Description
好都合には、ガソリンのリサーチオクタン価(RON)は少なくとも80、例えば80〜110の範囲であってよく、好ましくはガソリンのRONは少なくとも90、例えば90〜110の範囲であり、より好ましくはガソリンのRONは少なくとも91、例えば91〜105の範囲であり、更により好ましくはガソリンのRONは少なくとも92、例えば92〜103の範囲であり、更により好ましくはガソリンのRONは少なくとも93、例えば93〜102の範囲であり、最も好ましくはガソリンのRONは少なくとも94、例えば94〜100の範囲であり(EN−25164);ガソリンのモーターオクタン価(MON)は好都合には少なくとも70、例えば70〜110の範囲であってよく、好ましくはガソリンのMONは少なくとも75、例えば75〜105の範囲であり、より好ましくはガソリンのMONは少なくとも80、例えば80〜100の範囲であり、最も好ましくはガソリンのMONは少なくとも82、例えば82〜95の範囲である(EN−25163)。
ガソリンは、好ましくは低いか又は非常に低く、例えば最大で1000ppmw(重量ppm)、好ましくは500ppmw以下、より好ましくは100以下、更により好ましくは50以下、最も好ましくは更に10ppmw以下のイオウ含量を有する。
ガソリンが酸素化炭化水素を含む場合には、非酸素化炭化水素の少なくとも一部は酸素化炭化水素の代わりに用いられる。ガソリンの酸素含量は、ガソリンを基準として35重量%以下(EN−1601)(例えばエタノール自体)であってよい。例えば、ガソリンの酸素含量は、25重量%以下、好ましくは10重量%以下であってよい。好都合には、酸素化物の濃度は、0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0、及び1.2重量%の任意の1つから選択される最小濃度、並びに5、4.5、4.0、3.5、3.0、及び2.7重量%の任意の1つから選択される最大濃度を有する。
更に、潤滑組成物は、200ppm未満の塩素含量(ASTM−D808による)を有することが好ましい。
本発明の特に好ましい態様によれば、潤滑組成物は、亜鉛ジアルキルジチオホスフェート(ZDDP)化合物を含む。通常は、存在する場合にはZDDP化合物は、0.01〜1.5重量%、好ましくは0.4〜1.0重量%の量で存在する。ZDDP化合物は、好ましくは12個未満の炭素原子を含む第1級、第2級、第3級アルコール、又はこれらの混合物から製造することができる。好ましくは、ZDDP化合物は、3〜8個の炭素原子を含む第2級アルコールから製造される。
「グループI」、「グループII」、「グループIII」、及び「グループIV」基油とは、カテゴリーI〜IVに関する米国石油協会(API)の定義にしたがう潤滑油基油を意味する。これらのAPIカテゴリーは、API Publication 1509, 16版, 付表E, 2007年4月において定義されている。
潤滑組成物は、好都合には、例えば上記に記載するような潤滑組成物中に通常存在する添加剤を基油と混合することによって製造することができる。
ここで、以下の実施例を参照して本発明を記載するが、これらはいかなるようにも本発明の範囲を限定することは意図しない。
表3における結果から明らかなように、潤滑剤1及び4(GTL基油を含む)は、関連する試験の終了時において、それらの対応する潤滑剤2及び3(GTL基油を含まない)よりも非常に低い変異原性指数を有していた。
Claims (5)
- ガソリン組成物が供給される火花点火内燃エンジンから得られる使用済み潤滑組成物の毒性を減少させる方法であって、使用済み潤滑組成物の毒性を減少させるために、未使用の潤滑組成物中に少なくとも基油の一部としてフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導基油を用いることを含む上記方法。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導基油が100℃において2.5〜25mm2/秒の範囲の動粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導基油が100℃において3.5〜15mm2/秒の範囲の動粘度を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導基油を潤滑組成物の70重量%〜95重量%の量で存在させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 潤滑組成物が1種類以上の潤滑剤添加剤を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
