Description
Claims (2)
- 媒体を入れた結晶沈殿化学反応器であって、
頂部と底部を含む容器と、
前記頂部と前記底部の間において前記容器に設けられた、選択的に開閉できる固体排出ポートと、
前記頂部と前記底部との間において前記容器に設けられた、きれいな媒体を充填あるいは追加するための選択的に操作可能な投入ポートと、
前記容器の前記頂部付近において前記容器に設けられた廃液排出ポートと、
前記容器の底部に設けられ、前記媒体と流体連通となっている流入液投入ポートと、
前記容器の前記底部に設けられ、前記媒体と流体連通となっているリサイクル廃液ポートと、を備える結晶沈殿化学反応器と、
前記容器に連結され、前記媒体と流体連通となっており、選択的に前記リサイクル廃液ポートと連結されたパイプと流体連通となっている、薬剤源と、
前記廃液排出ポート及び前記リサイクル廃液ポートと流体連通となっており、懸濁した固体を減少させる懸濁固体ポリッシング装置と、を備える流体処理システム。 - 頂部及び底部が設けられ、媒体を入れた容器を含む結晶沈殿化学反応器により液体を処理する方法であって、
流入液を第一の管から前記化学反応器内の前記容器の前記底部にある流入液投入ポートから注入し、
廃液を前記化学反応器内の前記容器の前記頂部付近から、懸濁した固体を減少させる懸濁固体ポリッシング装置に排出し、
リサイクル廃液を前記懸濁固体ポリッシング装置から第二の管を通して前記化学反応器内の前記容器の前記底部にあるリサイクル廃液ポートから注入し、
前記容器に堆積した固体物を、前記頂部と前記底部との間において前記容器に設けられた、選択的に開閉できる固体排出ポートから排出し、
きれいな媒体を、前記頂部と前記底部との間において前記容器に設けられた、選択的に操作可能な投入ポートから充填あるいは追加することを含む方法。
