Description
図1〜図3は本発明の一実施形態を示す。図1に示すように、発泡体1Aは、偏平長方形の板状である。発泡体1Aは、図2(a)、(b)に示すように、パルプ繊維成分である紙粉末成分と、合成樹脂材であるポリプロピレン樹脂材と、補助剤としての澱粉成分であるコーンスターチとを発泡させ、多数の密閉された発泡セルS1,S2,S3より構成されている。紙粉末成分としては、官製葉書等の古紙を紙粉末繊維状にしたものを使用している。
図4は、実施形態の変形例を示す。図4に示すように、変形例の発泡体1Bは、3つの発泡セル層3と、各発泡セル層3の間に配置された2つの仕切皮膜層4とを備えている。つまり、仕切皮膜層4を2層有する。発泡体1Bの厚み寸法Tは、前記実施形態と同じである。

Claims (3)
- パルプ繊維成分と合成樹脂成分と補助剤としての澱粉成分とを発泡させ、多数の密閉された発泡セルより構成された発泡体であって、
前記発泡セルが密集配置された複数の発泡セル層と、前記発泡セル層の間に配置され、前記発泡セル層より密度の高い前記発泡セルが密集配置された仕切皮膜層とを厚み方向に備え、前記仕切皮膜層が複数の前記発泡セル層間を連続して仕切っていることを特徴とする発泡体。 - 請求項1記載の発泡体であって、
一つの前記仕切皮膜層は、厚み方向の直交方向の一平面状で、且つ、同じ厚みに形成されていることを特徴とする発泡体。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の発泡体であって、
合成樹脂材は、ポリプロピレン樹脂材であることを特徴とする発泡体。
