Claims (11)
- 送達装置と、前記送達装置の操作によって制御される経中隔カニューレと、によって同軸状に包囲され、かつ前記経中隔カニューレの制御に従って制御されるコアキシャルバルーンカテーテルであって、
前記コアキシャルバルーンカテーテルは、
内側部材と、前記内側部材を囲み、それによって前記内側部材との間に膨張チャネルを作成する外側部材とを含む管本体と、
前記管本体の近位部分に連結され、前記膨張チャネルと流体連通する流体空間を含むコアキシャルハブであって、その上に手術装置が装着できるように薄型とするコアキシャルハブと、
前記管本体の遠位部分に連結されたバルーンと、
を備えており、
前記内側部材の遠位部分は前記バルーンを貫通し、それによって前記バルーンの壁と前記内側部材の間に環状空洞を作成し、かつ、
前記内側部材が管腔を備えており、かつ前記コアキシャルハブが管腔を備えており、これら管腔は、その中をガイドワイヤが通過できるように互いに連通している、コアキシャルバルーンカテーテル。 - 前記バルーン内部の前記内側部材が、放射線不透過性マーカをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコアキシャルバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンが、心臓組織内部で開口を拡大させるように操作可能な遠位円錐構造をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコアキシャルバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記コアキシャルハブが、ハブキャップに連結されグロメットを取り囲むハブ本体をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコアキシャルバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記グロメットが、前記バルーンの前記環状空洞内に膨張性流体を保持するように操作可能である、請求項4に記載のコアキシャルバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記グロメットによって、剛性要素が前記膨張チャネルに入ることができる、請求項4に記載のコアキシャルバルーンカテーテル。
