Claims (7)
- 複数の長さ測定システム(2、3、4)が配置されている保持体(1、201、301)を包含する、運動軸線の立体的移動を検出し、異なった立体方向における測定部材(5)に対する間隔を測定する測定装置において、保持体(1、201、301)が一つの球ゾーン(14、214、314)を形成する球状形状を有し、そして複数の長さ測定システム(2、3、4)が保持体(1、201、301)の球状形状の中心点(M)の方向に測定するように整合されていて、保持体(1、201、301)における球ゾーン(14、214、314)の領域に配置されており、保持体(301)の球状形状が球ゾーン(314)の傍に一つの球冠(315)を形成し、その球冠によって保持体が逆軸受(316)において球状形状の中心点(M)を中心に旋回でき、そして球ゾーン(14、214、314)と球冠(315)が共通球セグメントを形成することを特徴とする測定装置。
- 複数の長さ測定システム(2、3、4)が配置されている保持体(301)を包含する、運動軸線の立体的移動を検出し、異なった立体方向における測定部材(5)に対する間隔を測定する測定装置において、保持体(301)が球冠(315)を形成する球状形状を有し、球冠により保持体が逆軸受(316)内で球状形状の中心点(M)を中心に旋回でき、そして複数の長さ測定システム(2、3、4)が保持体(301)の球状形状の中心点(M)の方向に測定するように整合されていることを特徴とする測定装置。
- 保持体(1、201、301)には少なくとも三つの長さ測定システム(2、3、4)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 長さ測定システムは、保持体(1、201、301)に静止的に配置されたそれぞれの一つの基体(21、31、41)を備える長さ測定カリパス(2、3、4)であり、測定部材(5)に対する間隔を接触走査して測定するために、走査ピン(22、32、42)が長さ移動自在に基体に支承されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 走査ピン(22、32、42)がばねを介して保持体(1、201、301)の球状形状の中心点(M)の方向に予め応力を加えられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の測定装置。
- 長さ測定システム(2、3、4)の少なくとも一つの位置が保持体(1、201、301)の球ゾーン(14、214、314)における移動によって調整でき、球状形状の中心点(M)に向いて長さ測定システム(2、3、4)の配向が維持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定装置。
- 長さ測定システムが測定部材(5)に対する間隔を接触なしに測定するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
