Description
Claims (9)
- 対象者のサーカディアンリズムの特徴を決定するための方法であって、
複数の第1の入力信号値をもたらすために、前記対象者の心臓機能を示す第1の入力信号を或る期間に亘ってサンプリングするステップと、
複数の第2の入力信号値をもたらすために、前記期間と重複する期間に亘って、前記対象者の活動を示す少なくとも1つの第2の入力信号をサンプリングするステップと、
前記第1の入力信号値及び前記第2の入力信号値を外性入力とした自己回帰移動平均モデル(ARMAX)に従って前記第1の入力信号値及び前記第2の入力信号値から複数の出力信号値を計算するステップと、
調和回帰解析により前記の計算された複数の出力信号値から周期的な出力信号を得るステップと、
前記周期的な出力信号の特徴として振動パラメータを決定するステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 前記特徴は、前記周期的な出力信号の頂点位相である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記特徴は、前記周期的な出力信号の振幅である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の入力信号値及び前記第2の入力信号値は、1Hzより高い周波数でサンプリングにより得られる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の入力信号値又は前記第2の入力信号値は、第1の周波数で元の信号値をサンプリングすることにより得られ、前記元の信号値は、前記第1の周波数よりも高い第2の周波数でサンプリングすることにより得られる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の入力信号は、対象者の心拍間隔(IBI)である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 生のECG信号値は、512Hzの第2の周波数で生のECG信号をサンプリングすることにより得られ、
IBI信号は、前記の得られたECG信号値から導出され、
前記第1の入力信号値を表すIBI信号値は、60Hzの第1の周波数で前記の導出されたIBI信号をサンプリングすることにより得られる、請求項5を引用する請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の入力信号は、対象者の手首アクチグラフィ信号である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の入力信号は、対象者の露光量を示す信号である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
