載のガスタービンエンジン(10)。
