Conventionally, a multi-row automatic packaging machine that obtains multiple stick-type packages (products) at once by sealing and packaging powdery or granular packages such as drugs, luxury products, seasonings, and other foods Is known. A package manufactured by such an automatic packaging machine is transported to a packaging device via a transport device connected to the automatic packaging machine in a packaging line, and is packed in a predetermined number of boxes and shipped by the packaging device. Is done. Normally, in a packaging line, a plurality of packages discharged from the automatic packaging machine are accumulated at a predetermined number between the automatic packaging machine and the boxing device, and then delivered to a subsequent process such as a boxing device in a batch. An integrated device is provided.

As a conventional stacking device, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2, a transport and supply device that transports and supplies a package discharged from an automatic packaging machine, and a package that is supplied from the transport and supply device A configuration is known that includes a transfer device that accommodates and transfers a container in a holder member, and a carry-out device that unloads a package transferred by the transfer device from a plurality of holder members at a time. The holder member 33 is stopped with the opening end facing obliquely upward at the supply position P1 and is continuous with the transport supply device 2 (the guide member 20 thereof), and the opening end is directed vertically upward at the unloading position P2. It stops and continues with the discharge device 4 (the carry-out lane 40).

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the carry-out device 4 is disposed at an upper side position of the transfer device 3, and a carry-out lane 40 is extended along the horizontal direction at a side position of the transfer roller chain 31. A pusher 41 for carrying the package 1 from the holder member 33 to the carry-out lane 40 is disposed above the transfer roller chain 31. The carry-out lane 40 is composed of a long plate-like member bent in a U-shaped cross section and extends in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface in FIG. The pusher 41 is horizontally moved along the carry-out lane 40 by the slider device 42, and the packaging bodies 1.1,... From the holder members 33, 33,. 40 is carried out at once.

Here, operations of the transfer device 3 and the carry-out device 4 of the present embodiment will be described.
In the first holder group 34 in the supply position P1, the packaging body 1 supplied from the conveyance supply device 2 is accommodated in the corresponding holder member 33 (see FIG. 4 and the like). At the supply position P1, the corresponding holder member 33 is continuous with the guide member 20 of the conveyance supply device 2 described later. When the packaging body 1 is accommodated in the corresponding holder member 33, the holder member 33 is intermittently moved along the traveling direction of the transfer roller chain 31, and the adjacent holder member 33 is below the supply guide 20 of the conveyance supply device 2. The package 1 is supplied after being stopped at the position.

In the first holder group 34, the intermittent movement of the holder member 33 is repeated so that the packaging body 1 is sequentially accommodated in the adjacent holder members 33, 33... When the package 1 is accommodated, it is moved at a high speed along the traveling direction of the transfer roller chain 31 and stopped at the carry-out position P2. At this time, the other first holder group 34 is simultaneously moved at a high speed and stopped at a lower position of the transfer roller chain 31.

While the first holder group 34 is at the supply position P1, the second holder group 35 is stopped at the carry-out position P2 (see FIG. 4 and the like). In the second holder group 35 stopped at the carry-out position P <b> 2, the pusher 41 is moved by the slider device 42 of the carry-out device 4, whereby the packaging body 1 protrudes from the opening end of the holder member 33 in the short-side direction. The part is locked to the pusher 41, and the package 1 accommodated in each holder member 33, 33... Is moved to the carry-out lane 40 at a time. At this time, the other second holder group 35 is stopped at a lower position of the transfer roller chain 31.

When all the packaging bodies 1 are carried out by the carry-out device 4, the second holder group 35 is moved at a high speed along the traveling direction of the transfer roller chain 31 and stopped at the downstream position in the conveyance path. At this time, the other second holder group 35 is also simultaneously moved at a high speed, stopped at the upstream position in the transport path of the transfer roller chain 31, and moved to the supply position P1.

