Claims (5)
- レーザプローブであって、
光束を放射する放射光ファイバ(110)と、
該放射光ファイバの放射側に配置される光学系であって、該放射光ファイバによって放射される放射光を離散ビームスポットの二次元アレイへと分割する回折構造を具備する光学系と、
二以上の受光ファイバであって、該二以上の受光ファイバの各々が該放射光ファイバ(110)と対向して配置され、該二以上の受光ファイバ(220,230,240)の各受光端が該回折構造に略平行な面に位置し、それによって各離散ビームスポットが一つの受光ファイバにフォーカスされ、該二以上の受光ファイバの各々が該光学系によって回折された単一の光ビームに結合される、二以上の受光ファイバ(220,230,240)と、
を具備し、前記光学系の該回折構造が、表面格子(610)と体積ホログラム(630)とのハイブリッドの組合せによる多重の格子アセンブリ(210,600)で構成されて前記放射光ファイバによって放射された光束を回折する回折構造であって、該放射光ファイバによって放射された光束が、離散ビームスポットの二次元アレイにおける二以上の回折された光束へと回折されるようにする回折構造、であることを特徴とする、
レーザプローブ。 - 該格子アセンブリ(600)が、
該格子アセンブリの中心に配置され、入射光束を第一の曲げ角で回折する、略円形の表面格子区域(615)と、
該表面格子区域の周辺に配置され、入射光束を該第一の曲げ角より高い第二の曲げ角で回折する、略リング状の体積ホログラム区域(625)と、
を更に具備する、請求項1に記載のレーザプローブ。 - 該二以上の受光ファイバのうちの少なくとも一つが湾曲遠位端を有する、請求項1に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 該二以上の受光ファイバを少なくとも部分的に囲う筺体、を更に具備する、請求項1に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 眼科用レーザプローブとして適合せしめられている、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載のレーザプローブ。
