(1) Since the drainage device is provided at a fixed position on the travel path of the traveling carriage 4, drainage can be performed only at that position (fixed position). Therefore, the water in the water collection container of the traveling cart 4 may not be drained for a long time.
(2) The water collecting container is enlarged so that the entire amount of snow water accumulated in the vehicle 1 can be accommodated, and the traveling carriage 4 is enlarged to provide this water collecting container.
(3) It is necessary to stop the traveling carriage 4 at a fixed position where the drainage device is provided, open the on-off valve provided in the water collection container, and drain the water inside. Therefore, it takes extra time to enter or leave the car 1 for the time required for drainage.
(4) While the traveling carriage 4 is traveling at high speed, sewage is scattered from the traveling carriage 4 to the vicinity of the traveling path, and the car 1 in the adjacent storage shelf 5 may be contaminated.

The present invention has been developed to solve the above-described problems. The swivel device 18 is installed in the loading / unloading berth in this example. Note that the turning device 18 may be built in the lifting lift 12 or the traveling carriage 14.

4 is a partial cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG.
In this figure, 16a and 16b are vertical and horizontal members constituting the storage shelf 16, 14a is a rail for the traveling carriage 14, and 1a is the maximum area of the car 1 on the pallet 9.
The vertical member 16 a and the horizontal member 16 b are provided along the traveling path 15 at intervals longer than the pallet 9 so as not to interfere with the pallet 9 transferred between the traveling carriage 14 and the storage shelf 16.
A pair of rails 14 a is fixed to the inner vertical member 16 a along the traveling path 15 via a bracket 16 c.
The traveling carriage 14 has a plurality of wheels (not shown) and travels on a pair of rails 14a. Further, the traveling carriage 14 includes a transfer device that transfers the pallet 9 to and from the storage shelf 16.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of a portion B in FIG.
4 and 5, the drainage device 20 of the present invention includes a water receiving deck 22, a water receiving container 24, and a drain pipe 26.

The water receiving deck 22 divides the upper and lower traveling paths 15 and is provided in a gap between the maximum region 1 a of the car 1 on the pallet 9 and the passing position of the traveling carriage 14.
The installation position of the water receiving deck 22 is the entire travel path 15 other than the hoistway 13.
The water receiving deck 22 has an opening for dropping water downward. This opening is a gap G described later in this example.

In this example, the water receiving deck 22 includes a plurality of divided decks 22 a that are divided for each storage shelf 16 adjacent along the traveling path 15. Each divided deck 22a is watertightly fixed over the entire length at both ends in the width direction at the lower part of the pair of rails 14a.
With this configuration, water that has fallen between the pair of rails 14a from the traveling carriage 14 can be received on the upper surface of the water receiving deck 22 and prevented from splashing outward from the pair of rails 14a.

In this example, the divided deck 22a is formed of a deck plate having an uneven surface parallel to the width direction. Moreover, the said opening is the clearance gap G (refer FIG. 3) of the running direction between the adjacent division | segmentation decks 22a. The gap G may be narrow as long as water can fall downward, and is, for example, 5 to 20 mm.
Moreover, the division | segmentation deck 22a, Preferably, it has the gradient which flows the water received on the upper surface in a clearance gap direction. This gradient is gentle as long as water flows in a certain direction, and the divided deck 22a is a substantially horizontal deck plate.
With this configuration, a person can walk on the upper surface of the water receiving deck 22, and the water receiving deck 22 can be used as a maintenance corridor.

The water receiving container 24 is provided in the lower part of the opening of the water receiving deck 22 so that the water dropped from the water receiving deck 22 is stored inside. The water receiving container 24 is a rectangular container located below the gap G and having an upper surface wider than the gap G.

The drain pipe 26 drains water from the water receiving container 24 through the storage shelf 16. The drain pipe 26 has an upper end portion 26 a that opens at an end in the width direction of the water receiving container 24, an intermediate portion that penetrates the storage shelf 16 in the width direction at a position that does not interfere with the vehicle 1, and a lower end portion 26 b that extends from the storage shelf 16. Located outside and below.
In this example, a flexible drain hose is used for a part of the drain pipe 26 (upper end portion 26a).

According to the apparatus of the present invention described above, water such as snow water and rain water that has dropped from the vehicle 1 on the traveling carriage 14 falls on the water receiving deck 22 that partitions the upper and lower traveling paths 15, and the water receiving deck 22. Falls from the opening (gap G) of the water and drains through a water receiving container 24 and a drain pipe 26 provided in the lower part thereof.
Accordingly, water such as snow water and rain water can be drained without accumulating on the traveling carriage 14. In addition, this configuration eliminates the need for a water collecting container on the traveling carriage 14, can reduce the size of the traveling carriage 14, can drain the traveling carriage 14 without stopping, and even if the traveling carriage 14 travels at a high speed, There is no possibility of contaminating the car 1 in the storage shelf 16.

Further, as an accompanying effect, a person can walk on the upper surface of the water receiving deck 22 and the water receiving deck 22 can be used as a maintenance walkway.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is needless to say that various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