Since the first holder group 34 and the second holder group 35 are arranged in pairs on the corresponding transfer roller chains 31 and 31, respectively, they are alternately and continuously moved to the supply position P1 and the carry-out position P2. . In the first holder group 34 moved from the supply position P1 to the carry-out position P2, the packaging body 1 is carried out from the holder member 33 by the carry-out device 4 as described above. Further, in the other second holder group 35 moved from the lower position of the transfer roller chain 31 to the supply position P1, the packaging body 1 is accommodated in the holder member 33 by the transport and supply device 2 as described above. The

In this way, in the transfer device 3 and the carry-out device 4, the packaging body 1 supplied from the transport supply device 2 at the supply position P1 is sequentially accommodated in the holder members 33, 33. When the packaging body 1 is accommodated in the holder members 33, 33..., The packaging body 1 is moved to the carry-out position P2, and all the packaging bodies 1 are unloaded from the holder members 33, 33.

The package 1 is transferred and carried out by the transfer device 3 and the carry-out device 4 in conjunction with the conveyance and supply of the package 1 by the conveyance supply device 2 described later.

The upper inclined portion 20a intersects the guide member 50 of the carry-in device 5 described above at the end, and the package 1 supplied from the carry-in device 5 is carried into the upper inclined portion 20a from the guide member 50. Moreover, the downward bending part 20c is continued with the holder member 33 of the transfer apparatus 3 mentioned above, and the package 1 is supplied to the holder member 33 from the downward bending part 20c.

A conveyance supply roller chain 24 as an endless rotating body is laid under the guide member 20, and the pair of conveyance supply roller chains 24, 24 are spaced apart from the corresponding guide members 20, 20 by a predetermined distance. And are arranged at opposing positions (see FIG. 5). The conveyance supply roller chain 24 is wound around a drive sprocket 25 and a plurality of driven sprockets 26, 26,.

The pushing member 21 is connected to the conveyance supply roller chain 24 at a predetermined interval along the traveling direction, and is moved along the guide member 20 in conjunction with the annular traveling of the conveyance supply roller chain 24. The pushing member 21 is formed in a substantially L shape in side view, and protrudes upward from the guide member 20 in a state of being disposed on the conveyance supply roller chain 24, and an end of the protruding portion 21a. And a bottom portion 21b extending substantially at a right angle.

The pushing member 21 is pivotally supported by a support shaft 24a that protrudes from the side surface of the conveyance supply roller chain 24 at a predetermined interval at a corner portion 21c where the protruding portion 21a and the bottom portion 21b intersect. Yes. In the present embodiment, the pressing members 21 and 21 corresponding to the opposed positions of the pair of conveyance supply roller chains 24 and 24 are disposed. Further, the conveyance supply roller chain 24 is provided with a locking pin 24b for locking the protruding portion 21a or the bottom portion 21b described above at a distance between the adjacent support shafts 24a and 24a.

Auxiliary rail members 27 and 28 to which the bottom portion 21b of the pushing member 21 is slidably contacted are extended at a position below the guide member 20 and not interfering with the conveyance supply roller chain 24. The auxiliary rail members 27 and 28 are formed with sliding surfaces of the pushing member 21 parallel to the guide member 20. The auxiliary rail member 27 extends to a position below the upper inclined portion 20a of the guide member 20, and the auxiliary rail member 28 extends to a position below the horizontal portion 20b. Further, a bracket member 29 having a curved surface on the corresponding driven sprocket 26 is provided at a continuous portion of the upward inclined portion 20a and the horizontal portion 20b.

When the pushing member 21 reaches the upper inclined portion 20 a of the guide member 20, the pushing member 21 is rotated in contact with the auxiliary rail member 27, and the bottom portion 21 b is moved rearward with respect to the traveling direction of the conveyance supply roller chain 24. In the state of being directed, the bottom portion 21b is slidably contacted with the auxiliary rail member 27, and the protruding portion 21a protrudes above the guide member 20 (upper inclined portion 20a) (see FIG. 2). At this time, the bottom portion 21 b of the pressing member 21 is locked to a locking pin 24 b provided on the conveyance supply roller chain 24 and is positioned between the locking pin 24 b and the auxiliary rail member 27. Therefore, the pushing member 21 is restricted from rotating, and is moved with the protruding portion 21a protruding upward from the guide member 20 (upper inclined portion 20a).

