Claims (8)
- 金属ジアルキルジチオホスフェート、ポリイミド、ポリシロキサン、導電性フィラー成分、及び任意成分のポリマーの混合物から構成される最外層と、
金属基材と、
を備え、トナー現像された電子写真画像を光導電体から受け取る、中間転写部材。 - 前記導電性フィラーがカーボンブラックであり、前記ポリイミドがピロメリット酸二無水物/4,4’−オキシジアニリンのポリアミド酸から調製され、前記金属ジアルキルジチオホスフェートが亜鉛ジメチルジチオホスフェートであり、前記ポリシロキサンがポリエステル改質されたポリジメチルシロキサンであり、これらの比率が14/85.45/0.5/0.05である、請求項1に記載の中間転写部材。
- 前記混合物の各要素として、前記ポリイミドが70から95重量%の量で存在し、前記亜鉛ジメチルジチオホスフェートが0.1から10重量%の量で存在し、前記ポリシロキサンが0.05から1重量%の量で存在し、前記導電性フィラーが3から40重量%の量で存在し、要素全体で100%であり、
当該中間転写部材が前記金属基材からの自己剥離特性を有する、請求項2に記載の中間転写部材。 - 前記ポリマーを含み、
前記ポリマーは、フッ素化エチレンプロピレンコポリマー、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリフルオロアルコキシポリテトラフルオロエチレン、フルオロシリコーン、フッ化ビニリデンとヘキサフルオロプロピレンとテトラフルオロエチレンとのターポリマー、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の中間転写部材。 - 前記ポリイミドが熱硬化性ポリイミドであり、前記金属ジアルキルジチオホスフェートが亜鉛ジアルキルジチオホスフェートである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の中間転写部材。
- 請求項5に記載の中間転写部材の製造方法であって、
前記熱硬化性ポリイミドが、260℃〜325℃の温度で、ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸二無水物/4,4’−オキシジアニリンのポリアミド酸およびピロメリット酸二無水物/4,4’−オキシジアニリンのポリアミド酸からなる群から選択されるポリアミド酸を硬化させて作られる、中間転写部材の製造方法。 - 前記熱硬化性ポリイミドが、ピロメリット酸二無水物/4,4’−オキシジアニリンのポリアミド酸、ピロメリット酸二無水物/フェニレンジアミンのポリアミド酸、ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸二無水物/4,4’−オキシジアニリンのポリアミド酸、ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸二無水物/フェニレンジアミンのポリアミド酸、ベンゾフェノンテトラカルボン酸二無水物/4,4’−オキシジアニリンのポリアミド酸、ベンゾフェノンテトラカルボン酸二無水物/4,4’−オキシジアニリン/フェニレンジアミンのポリアミド酸、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される成分の硬化により生成される、請求項5に記載の中間転写部材。
- 前記金属ジアルキルジチオホスフェートが、以下の式/構造によってあらわされ、
