Claims (2)
- 砂中子を備えた金型によって鋳造されたアルミニウム鋳造品を溶体化する溶体化炉であって、
鋳造後の砂落とし前の鋳造品を投入する投入口が設けられた第一熱処理炉と、
排出口が設けられた第二熱処理炉とからなり、
上記第一熱処理炉と第二熱処理炉との間に設けられたシャッターと、
上記投入口から上記排出口まで鋳造品を搬送する鋳造品搬送用コンベヤと、
上記第一熱処理炉内の上記鋳造品搬送用コンベヤの下方に設けられた砂搬送用コンベヤとを備え、
上記鋳造品搬送用コンベヤは、鋳造品を載置する面がメッシュ状構造を有し、砂中子が崩壊された際の中子砂を下方へ通過させ、上記砂搬送用コンベヤ上に落下させるよう構成されており、
上記第一熱処理炉には、上部に空気排出口が設けられ、下部には空気供給口が設けられており、
上記空気排出口から排出された空気を加熱する加熱手段をさらに備え、
上記加熱された空気を上記空気供給口へ戻すことを特徴とする溶体化炉。 - 上記第一熱処理炉は、さらに圧縮空気供給手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶体化炉。