Further, when the pushing member 21 is moved to reach a curved portion where the upward inclined portion 20a and the horizontal portion 20b are continuous, the bottom portion 21b is slidably contacted with the bracket member 29, and the horizontal portion 20b is reached. The bottom portion 21b is slidably contacted with the auxiliary rail member 28, and the protruding portion 21a protrudes above the guide member 20 (the upper inclined portion 20a and the horizontal portion 20b) (see FIG. 3). Similarly, in this state, since the bottom 21b is positioned between the locking pin 24b and the bracket member 29, the locking pin 24b and the auxiliary rail member 28, the pushing member 21 is restricted from rotating and protrudes. The portion 21a is moved while protruding upward from the guide member 20 (upper inclined portion 20a and horizontal portion 20b).

Note that the auxiliary rail members 27 and 28 as described above are not disposed below the downward bending portion 20c. Therefore, when the pushing member 21 reaches the downward bending portion 20c and the bottom portion 21b is detached from the auxiliary rail member 28, it can be rotated around the support shaft 24a (see FIG. 7 and the like). When the bottom 21b is detached from the auxiliary rail member 28, the pushing member 21 remains in a state of being rotatable about the support shaft 24a, and is then transported and supplied until the upper inclined portion 20a is reached. The lower position of the chain 24 is moved.

The contact member 22 is configured as a rod or a thin plate-like member extending in the longitudinal direction, and is disposed at the end portion position of the guide member 20 and at the lower end portion of the lower curved portion 20c. The contact member 22 of the present embodiment is disposed on the movement track of the protrusion 21 a of the push member 21, the push member 21 reaches the downward curved portion 20 c, and the bottom 21 b is detached from the auxiliary rail member 28. In this state, the protruding portion 21a is brought into contact.

When the protruding portion 21 a comes into contact with the contact member 22, the pushing member 21 is retracted to a position where it does not come into contact with the holder member 33 by being tilted rearward with respect to the transport path around the support shaft 24 a by reaction. . The position not in contact with the holder member 33 refers to a position or a state in which each portion (the protruding portion 21 a and the bottom portion 21 b) of the pushing member 21 does not contact the holder member 33. In this embodiment, even if the pushing member 21 is tilted backward, the protruding portion 21a is locked by the adjacent locking pin 24b so that the pushing member 21 is not rotated beyond a predetermined angle. Yes.

The fall prevention member 23 is configured as a rod or thin plate-like member, and is disposed at an end position of the guide member 20 and at an upper position of the lower curved portion 20c. In the present embodiment, the fall prevention member 23 extends along the transport path of the packaging body 1 and moves at least the packaging body 1 and the protruding portion 21a of the pushing member 21 in the space above the end of the lower curved portion 20c. It is arranged at a position that does not disturb

Next, the operation of the transport and supply device 2 will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS.
First, the conveyance supply device 2 is connected to the carry-in device 5 at the upstream position of the conveyance path, and the package 1 loaded from the carry-in device 5 is pushed by a pair of push members 21 and 21 moved from below. Then, it is conveyed along the upward inclined portion 20a (see FIG. 2). In addition, since the bottom 21b is slidably contacted with the auxiliary rail member 27, the pushing member 21 is not tilted backward even if it contacts the package body 1.

The package 1 that is pushed by the pushing member 21 is transported in a state in which it lies on the guide member 20 (a state in which the side surface is in contact with the upper surface of the guide member 20). It reaches the downward bending portion 20c via 20b (see FIG. 3). And the package 1 which reached | attained the downward bending part 20c is conveyed along the shape of the downward bending part 20c, being pushed below by the pushing member 21 (refer FIG. 6), and the edge of the downward bending part 20c It is supplied to the holder member 33 of the transfer device 3 continued to the section (see FIG. 7).

On the other hand, the pushing member 21 moved along the shape of the downward bending portion 20c has the bottom portion 21b detached from the auxiliary rail member 28 and is rotatable about the support shaft 24a. The projecting portion 21a is brought into contact with the projection. When the projecting portion 21a comes into contact with the contact member 22, the push member 21 is tilted rearward about the support shaft 24a by the reaction and retracted to a position where it does not contact the holder member 33 (FIG. 6 and FIG. 6). (See FIG. 7).

In this way, in the transport supply device 2, the packaging body 1 is continuously transported and supplied by the pushing members 21, 21... In conjunction with the transport supply roller chain 24, and the holder member 33. 33... Are sequentially accommodated in 33.

