Description
女性の生殖機能に関係するステロイドホルモンは、視床下部弓状核及び下垂体前葉に位置する特定の機序によって調節されており、そのニューロンは、副腎、子宮及び卵巣と関係している。
図1に示されるように、卵胞及び黄体周期の両方は、初期及び後期に図式的に細分される。これらは、幾人かの著者[4]が記載したOSの状態の進行を、図表で区別できるようにする。
ROOH+2GSH=ROH+H2O+GSSG
考慮されるべき最後の要因は、リポタンパク質酸化に対するエストロゲンの効果である。インビトロ又はイクスビボで行った大部分の実験は、E2の抗酸化能力を実証し、その脂質過酸化反応に対する効果が、α−トコフェロール又はβ−カロチンのものと同様であるものの、その代謝産物エストラジオール及びエストロンよりも明確であることを実証した。
i)セレン酵母、ビタミンB6、アルファ−リポ酸、補酵素Q10及びベータ−カロチンを含む少なくとも1つの抗酸化剤組成物と;
ii)カテキンを含む少なくとも1つの水溶液と
を備えてなり、
上述の抗酸化剤組成物の、分離の、逐次の又は同時の投与のためのキットに関する。
BAPテストによる本発明の組成物の抗酸化力の決定(生物学的抗酸化能)
正常月経の女性ボランティア10人を選んだ。ボランティアの一般的特徴を以下に与える:
正常月経周期中の酸化ストレス(OS)の決定
このテストには、正常月経の女性ボランティア20人を選んだ。彼らは、一見したところ健康なボランティアであり、いかなる治療も受けておらず、大部分が未経産であった(20人の中から14人)。栄養補助食品を用いたあらゆる治療の使用が、除外基準と判断された。
2つの異なる抗酸化剤製品タイプを用いた共同処置後のOSレベルに対する避妊薬(CT)の活性及びOSの変化の評価
このテストについては、一見したところ健康で(例2で選ばれた人の一部)、いかなる治療も受けていない正常月経の女性ボランティア10人を選んだ。ボランティアの一般的特徴は、例2と同一である。
カテキン単独の作用と比較したAOinvによって示される相乗効果の評価
このテストでは、一見したところ健康な正常月経のボランティア64人を選んだ。全ての人が、エチニルエストラジオール30μg及びドロスピレノン3mg(Yasmin(登録商標))を含有する低用量Cを用いた少なくとも6ヶ月間の避妊治療を受け、次いで、対照グループ及び治療グループの2つのグループに細分した。
・CTがOSを生じたかどうかを決定する目的を有する、選択のための第1の決定;
・OSの基底値を評価するための第2の決定;
・8週間のCによる治療後の第3の決定。
単独成分、即ちカテキン無しの作用に対するAOinvによって示される相乗効果の評価
このテストを18人のボランティア(例3のケースの一部)に対して行った。テストの目的は、AOinvに含まれる抗酸化物質が、緑茶抽出物なしにもかかわらず、ホルモン避妊薬使用中(Yasmin(登録商標))に生じるOSを低減するのに有効であるかどうかを検証することであった。
・グループAは、AOinvを用いた毎日の処置を受けた;
・グループBは、例4で与えられた方法に従って、緑茶によって毎日処置された(午前中に、2杯の茶、各150mlを消費する;この場合も、一方は朝食時であり、他方は午前中の間であった。加えて、日中に他のあらゆる茶の消費を避けるよう求められた。);
・グループCは、カテキンのないAOinv組成物に相当する表12に与えられた抗酸化剤組成物によって処置された。この最後のグループは、テストの時間中、茶を取らないよう求められた。

Claims (7)
- 避妊治療を受ける健康な女性へのホルモン避妊薬処置に起因する酸化ストレスを低減するための薬剤を調整するための抗酸化剤組成物の使用であって、前記抗酸化剤組成物は、セレン酵母、ビタミンB6、アルファ−リポ酸、補酵素Q10、ベータ−カロチンを含む第1の副組成物及びカテキンを含む第2の副組成物を含み、第1の副組成物及び第2の副組成物は、それぞれでは、避妊治療を受ける健康な女性の酸化ストレスの低減において有効ではなく、組成物は避妊治療を受ける女性の酸化ストレスの低減に有効であり、抗酸化組成物は単位用量の形態であり、一単位用量は15.8〜31.5mgのセレン酵母、1〜9.5mgのビタミンB6、2〜19mgのアルファ−リポ酸、2〜19mgの補酵素Q10、0.1〜0.95mgのベータ−カロチン、80〜110mgのカテキンを含む、使用。
- 前記カテキンが、没食子酸エピガロカテキン(EGCG)、エピガロカテキン(EGC)、没食子酸エピカテキン(ECG)及びエピカテキン(EC)である、請求項1に記載の使用。
- カテキン重量に関し、少なくとも35重量%がEGCGである、請求項2に記載の使用。
- 前記カテキンが、緑茶抽出物の形態である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記ビタミンB6が、ピリドキシン又はその塩である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 一単位用量が、20〜27.5mgのセレン酵母、2〜5.5mgのビタミンB6、7〜11.8mgのアルファ−リポ酸、7〜11.8mgの補酵素Q10、0.2〜0.59mgのベータ−カロチン及び85〜95mgのカテキンを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 一単位用量が、24mgのセレン酵母、2.44mgのビタミンB6、10mgのアルファ−リポ酸、10mgの補酵素Q10、0.5mgのベータ−カロチン及び90mgのカテキンを含み、約40%がEGCGである、請求項6に記載の使用。
