Claims (9)
- 眼内照明器であって、
光を生成するのに使用可能な光源と、
該光源に結合された第1光学組立体であって、前記光源から前記光を受容して実質的に平行光にするのに使用可能な第1光学組立体と、
前記実質的に平行光にされた白色光を前記第1光学組立体から受容するのに使用可能な光結合要素と、
該光結合要素に光学的に結合された光ファイバーであって、前記白色光を眼内に導くのに使用可能な光ファイバーと、
該光ファイバーの遠位端部に結合された光学グレーティングであって、
表面レリーフグレーティングと、
該表面レリーフグレーティングに光学的に結合された被覆層とを具備し、
入射光を実質的にN次回折に回折するのに使用可能であり、該N次回折がほぼ一様な強度を有する、光学グレーティングと
を具備する、眼内照明器。 - 前記被覆層が誘電体材料の層を含む、請求項1に記載の眼内照明器。
- 前記光学グレーティングが、空気中又は生理食塩水溶液中に浸されるとき、ほぼ一様な強度を有する前記N次回折に光を回折する、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内照明器。
- 前記表面レリーフグレーティングの屈折率と前記被覆層の屈折率との間に屈折率のミスマッチが存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の眼内照明器。
- 前記表面レリーフグレーティングの屈折率が前記被覆層の屈折率よりも大きい、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の眼内照明器。
- 前記被覆層が、N次回折ビームが該被覆層から周囲媒質に出てくるときに該N次回折ビームの歪み又は収差を回避するのに使用可能な平面の遠位鏡面を具備する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の眼内照明器。
- 前記光学グレーティングの深さが
dmod=d(Δn/Δnmod)
に従って決定される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の眼内照明器。 - 前記被覆層が、硬化せしめられた光学接着剤を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の眼内照明器。