As described above, the stacking apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment includes the transport supply device 2 that transports and supplies the package 1 discharged from the automatic packaging machine, and the package 1 supplied from the transport supply device 2 to the holder member 33. A packaging body 1 comprising: a transporting device 3 that accommodates and transports; and a transporting device 4 that transports the packaging body 1 transported by the transporting device 3 from a plurality of holder members 33. In the stacking apparatus 100, the transport supply device 2 extends along the transport path of the package body 1 and is disposed so as to be movable along the guide member 20 on which the package body 1 is placed. And a pushing member 21 that pushes and conveys the packaging body 1 at a protruding portion 21a that protrudes upward from the guide member 20, and the end of the guide member 20 is bent downward and pressed. To the holder member 33 while being pushed downward by the moving member 21 Since the package 1 is configured to be supplied can be supplied with the package 1 to a high-speed and reliable transfer device 3 in the conveyance feeder 2.

That is, in the stacking apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment, in the conveyance supply apparatus 2, while being pushed downward by the pushing member 21, the holder member 33 is moved along the end shape of the guide member 20 that is curved downward. Since the packaging body 1 is configured to be supplied, the packaging body 1 is not simply dropped and supplied to the transfer device 3, but is supplied while being pushed by the pushing member 21 (the protruding portion 21a). Therefore, the packaging body 1 can be quickly accommodated in the holder member 33, and the packaging line can be speeded up. Moreover, since it is hard to be influenced by the shape and size of the package 1 and the weight and bias of the package, the package 1 can be supplied stably and reliably.

In particular, the transport and supply device 2 according to the present embodiment includes an abutting member 22 that is disposed at an end position of the guide member 20 and abuts against the pushing member 21. Since the pushing member 21 is tilted rearward and retracted to a position where it does not come into contact with the holder member 33, the movement of the holder member 33 in the pushing member 21 is not hindered. The stability and certainty of the package supply can be improved, and the plurality of pushing members 21, 21... Are continuously moved to convey and supply the plurality of packages 1. be able to.

In addition, the conveyance supply device 2 of the present embodiment includes a conveyance supply roller chain 24 in which a pushing member 21 is disposed along the traveling direction, and interlocks with the annular traveling of the conveyance supply roller chain 24. Since the pushing member 21 is moved, the plurality of pushing members 21... Can be continuously moved at a high speed.

Moreover, since the conveyance supply apparatus 2 of the present embodiment includes the fall prevention member 23 of the packaging body 1 that is disposed at a position above the end of the guide member 20 and extends along the conveyance path of the packaging body 1. The package 1 conveyed along the shape of the end of the guide member 20 curved downward can be prevented from falling off the conveyance path, and the package 1 can be stably and reliably supplied to the holder member 33. .

Further, the transfer device 3 of this embodiment includes a transfer roller chain 31 in which a holder member 33 is disposed along the traveling direction, and the holder member 33 is interlocked with the annular travel of the transfer roller chain 31. Since the holder member 33 is configured to be continuous with the guide member 20 with the opening end directed obliquely upward, the holder member 33 is moved in conjunction with the annular travel of the transfer roller chain 31. Thereby, the plurality of holder members 33, 33... Can be continuously moved at a high speed. Further, the holder member 33 is continuous with the guide member 20 with the opening end facing obliquely upward, so that the holder member 33 (the opening end thereof) continues along the shape of the end of the guide member 20 curved downward. The package 1 can be supplied to the holder member 33 stably and reliably.

Note that the configuration of the integrated device 100 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the object of the present invention.

That is, in the conveyance supply apparatus 2 of the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the upper inclined portion 20a, the horizontal portion 20b, and the lower curved portion 20c are formed in the guide member 20 has been described. The guide member 20 may be configured so that at least the end portion of the guide member 20 is bent downward, and the lower bending portion 20c may be formed integrally with the guide member 20 or may be formed as a separate member. Good.

Further, the configuration of the transfer device 3 and the carry-out device 4 of the above-described embodiment is not limited to this, and the package 1 is transferred and carried out in conjunction with the conveyance and supply of the package 1 by the conveyance and supply device 2.
