Description
本発明は、水中ビデオ照明、特に、前面のフィルターリングの回転によって光のフィルター効果を調整する能力を備えた、LED源からの強力なビームを発生するユニットに関する。この水中ライトは、約4000ルーメンのフラッド光を生成し、その重量は2ポンド以下である。
Claims (9)
- バッテリーおよび電子機器を含んでいるハウジング、換言すると本体、この本体はシールされており、またこの本体は、前方に中間プレートおよびその中間プレートの前方に露出した多接点コネクターを有している、
前記本体の前方に接続されかつそこから取り外し可能なフェイス組体、このフェイス組体は、前記本体の前方に対して取り付け可能な熱伝導性金属のフェイスプレートおよび前記本体に対して前記フェイスプレートを保持している取り外し可能な斜面のある溝を有するリングを有している、
前記フェイスプレートは、フェイスプレート中の窓を通して投光するように位置決めされた群状のLED列、このフェイスプレートの後ろ側でかつこのフェイスプレートと熱的伝導接触の状態にある金属芯回路ボードおよび前記金属芯回路ボードの後ろ側に接続された電気的な接点を備えており、そしてそのLED列は、前記金属芯回路ボードの前方側に装着されている、
前記フェイスプレートの前記本体へのシールあるいは非シール接続とは独立して前記LED列は、水の浸入に対して前記フェイスプレート内でシールされている、
前記フェイスプレート、前記金属芯回路ボードおよび前記本体の前記中間プレートは、前記フェイスプレートが、前記斜面のある溝を有するリングによって前記本体に保持されている時は、前記電気的な接点は、前記本体の多接点コネクターと接続しておりかつ前記金属芯回路ボードは、冷却空間を画成するように前記中間プレートから離間しているように構成されており、
さらに本潜水ライト組立体中には、前記金属芯回路ボードおよび前記中間プレートを冷却するため前記冷却空間中に周辺の水が流れ込むのを許す水受け入れ開口を有し、および、
前記LED列の光のオン、オフを切り替えるための、前記本体上外部の水シールされたスイッチを有する、水中写真撮影のための潜水ライト組立体。 - 前記LED列は、前記フェイスプレートの中心から外れた位置に位置決めされており、およびさらに前記斜面のある溝を有するリングの前方上に、そして前記フェイスプレート上をおおって、前記フェイスプレートに対して回転可能に、スナップ式の関係で取り付けられているフィルターリングおよび前記LED列からの光路中に位置する少なくとも1つのフィルターをさらに有しており、そしてフィルターの使用あるいは不使用を選択するため前記フィルターリングの回転が実行される、請求項1に記載の潜水ライト組立体。
- 前記斜面のある溝を有するリングは、環状の外周凹部を有しており、また前記フィルターリングは、前記ハウジング、換言すると本体の所定の位置に前記フィルターリングを保持するため、前記環状外周凹部中の位置にスナップ式に嵌めこみ、またそれをスナップ式に取り外してそのフィルターリングを別のフィルターリングと交換することを可能とするよう、張り出し構造を備えた縁部を有している、請求項2に記載の潜水ライト組立体。
- 前記フェイスプレートは、取り外した後ひっくり返されて、前記本体に前記斜面のある溝を有するリングを使って再取付されて、不作動時の形態を取る請求項1に記載の潜水ライト組立体。
- 前記水受け入れ開口は、水を受け入れる前記フェイスプレートを通る開口を有する、請求項1に記載の潜水ライト組立体。
- 前記金属芯回路ボードの後ろ側の少なくとも一部は、水に曝されている、請求項1に記載の潜水ライト組立体。
- 前記金属芯回路ボードを水に対してシールする前記金属芯回路ボードを覆う後ろ側キャップをさらに有し、このキャップは冷却のため水と接触するように露出されて前記金属芯回路ボードの後ろ側と接触している、請求項1に記載の潜水ライト組立体。
- 前記水受け入れ開口は、前記フェイスプレートと前記中間プレート間の冷却空間に流れ込む水を受け入れるため前記斜面のある溝を有するリングと前記本体の前方間に開口を有する、請求項1に記載の潜水ライト組立体。
- 前記本体中に少なくとも一つのキャパシターおよびこのキャパシターを充電するための前記バッテリーおよび前記キャパシターに接続された回路をさらに有し、ユーザーがフラッシュを選択した時、数マイクロ秒間高ルーメン光出力を生成するため、前記キャパシターは前記LED列に放電するように接続されている、請求項1に記載の潜水ライト組立体。
